The staff is awesome, my husband and I had a great experience. Ken Laing is great and helped us a lot. We came a few months ago and answered all our questions and spend about 2 hours with us even though we were not ready to buy. We came back to him and he helped us get a great deal. Thank you Ken!

I am back at the dealer for service on a flat tire due to some nails. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I leased my HR-V and I was told anything that may happen with the tires, was going to be covered. That is not true, they are not covered because it wasn t issue by the maker. We all know that if it s a brand new car nothing should be wrong with it, at least for a couple of years, so why mention the tires will be covered if anything happens. There s a separate tire insurance if you want your tires covered if something happens. Overall service is good, the staff is very respectful and friendly and helpful if they can. Just make sure you ask every question in detail and know everything about coverages and fees, before you sign anything.
