My parents and I visited the showroom in Berlin Mitte on August 2nd. Even when entering the shop, the team hardly got a "hello" from their lips. When asked by a gentleman (after five minutes wandering around the shop) who stubbornly continued working on the computer, whether he could help us briefly, we got a flippant answer back. We should let him finish something, then he would come to us. I have to say that we were the only customers in the showroom and neither of the two employees had time for us. I don't think even at Ikea you would get such an answer. Bad behavior, unfriendly atmosphere and no sensitivity to customers. Sorry, dear Home24 team, but that was the worst service on a representative sales floor in a long time - and it does not contribute positively to your corporate image.
I advised my mother against ever ordering anything from you and I will advise everyone to do so as soon as the name Home24 appears.
