I would like to give zero stars. Unfortunately it does not work.
Just like the service from home24.
I ordered and paid for my couch on December 27th, 2019. Today is the 02.07.2020 couch I have not yet.
Ordering was straightforward.
Goods were even at Home24 before the promised delivery time. I was already happy and thought "great"
From there it went downhill.
The freight forwarder, absolute disaster. They needed 4 appointments (I of course 4 days vacation) until the couch was only near my apartment.
First the truck broke 3 times, then it was the weather
After 4 weeks back and forth the couch finally came.
Unfortunately 2 different parts. (If someone in Germany, Austria or Switzerland has a mint green big sofa and misses half, I have the other here.)
When asked if only the wrong part can be replaced, the answer came that it was not a problem. A week later the statement that the couch is completely replaced. Takes 8 weeks. The lady on the phone was very nice and really tried hard.
After 10 weeks of no news, I decided to take the initiative again, mail sent after 5 days of reply. Fixed delivery date KW 27
I am currently writing this review. Not on my couch (which is said to come in KW35)
but on my chair, which I bought from a local furniture store.
What Home24 is now getting from me is a letter from my lawyer. After waiting 7 months, the appointment was postponed for another 8 weeks. Under no circumstance.
Dear Home24 team. Service is different. Once and never again.
