I had a bad experience with Home24. I bought 2 mattresses that did not fit the back and asked for the return within 2 weeks, according to the rules of the store. After 4 calls to the call center, 1 email and a visit to the store where they assured me that they would contact me within two days, I still did not receive an answer.
