We are proud owners of a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES! I applaud the Honda Team for setting expectations, respecting our time and goals, and patiently walking my family through this process. This process started in late December during the servicing of our 2011 Honda CRV. I decided to browse the show room while I was waiting. An unobtrusive salesman (Mohamed Ameyar) asked if he could help me. Without any hint of sales pressure, he took time to clarify every detail of interest that I had. We notified Mohamed in mid-February when we were ready to facilitate our purchase. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were delighted to see the model, color, and interior we desired proudly displayed for us. The negotiation and purchase went pretty much as we were forewarned. Ultimately, we were able to purchase the Odyssey and trade our CRV for a reasonable price point. The subsequent delivery, financing, and installation of the accessories went without a hitch.
