The HYPOTEC team is amazing!!! I dealt with Richard and I can only say it was a 5 star experience. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced and a just plain - perfect experience. I bought a house in a new state so having a lender be more than a supportive voice but a stellar communicator was ideal! I can t thank them enough really makes our new home feel like a smooth experience with people we could count on! I highly recommend them.
