Pejman "PJ" Gabayan from Hypotec helped us with the initial purchase of our home and recently completed a mortgage refinance for us. Working with him was an absolute joy from start to finish.

PJ hustles more than anyone I have ever worked with. He is completely on top of every detail and constantly stays in touch by phone and text, often times even during the evening and on weekends. Because of the constant attention, this mortgage refi was completely no stress.

As far as the numbers go, PJ offered much better rates than other lenders I talked to, and when closing time came around, the numbers were exactly as quoted.
