Reunion Tower is a mandatory stop. I suggest visiting the sushi bar or the restaurant that rotates 360 degrees and visualizes the entire city. Reservation must be made. Formal clothes otherwise will feel out of place.

Great hotel with so much to do on site and beautiful views of downtown Dallas.

Was at the Regency for a conference, enjoyed the location - walking distance to some good places to eat, friendly staff, and a good coffee bar.

Large business hotel. Pretty standard. Clean comfy rooms. Nothing that was exceptionally notable.

Parking and breakfast should automatically be included with room or lower the price of room and charge the extra for the parking and breakfast.

When staying there, 2 of the 6 elebators were out of service. Getting in and out of the room was a 20 minute ordeal...

They do not have an information desk, according to the check-in desk. No happy hour on Fridays, only Monday through Thursday. Finding information assistance was not the easiest and customer service was not the best in the restaurants.

Good hotel. Lovely well cared room. Restaurants are good. A bit annoying with the trains (honking) at night.

Clean rooms. Not a place for a family with small children; train noise and noise in general. Rooms were clean.

Nice hotel. The valet was really busy and we were advised to try self parking. Long Walk of you're carrying luggage.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food! Stayed 4 days and 3 nights and didn t leave for food/drinks. It is pricey for those who aren t expecting that from the Hyatt.

Clean environment with nice amenities. The conference rooms were all FREEZING cold. It was horrible. Everyone was wearing layers and brought blankets to the lectures.

Room was very clean and good sized. The food menu is VERY healthy. Staff was great especially the two Hyatt bus drivers - both went above and beyond for me on three occasions. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is due to the noise created by both the train and sirens clearly audible from the freeway.

Convenient location to transportation and car sharing services.

Went to a Birthday Party here and as soon as you walk in to the hotel there is someone to help you with ever you made need help with. Penthouse suite was very nice a spacious.

A fine hotel, if you get a room that is not adjacent to the railway.

Gave me food poisoning and mishandled my luggage. Wouldn't take any responsibility. Literally ruined my vacation. Never returning.

We stayed here 3 nights ago. We received a great price on priceline. Staff was friendly. The food and beverages were really good in the bar. We had the burger with the jalapeno aioli. The room was super clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was when we checked out and called for a concierge for the cart, no one came. We went down carty6ing our bags by hand and it was not a case of being too busy as a cart was right there. Other than that it was great and we enjoyed it. The old fashioned at the bar was amazing. Loved it.

This place is great when you have worked your butt off at work here they have free Wi-Fi and nice cozy rooms that will leave you like you are in heaven

We were attending the TMTA Convention. Event rooms and common areas were clean and up to date.

It's cool. Be aware that you will be paying substantially for parking and that if you buy a "city view" room you may be facing some loud train tracks. Mostly a convention hotel and you'll know this as soon as you see all the signs in the lobby.

Rooms nice and clean but service sucks.This was my last time coming here it has really gone down over the years.

Attended an Expo at the Hyatt Recency Dallas. The facilities were well maintained and the restrooms were very clean. The staff were nice and friendly. I have only one complaint, there is no free parking and valet was expensive.

Everything was very nice. I was there for LTC. The only thing, I wish they keep the kids from going up and down the elevators.

Room service was great, bed was comfortable and clean, and the catered meals were delicious.

It was too far to walk from our hotel (Omni) to the meeting rooms in the Hyatt and there were no convenient restaurants.

I went to the Reunion Tower for the Happy Hour between 5pm-7pm ($4 off appetizers and discount on drinks). It's a nice way to enjoy the view without a dinner reservation.

NO MICROWAVES! They expect you to go down to the lobby to warm up your leftovers... ridiculous! I'm on the 17th floor, and I don't feel like going down to the lobby in my pajamas. The front desk said it's a "fire hazard"...so is the hair dryer and the clothing iron - makes no sense. How is it that every other hotel in America has figured out how to give their guests a microwave?!? Also, the refrigerator is the SMALLEST I've ever seen in a hotel room. It was broken when we arrived, maintenance had to be called. Our group also has a parlor/meeting room and the fridge was broken in there too and had to have a new one brought up.

The staff is excellent, at least they've got that going for them. I had SEVERAL other issues with things going wrong, but the staff has gone above and beyond to fix it.

I won't be staying here again, NOT GOOD FOR THE TRAVELER WHO DOESN'T WANT TO EAT OUT EVERY NIGHT OR HAS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS...you can't make your own food. I'm here for several nights so this is really a bummer.

Good view of Dallas, close to union station and light rail. Rooms updated, food was good.

We were there for PIA event. The rooms were nice the staff was very good . Food was amazing. Would be happy to stay there again

Awesome place to stay.Love it.only bad about covit19 everything was close in hotel but still beautiful .I will be back after everything will open GREAT location .

Ended up here on an airline voucher. Check in was pleasant, and they were very accommodating for those in the group that had lost luggage. Rooms were clean and modern. Views from the skyline tower were awesome.

It appears to be a nice hotel. I was not an over guest but it seemed as though it would have been nice.

I ve stayed here many times and my experience at this Hotel is always great, but my last stay on 6/29 was absolutely Fantastic!! This stay mine and my girlfriends needs were met above and beyond thanks to my man Isaiah at the front desk!! I plan to continue to stay here in the future and will always go through him. I hope that this review can help reflect his amazing customer service to his superiors- because you ve got a GREAT employee with him. Thanks again for great service Isaiah!!
