I had the best experience with this company mainly because of Helene, I had tried to refinance before and was totally deflated until Helene called and I answered the phone, which I never do. I had a difficult case with some bumps in the road mainly because of divorce papers but Helene helped me get my divorce papers fixed and made sure everyone I dealt with did their job with integrity, she basically held my hand through the whole thing. I couldn't have done this without her. Now my kids and I can stay in our house till they finish high school! I will always recommend her to anyone I know who needs to refinance, she is upfront, honest, organized and patient.
