HANDS OFF! INCOMPETENT, INTOLERANT, NOT KULANT! As part of a salesperson competition with my employer, I got the pleasure of getting a voucher from Fashioin for Home. The gift certificate is available in a denomination of maximum 50, - . To buy a product of this site that I have chosen, I have received several vouchers. When ordering online, I found that you can redeem a maximum of one coupon code. In the case of the expensive goods which are distributed there is absolutely witless! After consultation with the "service team" my polite request was rejected with the reference to the conditions of redemption. This approach is absolutely not up to date, felt arbitrariness and pure chicane! There you do not even bother to offer goodwill, accommodation and / or a solution. How embarassing!!! It looks like this company is not interested in customer relations, the fast Euro is in the foreground.

I ordered a couch and 2 stools from the company's showroom in Berlin. Both were shown online with delivery within 1 week. The delivery date was canceled for the second time and postponed again by more than 2 weeks. First a truck was defective, then Rhenus was to blame and now Home24, the service provider for furniture, jumped out.

When I asked if I would get a call again next week and how long you wanted to continue playing this lousy game, the answer: I don't know. So the worst thing I have had to do for a long time. Never again Home24 and their other platforms.

Great support in a very friendly atmosphere. Is a small (compared with website offers) but good selection of furniture pieces which supports to have an idea of the online world. Staff is very friendly, technically prepared and supports you until you can close an order. Really recommend it.

You can't give zero stars. Bought 5 furniture online, four were delivered. Not a package. Ordered twice, each time not delivered. Then it is automatically returned and canceled. Despite proof, the accounting department maintained that delivery was made and insisted on payment. Even when it was confirmed to me that I had not received the goods, the dunning process was not stopped but passed on to the debt collection mafia. In the end, the court agreed with me and charged all the costs for my legal representation of this junk, but 1 1/2 years of stress and then the cleaning up of my Schufa and Infoscore information to delete these defamatory false entries ... people without my non-violent humanistic attitude, would come up with strange ideas ...

We were loaded here last week after we received the information in the home24 outlet that the showroom is still there. I did not know. We received a very friendly welcome and had a very pleasant consultation. We then ordered the sofa that was snatched from under our noses in the outlet and are looking forward to delivery in a few days. Everything is very simple, uncomplicated and super nice. More than two months after the delivery of a defective wardrobe we still are in the same situation. Logistics didn't honour the pick-up dates and there is any solution but just keep waiting. Shouldn't you feel responsible about this happening?

Shocking design flaws and bad customer service - stay away..
After visiting the showroom I recently purchased a wardrobe at home24- total cost close to 1000 and after several hours of assembling (with the worst instructions I have ever seen!) we got to the doors and found them to have a major design flaw which meant it is impossible to close the cupboard doors as the handle fixtures are fitted between door and cupboard frame. There was no way to only get new handles as the fronts are glass/mirror so you can t drill new holes. When contacting the customer service we were told that they never provide replacement parts so you have to keep the item or return it in original packaging! They offered a 15% discount which is ridiculous as you would have to replace the entire front of cupboard to make it work. So beware before ordering large items here as if there is anything wrong you might get stuck!!! And this is the second time we had an issue out of 3 orders!!! Never again..

My parents and I visited the showroom in Berlin Mitte on August 2nd. Even when entering the shop, the team hardly got a "hello" from their lips. When asked by a gentleman (after five minutes wandering around the shop) who stubbornly continued working on the computer, whether he could help us briefly, we got a flippant answer back. We should let him finish something, then he would come to us. I have to say that we were the only customers in the showroom and neither of the two employees had time for us. I don't think even at Ikea you would get such an answer. Bad behavior, unfriendly atmosphere and no sensitivity to customers. Sorry, dear Home24 team, but that was the worst service on a representative sales floor in a long time - and it does not contribute positively to your corporate image.
I advised my mother against ever ordering anything from you and I will advise everyone to do so as soon as the name Home24 appears.

We were referred to the outlet for our sofa request, where we were promised a larger selection. In the end we found our dream sofa in the outlet and were satisfied despite the supplier's delay.

I can't thank Mr Serbest enough! Really great advice. We wanted to set ourselves up completely from scratch and went to various furniture stores to get inspiration and find a style for ourselves, of course without success. By chance I found out that Home24 offers personal advice and immediately wrote an email. Since we would have moved at the end of the month and without furniture. The very next day I got a call from Mr. Serbest. Although he didn't have any free appointments, he invited me to his showroom the next day and since it was very hot that day and therefore not too crowded, he even took over an hour for me and my family. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose the furniture. In the end, we were able to order our new couch immediately and went home with a selection of great furniture to make another decision in peace. Mr. Serbest even arranged a follow-up appointment with us from which I came home today very satisfied. I am really, VERY satisfied with this great service and the top advice. It's also great that you have a selection of furniture on site to get an idea. I can recommend it to everybody! Many thanks.

The store is not too big, but the concept of a showroom is still full, which is not in the well-designed store can be viewed on the computer or in the catalog. If you have a competent consultant, shopping is a pleasure :)

Really bad experience- (I was there some months ago im writing now because google send me to write my experience because of my google timeline is showing that i was there)!! I went inside in the working hours , they just told me I should get out because they are shooting some pictures! But it was so bad that i will never go again or even have desire to buy anything from them online!! We are customers at least teach your staff how to be respectful and responsible! Or just lock the entrance door if u can t behave

Cool showroom. A bit small, the variety of pieces you ll find online is surely much more. But they have options to seach the online store within the showroom, and staff helps you to find the thing you are searching for. They speak English. Prices are a bit high. Some furniture not so good quality, 2 pool chairs were broken within one year after we purchased. But some are really massive and sturdy like our industrial side cubboard.

Load worse, will never order again and I can only recommend it to you. The first picture of the Odette cot is without bars ... when it arrived we saw that we had to buy an extra to design the bars. Quality under IKEA but expensive! We have to call customer service for a return, they immediately become unfriendly and simply hang them up (multiple times). So please do not order here, there are really other good online furniture stores that also have reasonable delivery and customer service.

Zero stars! Completely uncultivated service. What a pity. Warranty for a 1,500 sofa (I also bought a stool for 300 euros there) expired a few weeks and you are unable to replace the broken foot out of goodwill. Frightening: They don't even help me get the part. For example, contact the responsible department at the manufacturer, quotation or similar. Because I need the part yes and would / would have to buy it now. According to standard process only. They are rid of me as a customer and I cannot recommend it. Obviously, a fashion for home as a buyer of expensive furniture is left out in the rain.

I would like to thank you and communicate this widely on the internet.
Where are the other customers who have thousands of positive experiences with home24?
Shame on yourselves to give priority to the black painters everywhere.

I ordered a closet some time ago. This arrived to my complete satisfaction "intact" and "on time" by Hermes forwarding agency.

About 6 weeks ago it occurred to me that my storage space requirements are larger than I thought.
Okay, quickly on the home24 website and of course found the right structure. As with the first time, the ordering process was straightforward.

What I found a shame was the long delivery time of 13 weeks. But then the surprise, after 6 weeks, a delivery status update.
My delivery is sent by parcel. The two packages arrived less than two days later. The packaging is solid. Well, in my opinion, not all of the screws and handles are needed
extra packaging. I think one could act a little more ecologically here.

Thank you again and I will definitely browse home24 to expand my furniture repertoire.

I would like to give zero stars. Unfortunately it does not work.

Just like the service from home24.

I ordered and paid for my couch on December 27th, 2019. Today is the 02.07.2020 couch I have not yet.

Ordering was straightforward.

Goods were even at Home24 before the promised delivery time. I was already happy and thought "great"

From there it went downhill.

The freight forwarder, absolute disaster. They needed 4 appointments (I of course 4 days vacation) until the couch was only near my apartment.

First the truck broke 3 times, then it was the weather
After 4 weeks back and forth the couch finally came.

Unfortunately 2 different parts. (If someone in Germany, Austria or Switzerland has a mint green big sofa and misses half, I have the other here.)

When asked if only the wrong part can be replaced, the answer came that it was not a problem. A week later the statement that the couch is completely replaced. Takes 8 weeks. The lady on the phone was very nice and really tried hard.

After 10 weeks of no news, I decided to take the initiative again, mail sent after 5 days of reply. Fixed delivery date KW 27

I am currently writing this review. Not on my couch (which is said to come in KW35)

but on my chair, which I bought from a local furniture store.

What Home24 is now getting from me is a letter from my lawyer. After waiting 7 months, the appointment was postponed for another 8 weeks. Under no circumstance.

Dear Home24 team. Service is different. Once and never again.

Bed ordered 8 weeks ago. The first contact was to inquire about the exact dimensions, which were not given on the website. These were also not known to the consultant, after about 10 days waiting for information simply without ordering. 7 weeks waiting time for bed (actually not understandable), then finally the ad delivery this week. I was surprised, however, about the information when I asked by phone that would be normal and would come. A week later, another call reveals that the forwarder has not yet made an appointment. So I'm still waiting. But logistics and service can definitely be improved

If you wanna get some fresh ideas and a concept as on how to furnish the rooms in your apartment/house GO HERE. If you wanna have a proper consultation/advice for one or more rooms you should arrange a meeting with an interior design consultant of Home24 in advance. That s what we did. For the first meeting you should have sent to the consultant pics of your flat and the floor plan with the accurate measurements in advance.Then we talked about our ideas for the flat, what we like, dislike, budget and what we would like to exchange. Afterwards Home24 needs about 2 weeks at least (depending on how many orders they have at the moment to prepare an interior design plan) to make a draft. Then you meet again to see the draft/proposals of Home24. We were flashed by the proposals - the home 24 guy absolutely met our expectations and surely we will order some furniture from them. @home24: thanks a lot for your time and effort in designing a cosy and modern home for us!

Two years ago we bought the sofa bed Copperfield at FASHION FOR HOME. We had a defect there now. The sofa was replaced without hesitation even after two years. The exchange took place within a week. And we can now lie back on our Copperfield and enjoy our TV nights. Good job!

I have had very bad experiences with home24. E.g. was a table that was not available at all in the range. Nevertheless, the money was debited from me even though it was not delivered. At least one has refunded. The pallet bed for children with the mattress was also of poor quality. The top cover was defective after three weeks: it is enough to get your fingernails stuck there and you pull a thread. Very sensitive fabric, not at all suitable for children's rooms. In addition, the fabric hangs limply around the mattress, not tight as in the pictures. not to be recommended.

Double charged me for a 1000+ order and took months to refund the first order. I waited in this showroom for 3+ hours while they messed about trying to 'sort it out.'

The order that was delivered included a broken bed frame. After being supplied with a store representative contact, she lied repeatedly over the phone to me, denying any knowledge of the problem days after I originally contacted her about it. Home24 then ignored a long, written customer service support request (which included photos) of the broken items.

Items shipped from their warehouse at irregular intervals and, in one case, a case of bedsheets remained undelivered for two months after the original order.

More expensive than Ikea but still self assembly. Terrible quality. Terribly unprofessional staff.

We visited this showroom because we wanted to order a couch and other furniture from home24. First of all, I generally find it very nice when you can look at and "feel" certain purchases before buying. The staff there was extremely attentive, helpful and unobtrusive. The atmosphere was like in a cozy, oversized living room, where you could try furniture as you wish - very pleasant. In the end we ordered our couch there and even got a discount. It can be seen at any time in the home24 online shop which items are currently displayed there, so that you have an overview beforehand. Thanks to home24 and the employees there.

There is only a very small selection of the online offer issued.
The shop is located in the middle of downtown, where parking is rare and extremely expensive (3 / h). At least I do not drive to buy subway furniture.
The staff was friendly, but had to retire to an online conference - during business hours.

We were received and advised very nicely. A salesperson and a saleswoman patiently helped us, despite the entire redesign process in the showroom. We got two bargains. A saleswoman gave us long advice and tips. We then decided on the seller's proposal. Precise landing. Great advice and great sofa. The showroom itself is very small compared to the internet platform. The local sellers help you patiently by ordering on-site online. This is ideal for us. Thank you. Would love to come back

I have been advised by Mrs. Julia Heeke with a lot of patience and kindness and - as I find - with very good taste, whereby I already had quite strong ideas about the style and color of the apartment I just set up. Worthy of note are the true-to-scale 3D images that can be created in the showroom. With this, Ms. Heeke has worked out a better arrangement of the furniture for one of my rooms, which now offers more space to walk. Since not all furniture has been delivered, I can not yet give a final assessment of the quality of the same and also the handling of home 24. One of my ordered furniture had a defect, so I had to declare a revocation regarding this piece of furniture. I have not yet received an answer with the agreement of a collection date, so that I can not foresee how long the processing takes at home 24 in such a case. The furnishing consultation as such is certainly a very helpful service.

2 weeks after the viewing appointment, I still had no news. When I asked, any excuses and then: "Now the colleague responsible is going on vacation for two weeks." As it is well known that we will move into the apartment in a week, 4 weeks processing time is completely unacceptable. Obviously the company has no interest in actually implementing this offer, which is not too expensive at 100 euros. It's a pity; My tip: Then calculate more and take the advice seriously. The way you deal with it, you are only harming your customers who have relied on you.
