Room 456, doesn't get any easier to remember that! Also the room was nicely cleaned especially during this pandemic. I did appreciate the hotel asking guests to wear masks inside common areas, although not everyone was following protocol.

I stayed in a suite with a king bed, mountain view, kitchenette and fireplace. It was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great and close to the lifts if that's of interest.

Staff friendly, food great, highly recommend.

Beautiful property, great amenities and unbeatable location. However, service by front staff has huge room for improvement: 1. Our group booked 6 rooms (including 4 suites) - we used largest suite for a gathering with some moderate music and food @ around 1130pm on a Saturday night. Security came up and immediately threatened to call the cops and evict us - no warning, no ask and extremely rude and threatening. We complied immediately and would have complied earlier if they just simply called the room before storming up angry. Ironically, a staff member recommended that we stay quiet because the owner was staying at suite across from us. Not sure if owner stay and our threat were connected, but management should be more respectful of paying guests. 2. We were a large group so needed to check out together. Late checkout requests were met with extreme hostility and dismissal. Understand you are sold out but don t be jerks about it. 3. We had a mix of various levels of Hilton Honors status, with some rooms being booked by diff people - breakfast was comped for one cardholder only and not for guests (which is how every other normal hotel rewards program operates).

Though I did not stay there long, I had a great experience because it is right on the base of whistler resort, It had great service and food, and great rooms. The only downgrade was the outdoor pool (which of course, was at the time I was there a not-in-use ice skating rink.) So much for swimming, I guess.

We had a lovely stay, we had a room on the 7th floor in the north tower, the room was big and clean, the bed and pillows were great, just as we expected from the Hilton, the hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly, they do have a face mask requirement while in the common areas of the hotel which a lot of people were not following but the hotel is doing the best they can. I do recommend this hotel and I hope to be back one day.

Surprised they don't have more hot tubs but the indoor one was mostly empty (Early spring). No breakfast or parking included however that is typical for the area. Close enough to the gondola up the mountain. Room was nice and updated.

I booked room on Hilton website but didn't get what we booked when check in so talked to manager and he didn't help plus when we asked for more coffee the front desk didn't bring us any until we called many hours later,so not happy with service.

Perfect location for skiing and wandering. Close enough for kids to go to ski school in 5 minutes, plus they have ski/poles check-in and check-out right next to the lifts. Located on the main village for easy shopping strolls and meals. Excellent staff and facilities.

While not as spacious as the Westin, still had a homey feel. Felt up to date and almost modern in style. Didn't stay in a room, merely walked through scouting the lobby for a wedding reception. Decent. The restaurant had a moderate selection.

When we entered the room it was clear that the door is broken. Why the cleaning personal ,for example, hadn't report it? The door's hinges didn't work in the bathroom, I closed the door and could not open it. Can imagine my small kid being locked in there(

Room 633 Mountain suite.Saturday night stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
View overlooking the driving range and mountains was nice.
The fitness room was being renovated during my stay so they provided access to the Westin's fitness room which was pretty nice

The room itself was very large but dated. The master bathroom was nice. It has a larger shower stall with 2 overhead showers heads . Double sinks. Jetted deep soaked tub. The shared bathroom was quite small. I'd imagine it to be the default washroom in the other rooms. It had a small sink, normal size with with shower head with a jacuzzi feature in the base of the tub.

The kitchen area was quite filthy. Handles on the fridge were sorry with cakes on food and ketchup. Glass cups was plentiful but all stained with soapy water from the dish washer.

3 TVs in the suite. One in each room and one in the living room. All approx 35-40 inch. They live in overly large cabinets that take up alot of space and limit viewing angles.

The beds were okay. Not too soft. But the pillows were awful for me and left me with a back ache in my neck the rest of the day.

2 fire places. One in the living room and one in the master. 1 fire log is free of charge but requires a phone call a phone call to front desk. $5 for extra logs.

Great location. Parking is expensive but the convention centre is close by which is way cheaper. Good social distance and hand hygiene practicing. The pool was a bit crowded and I don't think the max numbers are enforced enough.

We visited the Hilton lobby just to meet for the Blackcomb Snowmobiling which we were given clear instructions to find by the staff. The staff were friendly and polite. The lobby was tidy and the washrooms were very clean.

The lobby is really nice only walked through to use washrooms and get to and from the village the staff are really friendly and the Cinnamon bear bar and grill inside the resort is really nice looking as well

The room was on the first floor and the receptionist refused to put me on a higher floor with the excuse there are no other available rooms. Did not like the response, especially when reading her face, no will to go extra mile and check it. Otherwise, bed was comfy, Jacuzzi was awesome, coffee was good, kitchen had everything, fridge and dish-washer in the room. TV remote controller was old, hard to guess how to use it. I was left with mixed feelings about the hotel, although Hilton is one of my preferred hotels. Maybe it was a bad luck! ...

I like the Hillton hotel, the service is friendly, the employees are good, the place is comfortable, only the spa is lousy, the employees are less professional and less friendly, annoying, too expensive, the price for the spa

Hilton is predictable. Hilton is dependable. This is a high traffic ski resort, higher end, but a ski resort. It gets hard traffic. Sometimes it shows. But Hilton works hard on customer satisfaction, cleanliness and maintenance. The location is excellent, in the heart of everything, easy walking distance to most activities. I have no hesitancy in recommending the resort.

The amenities, service, restaurant were all great, but the room itself was just average. Phone wasn't plugged in, clock was missing batteries, there were not many plugs to attach by the bedside.

Its always so nice to stay at the Hilton in Whistler. It s our second time there and we always have something positive to say. I love the ambiance, comfortable bed, swimming pool, restaurants, clean room, decent size washrooms, and good customer service. It s right in the heart of whistler village, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to plans falling through for our anniversary weekend, such as JT suffering an injury and having to postpone his concert, we decided to make the most of a long weekend and stay the night in Whistler. We requested to book an AirBnB but by the time we were 5 minutes away from arriving in the village we did not have a confirmation yet. As a result I decided to book a hotel room. In a rush to get a place I booked a room with the Hilton from my phone, but not for the night we were arriving, the next night, by accident. We arrived at the hotel and began checking in only to realize the room was not booked for the night we were there. The front desk staff were very rude and unforgiving about this. I do not think I have ever met a more uncaring and non-compassionate group of HOSPITALITY service staff. They basically shoo'ed us away and told us to call our booking agency. So of course we did that to try and get a refund. Well the only thing the agency could do was of course call the hotel. They would not budge. They wouldn't even give the credit to another night in the future. So we paid for a room we did not even step foot in. No resolution, nothing, and on top of this they booked the room for someone else so they made double on the room from one simple mistake! Horrible service, I hope that everyone checks out the other reviews before deciding to stay here. We ended up going to another local place, no international brand name or anything and we told them what happened and right off the hop they gave us a $30 discount on the room. There is a reason why people say shop local!

We got a great deal at the Hilton, perfect location in Whistler. Rooms could use a bit of TLC...but nice and great views.

The highlight was going to the pool. We had Amazing service by Joris the attendant. He worked hard to fit everyone in the time slots and offered us suggestions places to eat. He's a great asset to your organization.

I can describe our stay in two words: slamming doors. Loud enough to jar the furniture whenever your callow and inconsiderate neighboors decide to come and go. A cacophony of brutalizing noise all night long to destroy all pleasant memories of your stay. Tightening the automatic door closer, and better parental investment in early childhood to produce responsible adults, should fix the problem.

We had a great time here..stayed 6 nights on a family trip. Very family friendly. Having a kitchen was great..cooked a few nights and saved some money. Breakfast was great too although items not much rotation. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. This is probly one of the priciest places I've ever stayed...$450 a night during ski week but location was really nice..would almost say it's worth it. Would definitely love to come back next year!

Nice
