The Hilton Whistler is okay. The location is awesome, it is right at the base and easy to access the village.
The rooms were so-so - I was able to hear what was going on around me, which is never delightful when you are trying to sleep.

Room and front desk are totally nice.

Worst room service ever, and they add room service charge? I never heard such thing tho.

Tasteless pasta, over cooked salmon. Very clammy soup, and they add salmon chucks which make it more fishy too. Extreme salty smoked salmon on chewy toast

What a fantastic property!! We were thrilled with the location, the amenities (the pool is awesome) and the staff. Our room was beautifully appointed and a wonderful space for our family of six. Our kids were thrilled with how spacious our room was and loved the pool. All facilities were top notch. We will definitely stay here again and were so thankful to the wonderful management team for a truly memorable family holiday. Thank you Hilton!

Stayed with my family, it was a convenient hotel to get to. Check in process was fast and easy, and we were also able to check in at an earlier time than recommended. Place was beautifully decorated to match the holiday spirit, and the rooms were nice and accommodating!

One of my staples in Whistler. Pool table is free, great nachos and drinks. You'll find a lot of locals stopping by at the end of their shifts, so a great place to hangout and start the night.

Great experience, clean rooms and excellent location. Staff were polite, friendly while giving helpful service. Whistler is a nice resort that's got high volume tourism and a lot going on each day, so it was good to retreat into my hotel to regroup. I'm glad I chose this one.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very cozy and comfortable and had a fireplace, a sauna, and a kitchen with a full oven and stove. The place was clean and respectable. They will nickle and dime you though. I've stayed at other decent properties in Whistler that don't nickle and dime.

Family stayed here and had a good time. Room was clean and staff very friendly. However upon check got hit with a $25.00 per night "resort fee". Been going to Whistler many times over the years and never once had a resort fee charge. Will not be staying at the Hilton ever again. What a rip-off.

Nice facilities, and friendly staff. There are 2 hot tubs, a sauna, an outdoor pool, and a gym. There are many services available as well such as an in house spa, and a bar. Only a few steps from the centre of Whistler Village.

Poor reception. Staff were disinterested & bordering on rude. Left in the underground parking whilst my wife went to find a luggage cart. Took 45 minutes to get to our room. Service in Whistler generally leaves a lot to be desired. Had to be in Whistler for a wedding but won't return. Parking at $32 a night.... gouging the paying public.

Fastest checkin ever. I usually dread canadian hotels, never made it to a room in less than 2 hours before. Forgot my plug adaptors, who cares USB charging points next to my bed !!!!! Gonna be hard to get out of this comfy bed, fire, massive tv combo.

Some of the rooms can feel relatively spacious by Whistler standards, including a helpful kitchenette and cute little balcony. The bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint and a new bathtub, which looks outdated and not very appealing. Don't plan on watching netflix or any of your own content on the television - the hotel has disabled HDMI access in order to force guests to pay $25 for on-demand movies. Front desk didn't seem to care about this concern and it reminds me very much of the nickle-and-diming for technology that was so common in hotels 15 years ago. Wouldn't recommend for business travelers or longer-term stays who might want to watch their own content at night.

I overheard this employee Andrew talking about his colleagues in a VERY unprofessional way. Pretty uncomfortable experience to hear employees talking like that. I'm not coming back here when there are other options.

Stayed yesterday. Price was decent even though it was long weekend. Got free upgraded (as I was told upon arrival). Parking was expensive but expected. Room was spacious and clean except for the dead bug that someone had killed on the curtain, which I chose to overlook lol. Nice room size and bathroom was nice and clean too. Would definitely recommend.

Really friendly Hilton in central Whistler village. Nice and tidy and clean, good sized family rooms, Only real issue in the family rooms was that we had a sky light and its covering was only a white pull down cover. So it let all the light in at 5am, which is when Whistler gets light.

Good choice of TV channels, good amenities in each room. The bar and restaurant were both really good, if a little pricey, but then its the Hilton.

You are paying for pre COVID-19 expectations. We booked here expecting to use the pool, gym, or tennis courts but never got to use any because only a limited amount of people allowed and when you go to sign up it is always full. We called the front desk 8 different times during our stay to try to get room service and no one ever answered. We had to take our own trash out and use our own towels from home. The staff seemed very stressed as they were being over worked. They were trying their best but there was not enough help. We got a clean room but that is it. Their website needs to be updated about covid 19 expectations and their prices need to be lowered if you are not going to get what is advertised.

Pandemic nightmare. If you care about your health and safety during Covid 19, do not stay at this property. They are not careful. They seat too many people at their restaurant. They also allow people to smoke all around the property. When you leave or come in, people will be blowing their smoke in your face left and right. I won't be surprised if there is a Covid outbreak at this property soon. Did not feel safe or comfortable here.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms. Really close to the main gondola. You have to store your skis at the local ski shop if you rent or own your own. They won't store ski boots if you own your own which is annoying as there's no drying room. The bar is very lively, especially on a Tuesday.

Still pretty good but not as expected

Still pretty good but not as expected

First of all, if you stay at South Tower, then please expect a little while walking from garage to gondola. Yes, the hotel location is still pretty decent, but if you expect easy access to left, then you will definitely be disappointed.

I've changed rooms during my stay in Whistler, and the room at North Tower was pretty old, and lacking of a lot of amenities. I don't see mini-fridge, or microwave. The room at South Tower was recently remodeled, so was a lot better than North Tower. I like the new style of room at Hilton where there are a lot of power outlets as well as USB ports.

The breakfast was okay, typical continental breakfast, with pretty good service and friendly staff. Hilton Gold Member enjoys breakfast for free.

The insulation between rooms was poor, and the dog at my adjacent room was barking all evening long, until its lord came back, then the dog started barking against another dog walking along the hallway. I could very clearly hear the conversation from other room.

Considering its rate, I'd think twice next time when I stay in Whistler.

For a Hilton I was shocked on how terrible the service was. Right from the check in process with the unfriendly lady at the concierge to our room which looked nothing like the picture. It was shocking to see the washroom flooring be old brick pavers that appears to have been left off the renovation checklist. Not comfortable at all to step on and it looked dated and grungy. On top of this, got overcharged by $40 and when i spoke to a Kevin i was met with sarcastic remarks and definatley and unwillingness to help me recognizing that it was an overcharge and not able to explain it. He did say it was an incidential charge and most likely it will be refunded but obviously not someone that was well equipped in understanding how credit card indential holds work. I asked to speak to a manager and said he starts at 0700am. i than asked if there is anyone that can assist in refunding and he said "no there is not, wait for 5 days" . I am looking forward to speaking to the manager Connor tomorrow to get this resolved. Unbeleivable on how terrible the service is here and if you want unhappy and miserable staff than this is the place to be.

This is awful it cost $330 after tax they don t even have music on the alarm clocks and it s a $10 charge for music you don t have internet tv. Fitted sheets are not used here so if you move around on the bed you end up on a bare mattress. The room was fairly small for a king size bed with no dressers. After staying in the Westin the night before paying less for a room twice the size with a fire place and a separate area for kitchen, bed, living room and balcony I was disappointed with the Hilton and will never stay here again.
