If you re looking for a quality car for a great price, go visit Brian Krakowski at Honda of Joliet. I had an amazing experience working with him while purchasing my 2019 Honda Accord. He works his tail off to get you the best deal possible in such a timely manner. Our family will be revisiting him when we are ready for our next set of wheels!

I'm very happy and was very pleased with Honda dealership in Joilet. I think the workers there were very helpful and great. I brought home a new 2016 Honda Civic Coupe and I couldn't be any happier. Drives great and no problems. I recommend buying a car from this specific dealership. Thanks for the help !

My girlfriend went in to try and lease a new vehicle. Anthony Taylor was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job with helping us. He worked hard for over 5 hours trying to help us get the car we want at the price we could afford. Very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire time. I don't think we would've been able to leave with our new 2020 civic without him. Thanks Anthony!

I went to this location because I received a recall letter in the mail for my 2016 Civic a/c condenser. First, they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to look at the vehicle. I told them what I was there for. Second, they didn't want to actually help out their customer and instead wanted to charge me $800 to fix the a/c condenser their reason behind it was because it was damaged from road debris. No driver out there could possibly control that. I get it's a business but the service center is literally still making money fixing the a/c condenser for me. I called corporate customer service and they told me it's up to the dealer if they want to fix it for free. Long story short they lost a loyal customer and will never recommend this location to anyone go to the one off 159th instead.

When I went into the dealership, Ken Laing greeted me with a smile and kindness. He helped me purchase a CR-V. He explained everything in detail and did not try and sell me more than what I wanted. He followed up the next day to see how everything was. Ask for Ken if you are looking to buy a vehicle from Honda of Joliet. I highly recommend him.

My mother had purchased a car from Oren Ferguson, August 2018, she had a very good experience but to top that, she was at the dealer one day for service for a different car that was purchased a couple of years ago, and I was not able to be there with her at that time. She has told me on the phone that while waiting in the service room area Oren went by, noticed her, and asked the reason she was there. My mom does not speak English very well and said that she felt very excited by his approach since I was not able to be there. He took the time to help my mother with that event, even if the situation was not bringing him any commission in that matter. Oren Ferguson offered my mother an outstanding customer service, which made her very happy and appreciative of his service. We will definitely be going to buy/recommend more from him in the future. I received great customer service from Liz, Carlos and others! Liz followed up on my showroom visit with Carlos and after quickly confirming all the detail needed, promptly connected me with the right person. It was my first visit to Joliet Honda and I will visit again.

I had a great experience on Saturday when I took my CRV in to get work done. I was promptly greeted and had a positive welcoming interaction. They let me know the approximate time of when my vehicle would be done. Enid was also very approachable and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. She also checked in with me during my wait time, which I thought was really nice. I really appreciated Corey's helpfulness when he came out to explain what he did to my vehicle for the air bag recall. He also made me aware of a seat belt recall and already ordered it for me! He was so helpful and friendly to work with! Loved the car wash! Keep up the good work and positive vibes!

Today I purchased my 2nd Honda Pilot to replace my 2010 Pilot. I haven t gone thru the daunting buying process having purchased my first Pilot 10 years ago at another dealership. Krystal Magsino (Client Manager) was on it making first contact at 7:30am. Wow! Upon arrival I first met John Wise (General Sales Manager) who introduced himself, made me feel welcome and was clear he was there to help. From there he placed me with Hardy Patel. He was polite and really listened to my needs. He showed me the new Pilot and fully explained it all! I realize he s there to sell but it never felt that way. He did an excellent job! Then I was on to Bill in finance. He was very polite and experienced at his job explaining my options. Everyone there seems to really care. Bravo to Honda of Joliet. Oh before I forget they did not ask or beg me to write this. Please shop there you will be HAPPY too! Thanks
