The concierge was really helpful in finding what we were looking for the room was really nice although I didn't understand the lobby and it's all of its open space but their food store had a lot of stuff and good variety and are open pretty late which is pretty cool

Front desk was friendly, helpful and the hotel is nice. I didn't experience any of the extras in the hotel. I only went to the front desk and straight to the room. The room needed some cleaning. Table tops needed to be wiped down, shower floor was dirty (looked like someone had showered that had been covered in sand) and the toilet needed to be cleaned. There was dried pee on the toilet seat/rim and there was hair on the back of the toilet.

I stayed here with a friend. The hotel was hosting the Con of Thrones which a convention for Game of Thrones. I was really impressed by the Hyatt Staff who were very helpful. The hotel itself did a lot to welcome the people who attended the convention. They went all out. You can register under the house from the book/TV show. They gave us a letter from a Raven like the show on Sunday our last day. Named drinks after characters from the show, everything was related to the series. I hope COT works something out with them for future conventions.

Went to a conference networking event in the Reunion Tower followed by dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The tower is awesome. The view is amazing and then when you realize the whole thing is slowly rotating your jaw will drop. Speaking of jaws, the appetizers from Wolfgang Puck's restaurant were spectacular. Cannot speak to the rooms, but I strongly recommend attending events in the tower.

My husband and I decided to stay the night here to celebrate our 10 year annviersary. The staff was very nice where we checked in, our room and view was gorgeous. We booked a "romance package" which came with a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, rose pedal turndown and free breakfast. The valet guys are very nice and so was the guy who delivered our breakfast. The room was clean and everything was up to date. I will definetly book another night here!

Hotel employees were very sweet and knowledgeable. Rooms very large, modern, large restroom (could be used for handicap room) Pool on 3rd floor is very nice, with covered cabanas. Pool water was cool. Every room has a huge picture window to see the city skyline. Several dining options on site. Valet parking or self park. Self park fee is $20 night but have access to come & go. The Make-up show had an event here this weekend as well as other events. Lovely place, close to Dallas Zoo and other attractions. Restaurants, pubs, bars& grills near by. Access to free shuttle. Will definitely be back asap.

Thoroughly enjoyed the long stay at this fantastic hotel, truely high quality 5 star service that cannot be faulted.
With breathtaking views of Dallas TX from above and the proximity of major attractions and POI combined with good food in the restaurant or room service, will definitely visit again

Made a reservation online and was going to cost me $199 yet I got charged $269. There can't quite possibly be $69 worth of taxes and fees and if there was why wasn't that made clear? Also there was no more parking to accommodate my arrival and had to park across i35 and walk to the hotel.

Upon check in they charged our credit card multiple times. Said sorry but will take 2 to 3 business days to post. Was not able to get into our room till after 7:30. Several lights out in our room fridge and 2 outlets don't work.

Not a very goid experience

Beware of the parking situation. The self park lot is like $20/day and is open to non-guests so it fills up, and the covered parking is valet ONLY, which is $32/day. We waited over an hour on Saturday to get our car from the valet. Total highway robbery and a waste of time.

I came here hot and tired from my travel to Mexico City and back. I needed a hotel room, but you were all sold out! I begged and you were able to find me a nice room at a great price, only $100 if I remember right. I had dinner that evening in a nice restaurant in the hotel, and the waiter was so friendly, as were all the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Employee at check in wasn't friendly and inviting. The hotel is also very close to train tracks which run all through the night. Parking was about $20 and just far enough from the hotel to be annoying. It was a very nice, clean hotel, but I don't think I would stay again.

You get what you pay for. Great hotel if I was a business man I choose this hotel everytime. But don't walk much farther then JFK memorial. Get sketchy past bus station but lot's of policemen too.

I attended the American Music Therapy Association's annual national conference here. It is a beautiful hotel. I attended sessions in the Landmark, Reunion, Cumberland, and Marsalis ballrooms, as well as in Bryan Beeman A and Cotton Bowl. All of them were clean and attractive. Food provided at events was very tasty and there was plenty for all.

Gorgeous hotel with many beautiful facilities, but the area around the hotel is not great, nothing really in walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are not that impressive for the cost, and they want to charge you for anything they can here. Also our shower was clogged really bad...

Our group of six enjoyedvan evening at the restaurant at the hotel. The service was good and the quality of the food was decent, but unexceptional. The service was good and they were accommodating about letting us push tables together.

I have been coming to this Hyatt since the early 80s, as a small child, when we would visit family in town. 35 years later, it still stands for elegance and grace, staying updated and swanky. When I sit at the bar/lounge upstairs, I can simply enjoy the beautiful elevators delivering its single serving tenants to their respective wings with amazing views of the city and comfortable accommodating rooms. They have a few restaurants to haunt if you wish to dine in and take a ride up the Reunion Tower to take in the entire city views at 360 degrees. If you can, I recommend the Dallas Skyline views if you can swing it, as that is such a highlight of this hotel.

I was at the Hyatt for the Geo deck, this place is amazing. Everything from the amazingly professional staff, to the interactive nature of the Geo deck, I would totally recommend it for a great date night.

I love this hotel. It's got fantastic views of Dallas, no matter which direction your room is facing.Though I personally prefer the City Views.
The hotel staff is respectful, helpful, and makes the stay much much more enjoyable.
Can absolutely recommend.
