After going to 2 other Honda dealers in the past 6 months I am very satisfied with my salesman Oren Ferguson at Honda of Joliet. He made the buying process very easy for me. I am a widow who purchased a car on my own 3 years ago and was very dissatisfied. I felt I had been taken advantage of. Needless to say Oren helped to me to overcome that. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson and I have! I haven t used the service department yet but will be next we as I am having a remote start out in on my HRV. I ll let you know how it goes.
