Where are the other customers who have thousands of positive experiences with home24?
Shame on yourselves to give priority to the black painters everywhere.
I ordered a closet some time ago. This arrived to my complete satisfaction "intact" and "on time" by Hermes forwarding agency.
About 6 weeks ago it occurred to me that my storage space requirements are larger than I thought.
Okay, quickly on the home24 website and of course found the right structure. As with the first time, the ordering process was straightforward.
What I found a shame was the long delivery time of 13 weeks. But then the surprise, after 6 weeks, a delivery status update.
My delivery is sent by parcel. The two packages arrived less than two days later. The packaging is solid. Well, in my opinion, not all of the screws and handles are needed
extra packaging. I think one could act a little more ecologically here.
Thank you again and I will definitely browse home24 to expand my furniture repertoire.
