I had to leave your hotel at 11PM. I requested a deluxe king size room for a staycation to celebrate me and my husbands six month wedding anniversary. Your staff proceeded to put me in a hotel room next to a suite that was hosting a major party and who had hired a dj and personal security guard. We called your staff to complain about the extremely loud music, people screaming and smoking in the hallway. Your staff proceeded to go to the room that was throwing the party and told them it was me who called to complain. The person throwing the party proceeded to come to my room, pounding on the door for several minutes until we opened the door. The person informed us that the hotel knew of his party and he would pay us money to not complain any more about the noise levels. I felt like your hotel staff did an extremely poor job of handling the problem, especially by notifying the partiers that I was the one who put in the noise complaints. I'm extremely upset and did not feel safe, so I checked out of the hotel and made a trip home in the middle of the night and completely ruined my plans and celebration. I will never come back to your hotel and I'm very disappointed that I thought I was staying in a classy hotel when it was just overrated for low class people. You need to teach your staff to learn how to problem solve instead of pushing their job duties onto the customer.
