My experience with Hypotec was amazing! My Loan officer Pejman PJ Gabayan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. This closing was special because my sister who lives in NJ was a co-borrower on my loan and I live in Florida. Most companies were not able and could not conduct or accommodate a dual signing in multiple states but PJ and his team at Hypotec made it happen. I also obtained an amazing low interest rate and they were even able to get my appraisal waived!! That was amazing and thanks to PJ and his team, I will be saving thousands and thousands of dollars. PJ would always return my calls/emails and his personal care and attention was beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase or refinance to give PJ a call.
