The service was amazing the cookies are fantastic I was just wondering though that the parking lot valet service almost scratch the hood of my car and I was very upset just letting everyone know about that don't want valet there just don't. It wasn't my car after all it was my dad's but you know still my car in my family doesn't matter though thanks

Superb location, walking distance to Whistler village and the gondolas for skiing. Our room was spacious, but lacked a fridge for us to store left overs from our meals. Our room also had a tub with jets, which was a nice touch. The breakfast included a buffet that had eggs, and omlette bar, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, potatoes, and coffee/juice. The pool was outdoors but heated, and there was both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Be prepared to wait on the elevators, as it would take up to 4 minutes of waiting before there was even a stop on our floor during rush times. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend friends and family should stay here!

Convenient location close to gondolas. Ski valet available. Front desk attendants we spoke with provided incorrect information a couple times. Room was good but drain in bathtub didn't empty very well. Overall it was good for the convenience.

THIS ONE AND ONLY STAR FOR THE POOL

THIS ONE AND ONLY STAR FOR THE POOL

- We paid for 1 night $466 + $40 parking spot.

- Terrible customer service. (No respect at all) We called three times to the customer service to bring us 5 cups, but they didn't. We walk to the downstairs to ask in person AND THEN they send someone with cups 30 min later.

- THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE PARKING SPOTS for their guests.
- The parking guy is very rude, he didn't notify us about parking payments. He just told us to pay $40 when we checked out. HE CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS because we were late by 30 minutes before checkout.

- The pool was nice but a little bit dirty.

This place is amazing. The rooms have an extremely comfortable bed, a fireplace, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and even a stove-top, 2 sinks and very nice shower. The room even had a balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff was really nice and the concierge service is extremely helpful in booking and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. During our stay, we did not hear noise coming from the other rooms, they are truly sound proof.

I will be staying here again.

Great service from the moment we stepped onto the grounds. The valet was very attentive and helpful to all of our needs during the stay. He answered all questions, like what the snow conditions were and will be like, what runs would be good, or directed us to the concierge for our other needs, whom were also great, warm and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was not short of great selection, everything was fresh in small batches, and their smoked salmon benny my ski partner had made me jealous.
Belgian waffles were delicious, tall and fluffy as they should be, multiple flavours of syrups and icing sugar to finish it all off.
Close to ski lift, but had to walk through the hotel a longer distance than first expecting. Ski valet is in the sport shop by the hill, some walk in their socks but there s cubbies in the shop too.
Their hot tub was large and had the option of opening accordion doors, would be nice in the warmer seasons. It was very enjoyable spa atmosphere until a large family with young children decided to let their under 8 kids play with floaties joined, went from calming to a little chaotic. Usual rules follow, no glass but they said they mind guests having drinks in the spa otherwise when we called to ask.
Great experience overall.
Thanks Hilton.

It has a fun game room for kids also is located in a very good spot, a walking distance away from many great restraunts and shops. But the food there inside the hotel wasnt great and rooms was average not hilton standard.overall great experience.

Bell hops gave us a dumb stare and as if we were just another count in the hotel during our check in time .No attention to details was given , the dustbins were without bags in the room , had to ask for toothpaste . This Hilton hotel whistler is just Average at its best and not more than a place to sleep in whistler!

We stayed in the penthouse suite this past weekend, with two king bedrooms. Beautiful room! Although the room was not available at 4PM, front desk was lovely in keeping us comfortable as we waited. Beautiful room with great access to the village.

I give this place 5 stars for their customer service. We booked last minute bc of the Smokey air we had to leave our other place. They accommodated us and price matched 3rd party websites. We had a 5 month old baby and they let us check in early which was a huge help for us. Rooms are spacious and they are dog friendly which we loved also!!!!

When booking i left in the comments that it was our anniversary trip which hotels in the past have gone above and beyond making our arrival/ stay extra special .. which the hilton did not. Rather it was quote unaccomodating to the point I won't be back and will be booking other hotels .
We show up there to find out that they over booked their parade and we had no where to park and had to walk to a conference center and find parking elsewhere. The hotel also did absolutely nothing for compensation or trying to make things better with the parking situation.
Also we get up to our room after dealing with everything at the front desk including quite a lot of rudeness ... only to find out that they did absolutely nothing for our anniversary. No rose petals or mini bottle of wine or champagne or chocolate or lil welcome notes or anything to greet us . I then asked and they blamed covid for not being able to leave a bottle of wine or disposable rose petals on the bed .... which would have made our arrival so much more special .
Rather we entered our room and it smelt so much of bleach that we had to open a window to air it out and we both got headaches from how strong it was.
The room was clean and the location was good . But that was the only plus about staying at the hilton .
We won't be back to that location. We will be choosing a different hotel for our future trips .

I stayed at the Hilton and had a friend join me after I had checked in. I never informed the front desk about any additional guests. My friend arrived and the man working at the front desk gave her a key to my room without calling me to authorize that this person should have a key to my room.

I spoke with someone at the front desk about this and she said this is usually a procedure they follow. I feel that this should be something that should always be followed as this could affect the safety of their guests.

I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Staying here was mostly a delight expect for 2 things. Positives are the room was great, it was big so lots of space for suitcases, the pool and hot tub are great, beds really comfortable, location is right in the heart of the village so the location is fantastic, definite where you want to be located for the best village vibe. Negatives, we weren't advised at check-in that there's a compulsory $25 + tax resort fee per night. This was a shock at checkout to have over $50 of additional charges on our bill for a 2 night stay, with the resort fee being for no benefit other than a way the hotel can get more money. Secondly the house keeping is poor, I've included a photo of how the bed was made when we arrived home in the afternoon. My 5yo could do a better job. Poor service for such a nice hotel. 5 stars for location but I'm deducting 2 stars for the resort fee and poor housekeeping.

Older, smaller rooms. It isn't quite ski in/ski out but it is no more than a minute walk. The smallest hot tub in Whistler village given the size of the hotel. We booked on a last minute deal and it was still quite pricy, but it is Whistler after all.
