Never ever have I ever had a call center not hire ...

Never ever have I ever had a call center not hire me because of my interview questions and my boyfriend was supposedly qualified. I've work at 4 call centers in the passed and plenty experience. I got a first interview and then got a 2nd interview and then was told they don't want to hire me. I'm glad I didn't get hired though I dis-like vxi and there way of interviewing most of the people I saw there looked like they didn't qualify in the first place, it must not be what you know but who you know type of work place. Waste of time. Little do they know that by denying me they lost a hard working, devoted, motived women.

Tried to get ahold of hr to complain that management locked the doors to the bathrooms and main doors to leave for lunch and breaks two days in a row. I was there to pick my wife up for lunch both times and she was not aloud to leave the building. That is against State and Federal law. I will be making a complaint to better buisness, and police and fire if this happens again.

i can honestly say i have never had a worse interv...

i can honestly say i have never had a worse interview experience in my short amount of years in the work force. i received an email for an interview scheduled at 11 AM. on my way there i got a little lost so i decided to call the phone # on the email & no answer whatsoever... like, okay?
so i finally figure out where the lobby is, i get there and it s 10ish. i signed in & was given paperwork to fill out; after completing the paperwork i waited in the lobby for OVER AN HOUR. afterwards, me & several others get taken to a computer room where we take a active listening test & typing test... after completing that step i waited a whole TWO HOURS+ in that computer room for a recruiter to finally talk to me. finally a recruiter calls my name & i get to the interview; in the end i didn t get the job. If you re going to schedule someone for an interview at 11 AM then it is 11 AM not 2 in the afternoon. If you re going to offer a number to people in case they need it for guidance, ANSWER IT. and lastly, if you re going to waste 3-4 hours of someone s time then at least offer them SOME job.

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT APPLY HERE, I would give 0 stars if possible.The place across the street is much better, Vxi is very unprofessional favouritism is everywhere but never have i worked somewhere where it was so obvious, consistent pay isssues, Uto and pto not accruing and never being resolved nor compensated..simply put a unprofessional environment. however convincing recruiters and training will make it seems for bonuses you'll be making its all false promises and pay of "up to $15-16hr" when its starts at 11..the rest is based on bonuses you "theoretically" can acquire. But when the company has impossible to reach required metrics before they pay you out for your hard earned sale bonuses its difficult to want to work . Dont expect to make bonuses here cause 95% of the time they find ways to not pay them out even if its a "system issue" For several months only 3 of 200+ employees where actually making a bonus due to these unobtainable goals. Management is a majority of drug dealers/drug addicts and the majority of higher ups are ex drug addicts. (See the picture here?)Because of this dont expect any real support. management still has the same mannerisms and attitude of their drug ridden depressed past and Will manipulate you to the full extent. The site director himself is a gangster in a suite i wont even go into detail but be warned..I wouldn't doubt Vxi will delete all this as they constantly delete their google reviews for better ratings.. Look even 6/10 of the positive comments are from the management im speaking of.. Stop trying so hard to make the company look good Vxi your reputation is trashed. Only a rebrand will fix this

Too much drama, barely no support, pay is horrible for the amount of work that they are asking for. The supervisors are there to supervise not socialize. There's no reason why we should have to walk around looking for a supervisor when ours is present but their busy having a personal conversation. Go apply at co worx. It's right across the street. Dont waste your time here

I started working for VXI in April of 2016, I absolutely love it here! This is honestly one of the best jobs I've ever had. I thought that I would only be here for a few months, but the people who work here are so incredible.

Dear viewers of this review of working here, I been working here since August and since the beginning the training was rough, not as it was hard but it was view disorganized they didn't have anything ready for us when we hit the floor, and wrote people up while still in nesting and released people for it, and the seem to play a lot of favoritism and the people who wanted to keep working here they wouldn't work with their time, on shift times, but I will say their are some good people here and you will come to appreciate them but even then the company as a whole is disorganized, and they don't keep their promises, but the pay is all right, but for the mental abuse you get from the customers ain't worth it, no hazard pay and they still want you working from the office even though you could be home working, in the end my personal review is a 2 stars and that's only because I appreciate some of the people, but for the company ranking itself would be a 1 star!

I ve worked at a Couple Call Centers in Tucson and VXI is by far one of the worst Call Centers in Tucson Period take on a Job here and you ll find out the hard way I started Training for VXI Back in May the training was horible just like all the other reviews here on Indeed there was nothing but Drama Gossip Favoritism And no Respect for the Trainers and to make it worse there was a fight in our Class VXI hires just about anyone that walks through their doors before training was over I got the Opportunity to get hands on Traing on the Production Floor and let me tell you what I saw and what I thought was Only in the Training Class was also out on the Production Floor but worse Team Leads we re rude and Disrespectful to Employees SME s Floor Support we re rude and Disrespectful to Employees there was a lot of Socializing between Team Leads and Employees there was a lot of yelling Some Team Leads had music from Bluetooth Speakers playing really Loud that you could not hear the Customers and when I asked other Enployees about the Loud music they told me they did not like it but that it was part of the Norm Everyday Operations I found this to be Very unacceptable by all Means that I do not know how the Clients find this behavior Acceptable based on everything I experienced and saw made my decision to Part ways with VXI, VXI does have a High Turn Over Rate and this is in part Largely due to the Practices of Management I hope this Review helps Future Job Seekers Reconsider taking on a Job At VXI

No working Numbers.. through the pandemic I was supposed to start and never did the reported to unemployment that I had a start date when I am fact never started when I tried to contact them they give you the runaround nobody answers the phone nobody will call you back... need someone to call me back as soon as possible because of your guises mistake my unemployment is on hold I will contact Southern Arizona legal aid if needed for false reporting

I am a trainer at VXI. Just like all call centers we have opportunities for greatness and some great things going on already. Most of the complaints on here about bonuses are people who couldn't even show up to work everyday. They didn't qualify as it is. And to be straight up we've changed the hiring process a bit to ensure a higher quality of hire. A lot of people got a chance here to become a Titan... but very few could show up and show out. I've been here over a year. I've seen the changes and progress. I've been apart of great things here. I guarantee that I will continue to work hard to make sure my trainees are well informed, skilled, and well supported. We have a moto and not everyone takes it seriously.... but not everyone is suppose to be here. We need great people like you to come and apply so we can replace them. We are Titans! What you call hard work we call sleep. If you can get on board with that then come down and apply with my name on your application. (We both get a bonus for the referral.) If your looking for a quick buck go across the street, they pay weekly. I'll see you at the top and not from the top because we are who? TITANS HEY!

Worst interview. Waited several 3-4 hours the hiring manager kept contradicting himself. Said I didn t get the job because I was on my phone when he gave us permission to look up words for his tests . Also, talked about himself through out the entire interview and said last stats don t matter and contradicted himself saying they did. Mentioned rumors that apple was going to be part of their company. Very uneducated and unprofessional and not ever going back again...

So I enjoy working there. I've been there since the end of April first week of may. I have great insurance my wife and I work the same schedule the health insurance is great. Is it a little unorganized at times? Yes all call centers are. But I work with great TLs and management that cares for those who left a bad review its just because they are complete morons or don't show up to work. If you want a really good job and you show up this is a great place.

The company had management who cared. They have lost most of that management and now it's not worth staying even with the perks.

They have also taken all breaks away. Your only allowed to take 2 half hr lunches. you are not allowed to go to the restroom or put the customers on hold do go to the bathroom either. They make you take your half hr brake only with permission of your supervisor. I worked almost 5 hrs before my supervisor allowed me to take a break. Then my second break I was given 30 mins before leaving for the day. I did take 2 calls after returning from my break, but that was not during my scheduled time working. When I clocked back in from my second break/lunch, it was time for me to leave for the day.

Not only is the management bad but now they promise bonuses and don't pay them out. When bringing them to the attention of a supervisor all they do is apology. Im sure it's not my supervisors fault she's just the mouthpiece. But it goes to show what kind of upper management is there now.

I have been working here a few years now, the benefits are amazing and you only need to be here 90 days to qualify for the benefits. I not only make money but I am able to save money now as well. Before working here my wireless bill for 2 phones was almost 200$ and we paid almost 150$ for cable. Getting a phone threw work is only 25 per line and my TV service is only 7$. Huge savings.

Not worth time working here.

I currently work there and I really enjoy my job, if you stay out of the politics of the place and jist do your job and go home itd great. The place across the street coworx was a joke horrible training and horrible floor support. At vxi everyone is very nice to me at least and helpful. I had 2 great trainers as well. The pay is good and so is the insurance, not my wofe and myself work there. Probably the easiest job I've ever done. Only complaint i have is the parking lot is small.

So, I tried applying to this place, and WTF/ LOL...
1st day: applied online... all good here!
2nd day: get called to come for an interview at 9am, stayed there until 1pm, just to be told to come back the next week because all their training classes were being filled, and nobody was available anymore to do the interview for me...
ALSO IF THAT WAS KINDA BAD ALREADY (showing 0 "care"), I DECIDED TO GO BACK ON THAT NEXT MONDAY AS TOLD... figured who cares, I'm just trying to make more money.
3rd day: finally get an interview after waiting 3 hours in the lobby - at least with a nice guyfrom HR though who offers me the job and tells me to pass a drug test and background, and I'll be hearing back from them = they said to expect a call back...
ps: I'm good on passing that stuff...
A week passes, so I decide to call them, but nobody answers at ANY extension, even the main number for front desk. Left 5 voicemesseges to different extension, but nothing for 2 weeks...

I got a call back today asking me where was I for my first day.... ???????????
So, i decide to try again and show up there since nobody answers the phones (in a call center ) just to be greated by this really rude security guard who apparently saw me not parking properly outside, and TOLD me/ not asked, but TOLD / ordering me like if he wanted to start a fight with me (chest out, loud voice and everything) and said: get out! And go park your car better!

Keep in mind, it's the 4th time I drive here for no reason. Obviously I'm not really paying to much attention on how i park since i was hoping on a quick in and out situation.

I asked for a number to call someone in hr, and he really wouldn't give me anything; obviously knowing I was going to complain about his attitude, and he knew he was in the wrong after a little "speach" with this dear Peter security guy...

I hope someone sees this in management, for it wasn't just the lack of professionalism all around, but that Peter guy in the entrance that did it, I'd really get rid of him if the company was mine... that's an old man with issues, not a security guard.

Keep your 12 dollar an hour job after that, I got something better $$$

Ps: literally any other call center experience in town has been better. I hope this makes people think twice before applying

This call center is absolute trash and the OPS manager Percy Bryan is a scumbag, liar, and treacherous. He promises things to agents to incentivize them to work harder and never fulfills his side. He strings agents along and makes them work in positions above their pay grade for months on end without ever compensating them appropriately for the more difficult work. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this call center. Management is a joke, they are unorganized, and they will change your schedule at the last minute, not tell you and then write you up when you miss work.

I was hired on to the AOL project and within a few months of working here the department was shut down. My team leader was fired and multiple other employees. The management worked with me to accommodate my schedule and stay on working but I didn't want to stay with this company due to miscomunication between employee and management.

Now trying to get my W2 form for taxes and I am not able to. Not sure if this is because my department was shut down or what. VXI needs to update their phone number on here and provide resources so I dont have to drive 45 minutes just to talk to someone. I went the other day and they couldn't look me up in the system. Need new management in my opinion.

On the comcast Ned project some Tl should not be due to lack of knowledge and know how. Such as ramon he asks other agents how to do things and if he feels you are a better agent then him he will try to throw you under the bus and lie about it and blame the OM and Director. He's a snake. But a lot of people know this about him

In all honesty, I didn't think they would take me back. After all, I had taken a three-week, unplanned, ncns hiatus. And yet here I am, still with a job, still going strong, still appreciated. I love this place. I love the people here. And they seem to love me too.
