I had a wonderful experience at Holmes Honda last weekend. My husband and I pulled up and was immediately welcomed by our SWEET sales lady, Rhonda Ingram! We came in, pretty much knowing what we were looking for. Rhonda was very HELPFUL in answering all of our questions and we had many! She explain all of the details we needed to know about the warranties and offers that came with the used vehicle we planned to purchase. Rhonda did not miss a beat on every question or concern we had. My husband and I, drove home the vehicle we were interested in that weekend and back to sign the paperwork on Monday to purchase. Rhonda made sure everything was perfect when I picked my new car up for a last inspection. Clean and detailed wonderfully, exactly what we asked for. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and the service provided at Holmes Honda of Shreveport, Louisiana.
