Just walked through lately but stayed years ago & liked it very much.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff from the desk to the vallet

I had to leave your hotel at 11PM. I requested a deluxe king size room for a staycation to celebrate me and my husbands six month wedding anniversary. Your staff proceeded to put me in a hotel room next to a suite that was hosting a major party and who had hired a dj and personal security guard. We called your staff to complain about the extremely loud music, people screaming and smoking in the hallway. Your staff proceeded to go to the room that was throwing the party and told them it was me who called to complain. The person throwing the party proceeded to come to my room, pounding on the door for several minutes until we opened the door. The person informed us that the hotel knew of his party and he would pay us money to not complain any more about the noise levels. I felt like your hotel staff did an extremely poor job of handling the problem, especially by notifying the partiers that I was the one who put in the noise complaints. I'm extremely upset and did not feel safe, so I checked out of the hotel and made a trip home in the middle of the night and completely ruined my plans and celebration. I will never come back to your hotel and I'm very disappointed that I thought I was staying in a classy hotel when it was just overrated for low class people. You need to teach your staff to learn how to problem solve instead of pushing their job duties onto the customer.

Super friendly staff, always a nice visit - parking is expensive, but that's a given. Rooms have been overhauled, a huge improvement.

It's a high use hotel. Great for conventions but probably wouldn't stay here for vacation.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comf6. Great Views. Quick and easy to get to downtown.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped salvage a wedding trip that was almost ruined by the Fairmont not allowing us to check in before 6pm.
They were very sympathetic to our situation and got us into our room immediately.
The hotel was very nice and updated. The bar was fun with some decent local beers. I would definitely stay here again when in Dallas.

Very welcoming hotel. The convention levels are very spacious and can host a variety of events. Several dining options are avaliable, as well as a bar. The rooms are quite nice as well and are very spacious too. If you plan on being in Dallas, this hotel would be a very good one to choose for your stay.

Very nice rooms, I had a great view of the city from mine. All amenities in tip top condition. We found our weekend at this Hyatt Regency well worth the price. Excellent experience.

Amazing customer loyalty service- in addition to being proactively upgraded to a suite, we received a text message from manager asking if we had any requests. Nice suite with a fridge, extra large TVs in both rooms, comfortable bed, a welcome gift to choose in the deli, breakfast, valet parking comped (on points stay). Imposing atrium, and some historic pictures in the lobby. Recommended!

The service here was good, but there were spots of decor that felt outdated. Wear in the carpet told a story about the number of people who travelled through there. Rust marks on faucets and drains also showed just how long it had been since an update. If this kind of thing doesn't bug you, you can disregard my 3 star review and think of it more like a 4 star. My only negative experience was that I used the "conserve" sign one day then took it down to get service the next day, but no one came to service my room. That might of been because I was checking out the following day, but I thought that was kind of rude. I got room service a couple of days and the people were very friendly, so I feel that makes up for it. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich and would steer you away from the steak frites, which looked gray and lifeless like the grill temp was too low.

Excellent hotel with great views of downtown Dallas. Had a few miscues at check in and they gave me a $50 food credit. Just as nice as the omni down the road with the exception of having a tv in your bathroom mirror!

I love to take my son to the Hyatt regency hotel to ride the glass elevator, which he thinks it's a spaceship.

Great room and architecture, good service. Very small pool and gym facility. Mostly paying for location and room, not hotel itself.

I do not recommend unless you are visiting Dealey Plaza. My room was not clean and I found out from my associate's room was not cleaned as well. The hotel grounds are crawling with homeless and drug addicts.

The rooms were spacious and very well decorated, even if the lobby and bars seemed kind of gaudy. Staff was awesome-very attentive and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Great location. Maid service was excellent. Elevators were slow, and at times wouldn't stop at the 2nd floor.

The hotel was immaculate inside, it looked very beautiful and professional. I went to the Dallas makeup show and it was very accommodating and well put together.

The rooms were clean but a little chilly upon arrival.

Very famous downtown Dallas landmark and large hotel property. It's a big of a walk or short cab ride to anywhere in the downtown area. The property is connected to the train station by tunnel at the lower level.

Great location, updated rooms, excellent service. Valet parking worked well. Air conditioning was blowing on us a bit at night but we could control the temperature. We were able to change our checkout time later with no problems either. Definitely would stay again!

High end hotel with staff that went out if their way to be pleasant and helpful - only missing the fifth star due to missing amenities such as a free continental breakfast.

Great views from the observation deck although a bit pricey for just using your own eyeballs

The staff and security were very friendly and accommodating. However, my upgraded premier room had dust on all of the end tables, the vanity was filthy and there were ants crawling around the window near the chaise lounge. The manager came quickly to clean but I shouldn t have to ask.

My room is excellent, big soft bed with nice amenities. The in-hotel bar is great, though I didn't try the restaurant yet. The service has been very good, with the desk staff being very courteous and helpful.

Always enjoy the stay here, except the pool just doesn't fit the hotel. But I meet people Everytime I stay

Wow! Love this place! Always been a fan of Reunion Tower, this was first time staying at Hyatt! Excellent customer service!

Very nice place. Very accepting to the convention that was going on at the time and went all out to follow our theme.

Everything was fine. I had no problems with service, the view was amazing, and the staff were very friendly.

We got a room facing the front with the train running about a block from the hotel. Make sure you get a room facing away from the train.

Forced to book/pay for 3 nights as there was a cheer competition. In hotel restaurants had bad service (issues getting drinks and paying bill) and lack luster food.

Hotel was perfect! Very clean & convenient! Staff was friendly check in & check Out was a breeze! I would definitely recommend this hotel! The pool & hot tub was a bonus! Spacious rooms cool lobby decor!

Rooms were cleaned and well maintained, lovely staff and good atmosphere however, if you need a cart (and with over 100 board games to load we did) be prepared to be rudely screamed at and treated like a child.

It took 3 conversations before we were allowed one and even at that it was from another visitor which was allowed but we still got shouted at by the concierge.

Kept telling us that we were only allowed it if we were checking out and didn't believe us even though we were trying to check out with 15 minutes to go.

Didn't stayed there but went to the reunion tower. Loved the view from the tower.

I was there for a stop when visiting reunion tower. Lobby was nice though

Went here for Texas furfest. Nothing but love for this hotel and it's staff. Everyone was very nice and caring plus any of our requests were quickly achieved. We got extra towels, cups and anything else we needed brought up to the room. They also had water out for any of us to use in the hallways and common areas. I'd stay here for vacation or anything else.
