Double charged me for a 1000+ order and took months to refund the first order. I waited in this showroom for 3+ hours while they messed about trying to 'sort it out.'
The order that was delivered included a broken bed frame. After being supplied with a store representative contact, she lied repeatedly over the phone to me, denying any knowledge of the problem days after I originally contacted her about it. Home24 then ignored a long, written customer service support request (which included photos) of the broken items.
Items shipped from their warehouse at irregular intervals and, in one case, a case of bedsheets remained undelivered for two months after the original order.
More expensive than Ikea but still self assembly. Terrible quality. Terribly unprofessional staff.
