Was able to get a next day appointment at Honda of Pasadena. When I drove up to the service center, an attendant quickly helped me and wrote down my issue. Jason took great care of me and made sure I had shuttle service to get me back home while they inspected my car. Jason told me he would have an answer on what was wrong with the vehicle at 3pm I received a call at 2:56pm. When the car was ready for pick up an hour and a half later, Jason made sure the shuttle came to pick me up from home to take me back to Pasadena.
