Hello everyone! Recently, I've had a good experience in Embassy of Ukraine. I've got an invitation from my Ukrainian friends and I made a decision to explore Ukraine. As a foreigner I needed all information about application form, visa issue in English of course, and all information was given in proper way. Talking about workers of Embassy, I can say without any doubts, they are very useful, kind, opened and ready to help you always! I would like to thank to the Embassy of Ukraine and the Council of Ukraine for assisting me!

Not only can you get through with the hundredth attempt, so then no one will fulfill what they said on the phone! Negligence and irresponsibility - apparently this is the main quality of employees. I called with the request to pass the passport of the child during the visit of the consul, they assured that they will hand over and it is possible to come easy to pick up. I went to the consulate to do my passport. I understand everything, come, file so they can check your identity, look at the documents, etc. But why the second time to come in person to pick up this passport? is it really impossible to enter into an agreement with the courier service, as Polish visa centers do in Ukraine? A person has to spend an entire day (if you are not based in Warsaw) just to get there and tick the log.

They took the turn for a Polish man. Closer to the opening, about 20 people gathered at the entrance, did not respond to all comments. Inside there are only three windows, only two worked. When asked to give an application form for consular registration, we were told that the documents would be checked first. Although the forms are ordinary, crookedly printed photocopiers. In this crowd on the knee I had to fill out an application and a questionnaire. I sympathize with the employees, on the one hand, since they are extremely few for such an organization. A woman at the OGG checked the documents, at the same time consulted someone in another window and answered the phone. The room itself in 12 squares is not furnished with chairs, chairs for the queue, everyone stamped on their feet. We had to push back the queue with the completed application (ours went through the document verification procedure). I expected more. It is naive of me, but nonetheless. Make it possible to take the numbers in advance. Mostly Ukrainians come here, and politeness, honesty is not worth the wait. It is regrettable to write this, but I kept within the bounds of decency - I wanted to write words that were unprintable ...

Today, February 1, 2019, came to become a consular appearance), well, that entered the electronic registration (queue), because when it came 10 minutes earlier than the specified time, and people in the tribute was 100,500, I immediately "waited" by the number of the reservation and literally in three minutes the screenshots raised my number mark) the whole process took 4 minutes !!!!!!!! I put 5 + A in order to avoid unnecessary problems and do not waste any time on the stranger, standing in uncomplicated queues, I advise you to prepare your papers in advance, copy in an unobtrusive style, and carefully fill out the application and face map)

And I was helped at a fast pace. The girl blonde and the phone worker was taking away and people had time to let go quickly. Of course, the amount of work and the number of people who come every day creates a nervous atmosphere, but I am satisfied.

I don t understand why they let everyone undermine without a preliminary check (even if they show something from the documents). There is no security. Was yesterday on the issue of consular accounting. Since I was traveling from Lodz, I arrived at the place somewhere at 5 am. Near the building itself, I was simply dumbfounded by the number of people already standing. On the wall hung a list, in which I signed up already on the 54th. To the opening it was already recorded more than 150 people. I managed to get into the building after 3 o'clock in the afternoon. In the same building, it's only necessary to pull the ticket. I have no complaints against the very employees of the embassy. The guard at the door that let in and let out people behaved rather dignifiedly.

It is a pity that you cannot give a worse grade. The service is rude and not nice, and the tone of the conversation is such that you want to end the conversation right away. I'm in shock. It is unbelievable how you can treat your own countrymen and citizens in this way.

Only one day was relevant for three months FORWARD, and then another 3-4 months you were waiting for a passport. When communicating with the embassy employees, please call +48 (22) 622-47-97, 622-15-49, we were offered, as an option, to go to Ukraine and there to change the passport and still left us the right to complain to who we want. JUST UZHAS.K example, at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic, almost all days in the current month are open for registration.
