Back in October of 2017 we won a Yeti cooler and after a few months have gone by I emailed Lennox to see when I would receive the prize, they were shocked that we haven't received it yet, so in mid January we received a grizzly cooler and not the yeti we won, after a few emails and phone calls Jim Worrell blamed Lennox for the mix-up and asked me if he sent me 4 grizzly insulated tumblers would I keep the grizzly cooler so reluctantly I agreed with him, well it's now April 30th 2018 2 PM and still nothing from him. The sad thing is I've met Jim and his wife multiple times and he seemed very nice and honest, even bought stuff from them at live events. Don't see that happening again tho.

Update on 5/10/18 I got my prize, he did send me a bigger cooler my guess is for the headache this has been on my end. Thank you Jim for making it good. I wish it didn't have to come down to me posting but thanks all the same.
