After several months of not stepping foot into the...

After several months of not stepping foot into the dealership due to a very soured service department experience last June (which really stung, because we just bought a civic from them in March 2017). ...well, I decided on March 12, 2018 to just go look at the new CRVs and see if Joliet Honda could show anything that would prove me back into being their customer. THEY DID THAT AND MORE! :) We returned only because we had such a good experience buying the last car through Dave. This time, Luis really came through for us as well. He took very good care of us. Even John Wise, a manager, came to talk with me about our June experience and made it better in how they handled this new purchase. They ASSURED me that they rectified their service department woes, made staffing changes--and if I EVER have a problem, to take it to him!! Well! I was sold, my husband was very satisfied, and we drove away with our brand new 2018 CRV! I LOVE the car--it is more than I wanted and for a great sales ticket. I am utterly SPOILED! The finance manager, remembered us from our purchase just 11 months previous, and also was very upset we had a bad experience with service. He gave me some great coupons in addition took great care of us in our warranty department on the new vehicle. IF ANY OF YOU READING THIS HAD A BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH THAT AWFUL SERVICE MANAGER RUNNING THE SHOP---GIVE HONDA ANOTHER CHANCE--THEY TURNED ME RIGHT AROUND!!! Honestly, I expected to just look at the CRVs at this dealorship being closer to me and I expected we'd be going down the road to Valley Honda in Aurora... I was SOLD and happy to be back to this very conveniently located dealership and feel I have the backing by the managers running the place if I ever need it :) THANK YOU HONDA SUPERSTORE OF JOLIET!!! I am again a service department customer :) <3 :) <3 :) <3
