My family and I were very excited to stay with Hilton as we do not book hotels often. The room we stayed in had this sign stating it had been cleaned and sanitized for our protection. However, our room was very dusty and two of us kept sneezing time to time from the dust during our stay. I am not sure if our room was throughly sanitized as they can't even clean the dust properly around our room. We might not book a room in the future with Hilton as we do not want to pay money to sleep in a dusty room again.

Great stay at Hilton Whistler! Room we stayed in was spacious, very clean and had lots of useful amenities such as a stocked kitchen, dishwasher and an additional wash basin outside the bathroom which was handy when getting ready. Complimentary toiletries seemed of good quality and smelled lovely. COVID precautions in place (wearing a mask in shared spaces etc) and the cleanliness of the areas we visited made me feel comfortable about staying. Front desk were welcoming. Can t beat the location either! Definitely will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at several different hotels in Whistler with our pup over the last several years and this hotel was right up there in comparison with a couple others we really liked. We were in the South Tower, room 158. Ground floor, King bed, no patio, kitchenette in room. Room convenient to elevator, lobby, and village. Bed and pillows were comfortable and no complaints during our stay. We booked through a Travelzoo special which included the parking and the resort fee as well. The only extra fee upon checkout was $25 per night for our dog.

Horrible experience. Someone else checked into our room with the same last name. Nobody cared to check the ID. And then upon finding about this they didn't even care about changing my credit information.and their breakfast, dinner and parking was charged to my credit card. I was asked to wait a hour at the time of checkout so they can investigate if we are lying. Pathetic.

They do have service change(around $32). You do have to purchase parking ticket($35). Beside, I had my stay at Nov.23.They deposits me twice, I had to call my bank ins to cancel the deposit which is the mistake they made. There is still money on hold till now(Dec.2nd). 1st time experience this whole thing. I had been to couple other hotels in whistler. Definitely wurf the money than this one!

Service was courteous, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about details on the Cantando music festival that we were a part of. Room was spacious with enough amenities provided that I did not have to call for room services.

I felt the staff was friendly and the hotel is quite nice. So it gets 2 stars. What I don t understand is why a high quality hotel is using duvets without covers, and re using them daily. When I called to ask, I was told they spray the duvets after each use and sand which the duvet between two sheets. This does not keep the duvet from touching your skin and whatever fluids may have touched the duvet from the previous guest. I move around at night. Sheets usually end up crumpled at my feet, and I m left with the bare duvet wrapped around me. I find it disgusting this is the practice especially during Covid times. I did speak to a manager and he simply said that this is Hilton s policy. Sorry.
Would not stay here again.

Sadly the walls are SO thin you can hear everything around you.

Our next door neighbor s children sounded like they were right in our room.

In the morning around 7 AM our neighbors woke us up several times because we could hear them
showering, changing, talking, and watching TV. You shouldn t be able to hear your neighbors this loudly at a 4 star resort!

Amenities could have been nice, but things felt a bit too crowded. With covid it is difficult to get a chance to use the hot tub and the pool was constantly at full capacity.

At night, a swarm of (not socially distanced) drunken guests were hanging out in the lobby near the restaurant and bar. Concierge did not seem worried about removing them.

Great location and small but functional private parking lot (although EV charging may be an issue since Valet always parks regular vehicles in them so I had to contact the front desk often). Pool was small but nice, same goes for hot tub/whirlpool, gym was a decent size and bonus food/beverage service at the pool deck with happy hour menu! Rooms were modern and clean. Be aware during the hot summer months when the maid cleans your room they turn your air conditioning/thermostat off 'auto' 'cool' therefore upon your return the room never cools down enough to sleep comfortably. Spoke to maintenance, the maid and front desk ... everyone seemed to think we were imagining things so why bother.

My wife & I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary and had a terrible stay, there was a dog barking next door from check in, until 11pm at night, and we could bairly stay in the room due to the noise, management would not move us or comp anything besides parking, (and had to complain to get that) they did not seem to care besides saying sorry for the noise, also, we had to call to go over the bill because they tried to charge us twice for one night stay. Not happy at all coming from a dog owner myself, how they treated us, and the barking dog.- note - if u have a yappy dog leave them at home and think of others at your hotel. I rate this stay & managment -1

I was gifted an overnight in Whistler at the Hilton and had to a certain day to book. I booked my trip but had to cancel due to the restrictions our government has made to not travel during the pandemic. I kindly asked Claire Choi (our designated contact at the Hilton) and asked for an extension to rebook when restrictions are lifted and was told no we have to book before December 18. I am extremely disappointed that the Hilton would not honor the rules the government put out for our safety and encourage us to come anyway or miss out on the experience. It saddens me that the Hilton operates this way especially when there is an outbreak up there right now.

Don't come during COVID 19. Only 2 people allowed in the hot tub despite being in the same family. 15 people are allowed in the pool but it's not warm enough. Sauna is closed. We would not have booked had we known these policies were in place. There was nothing posted online. Disappointing.

A nice stay indeed! Great location and the hotel is in great shape. We secured a great deal through TravelZoo; weeknight stay for $199, with parking and resort fee waived.

Pool looks awesome but we didn t get a chance to try it out. The one thing I d suggest: the restaurant needs some updates chairs. Unless these chrome metal chairs from the 90 s are there due to needing the chairs elsewhere, those need an update to match the rest of the hotel :)

Your customer service is terrible. I call to ask a simple question and notice that I require my room to be pet friendly and just because I book through an agency they tell me that they cannot do anything. The agency for its part tells me that I must deal directly with the hotel to ensure that the room is available. This has never happened to me with other less renowned hotels. The guy on the phone was really very pathetic, scolding me why I didn't book directly with them. I will contact them again to see if another more competent person answers the phone, IMPOSSIBLE. There are many other better hotels with better service.

Spacious and Ac works well. Blackout curtains was pretty good too. Begging and mattress was comfortable.

Issue with washroom sink, it's clogged. Pretty sure they know the issue since you need to clean the sink with water too... Right?

Had a good experience staying over the long weekend. Good customer service. I lost my shirt by the pool and was able to retrieve it from the front desk. Nice location within the village, easy access.

We are staying tonight for our wedding anniversary. First, we were very excited to stay in a King suite with personal fireplace. Until, fire alarm went off due to smoke in the room as we light up the wooden fire place. I checked and found out there smoke was not going out but spreading within the room. Had to open the windows to breathe all night. Turned on the heat and heat was not working properly as thermostat was not working properly and it got too cold. Closed the windows and then it got too hot. We litterly stayed up all night because of the discomfort. Even the heat vent were not clean and had dust in it. Terrible experience.

The room was pool facing but it gave a good view regardless. The staff was very sweet and helpful. My only complaint is the towels could have been switched out when the clears came in during the day, but there were no clear instructions. I don't know if it was even user error. Came and went many times a day and didn't get bothered once.

Good Hilton with better than average amenities. Some of the rooms could use a refresh and mine needed the mini fridge replaced as it didn t work. Staff was meh and attendant in executive lounge just sat on their phone the whole time rather than clear or restock items. Expected more for paying the premium to stay at a namesake property

The Hilton restaurant was awesome. We arrived early at 10 o clock and they said the room was available and we could take it even though our check in was at 4. They also have place to shower and change if you're leaving later than your check out time. The hotel is right at the whistler village within a minute walk to the ski lifts. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

My family did not enjoy our stay. The rooms don't have kitchenettes unless you pay for them. We finally payed for a kitchenette, (extra $50 a night) and the fan blows right back into the kitchen!!! We had a pullout bed and my daughters were cold the night because the blanket was very thin cotton cover. We called down for another blanket the next night and no one ever came. The hotel itself stinks from renovation. The hot tubs were not hot. Even when we arrived, they don't rent trolleys. You either need to haul all your things by yourselves or pay $10 for someone to put your stuff on one and bring it up with you. Such money grabs. We will never stay here again.
