I recommend this service department to any Honda owner. I live in Alexandria and I've been dealing with the Honda place here for over a year and half trying to find out why my truck would shift hard in different gears. The only way the service department in Alexandria would check it or fix it, is it would have to code out. My truck would never code out it would just drive rough. Mr. Perry Parker said bring it up there and they would do whatever it took to find out what was wrong. Within 2 days my truck was fixed it was the torque converter. He was so nice he sent us back with a brand new Honda CRV to drive till my truck was fixed. This is 5 star service department.
