I am pleased to write this review. I recently refinanced my home to a fifteen year mortgage. I was quite nervous as I understood my payments would change. My agent was Richard Khalifa. Mr. Khalifa was extremely knowledgeable, patient and worked through all possible scenarios until we found the one most comfortable for me. He was not pushy! PJ hustles more than anyone I have ever worked with. He is completely on top of every detail and constantly stays in touch by phone and text, often times even during the evening and on weekends. Because of the constant attention, this mortgage refi was completely no stress.

This was such a smooth, "non-invasive" process that I couldn't believe it. I dealt with another refinance company that wanted everything except my dental charts. It took six months, with lots of do-overs because time had expired on certain documents. Hypotech and Anthony Castelli were absolutely wonderful to work with. Efficient and prompt. I refinanced my FHA mortgage through Hypotec, and I am so happy I did. It's been the easiest experience I have had with a mortgage company. The loan officer I had really helped me out and guided me every step of the way through the different mortgage products, especially the FHA and going to a regular conventional loan. I got a very good rate, and was not even comparable to the 3 quotes I received from three other lenders. They really promised me a quick turnaround, and they delivered , I got my loan approved around 3 days! I had the best experience with this company mainly because of Helene, I had tried to refinance before and was totally deflated until Helene called and I answered the phone, which I never do. I had a difficult case with some bumps in the road mainly because of divorce papers but Helene helped me get my divorce papers fixed and made sure everyone I dealt with did their job with integrity, she basically held my hand through the whole thing. My experience with Hypotec was amazing! My Loan officer Pejman PJ Gabayan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. This closing was special because my sister who lives in NJ was a co-borrower on my loan and I live in Florida. Most companies were not able and could not conduct or accommodate a dual signing in multiple states but PJ and his team at Hypotec made it happen.
