Richard Khalifa is the guy to call if you want to make your dreams come. Whether it's to buy your dream home or refinance an existing loan, he will make it happen. When faced with an impossible scenario he takes it on a personal mission to make it happen. Not once but twice I have had him make things happen for me. He puts a piece of himself into the process and sees it through to the end. He is always available anytime to answer questions. I have referred him to several friends, family members, and clients. I will call him again sometime in the future when I need help with my real estate endeavors.

Update: Once again Richard came through. We wanted to take advantage on the low interest rates for our VA loan and Richard made it quick fast and easy. He is the guy to call if you are serious about getting stuff done. Thank you Richard for always having our backs.
