The flagship hotel in Dallas with everything you may need : very comfy room, restaurant, bar, coffee shop and the famous tower Cloud Nine, the architectural emblem of Dallas and a really fun place for every kind of event, with a great view of the city, especially by night. Highly recommended.

Hyatt Regency Dallas was great! The rooms were very clean and cozy. There were plenty of restaurants with good food around. The people were very nice and over all it was an awesome experience. I would definitely return.

It was my first time visiting Dallas Texas. We stayed at Hyatt Regency. And i can honesty say it was the best hotel ever. We were there for a business meeting. But we got to explore a little. We stayed in the top floor almost one of the last one from the top. And the view was incredible. I honestly recommend this hotel if you re staying in Dallas.

Rooms and service were great. The breakfast room service was much lower quality than what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and especially for the price we paid for it. Overall we had a good time and will be back and recommend to friends.

The design of the room was nice but overall it had poor service; starchy rough sheets, lack of soaps and towels in the bathroom, lumpy hard bed, mini fridge didn't work, (wont say it's their fault but) the train was running all night and you can hear it shake the windows 14 floors up as well as all of our neighbors in the echoy bathrooms.

Went here for a trade show. The hotel itself was the best I have seen from our 3 shows we have visited, the staff, rooms ect were all perfect. The only real negative is the same one we seem to find everywhere, no good places for smokers. The conference center was great, layout was superior to our last couple of shows. The food however was mediocre. The best food we have had at a trade show was in Kansas city and it was because the venue let you use outside catering. I am sorry but for some reason all conference centers just cant make in house food as good.

Room service was non existent, the front desk bordered on rude and condescending with any issue, certain hotel areas looked rundown compared to others and made them look far worse, and the parking fiasco at that hotel is a nightmare. I was charged not once but 3 times for parking, and I didn't even have a car on the room!

If it was not for the parking situation, I might have gave this hotel 5 stars. But with the nightly rates and the empty parking garage attached to the hotel for valet only, I found it very rude that i had to park my disabled parents car a block away from the entrance and then have to pay every single time I wanted to utilize it durring the stay. Don't list parking under amenities if the parking is off of the hotel premises. Then heads up, on top of everythingthere, there were two newly acquired door dings I recieved in that unattended lot... besides all that salt in my mouth over parking the rooms were nice, hotel was very clean, and the staff's hospitality was comforting. sorry the hotel's need to charge $20 self lot and $40 valet is more important to the hotel than the accommodations of their guests. Their pool was a joke too. my nephews wouldn't even of wanted to swim in that.

My fiance and I went to eat at the restaurant there and it was amazing. My fiance was getting a little sick on the moving outer rim so we moved to the sushi bar and all was good. Make sure to make a reservation.

Beautiful room; we were able to check in early but by some mistake our room hadn't been cleaned but they kindly gave us some credit to compensate for any inconvenience. Everyone was super nice.

Very nice place to be. Wifi is excellent not bottlenecked like others. There is an access to the third floor open roof for photo opportunity. Great view of the Dallas City from where I stayed on 22nd floor.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city with great views of the skyline. The welcome is very friendly, the check-in speedy and the rooms are very spacious. In one of the hallways in the lobby are many historical photos showing Dallas in the various decades, including explanations.

Excellent service. I was in a room with 4 people and we needed several extra towels, blankets, and soap. The staff was more than accommodating and helped us with everything that we needed. The staff was extremely kind and were always smiling. The rooms were very clean and room service was thorough when cleaning throughout our stay.

Attended for a conference. Paid for a room upgrade that had a railroad track outside my window. Regular food options left much to be desired. Staff had no knowledge of area outside of hotel. My experience did not match the price I paid. I am accustomed to better accommodations in this price range.

I will never stay at a Hyatt especially in Dallas again. I had the worst experience ever. My daughter had a dance convention there so we arrived fairly late. We were unable to be by the group with were with unless we wanted to pay another fee. Once we arrived upstairs into our room, it smelled. Of course we were tired so just went to bed. The next morning we realized that the mirror by the tv was never cleaned (looked like someone spit something on it) and the bed by the window had mold or some type of black stuff on the top comforter. Once it was addressed it took the hotel three times to finally come up and change out the comforter and at 11:30PM finally cleaned the mirror. To top it all off the next morning as my oldest daughter was getting dressed, we heard sirens, she looked out the window and there was a dead body above the awning of the entrance. This is defiantly not a place to stay at the extreme high rates they charge. I have never stayed at hotel with such poor customer service and very uncleanliness.

Wonderful stay here with my family. We are return guests and my partner i have always been treated so well (even before we became World of Hyatt members!). The staff are always so caring and the rooms are of a very good standard. The beds are super comfortable and the facilities within the hotel are vast with plenty of eating establishments. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are passionate about great customer service!

First visit to Hyatt regency. Really impressed with the lobby and surrounding areas. Everything you would need is within view after entering lobby. Restaurant, coffee shop and even a path to skyline to view downtown Dallas. We yet gone and plan to do so before we leave.

Room is great. Clean, smelling quite refreshing and everything you would expect to find in your room. Coffee Brewer, bottled water, mini drugs and the works.

Definitely visit again next time I'm up from South Texas.

My husband bought a New Year's Eve package, but we did not receive our blanket and champagne until the next day. It was very disappointing, as it would have been helpful to have the blanket while watching the firework show. We also checked in after the check in time and our room was not ready. They did offer us a room on the sixth floor vs having to wait. We took this room, but is was extremely noisy with the bar noise and dogs next door. Overall it was very disappointing considering the cost.
