Great hotel in the heart of the Whistler village. Clean and spacious rooms. Funky mirrors with a lot up beauty mirror right within the big mirror. Good quality tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff.

Didn t make it to the pool or the restaurant. By the looks of it, the restaurant needs a little bit of an upgrade in terms of food and ambiance, seeing as it s located at the Hilton.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last week and it was great. The location is perfect, and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a king suite with a balcony and fire place. It was so wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Although I will say one thing, I originally booked the queen suite and confirmed that it had a balcony. (I called 2 times to confirm) when we arrived and got to our room there wasn t a balcony, and had to spend another $50 a night for the upgraded room. A little annoying considering I had 2 different conversations confirming there would be a balcony. And once getting to resort the front desk says there is zero queen suites that have one.
But overall the stay was wonderful. And after we got into the room I wanted, everything was great!

We had an amazing stay, a fabulous weekend, we loved the jacuzzi tub alot and the fire place inside the suite. The only issue I am very frustrated about is that we checked out on November 11,2019 and we still haven't received the deposit of 300.00 dollars, I've called my credit card company and the hotel many times and nothing has been done, I just want my 300.00 dollars in cheque or back on my credit card.

Stayed at the Hilton in Whistler over the Jan 2nd, 20201, weekend. Was a great experience. Concierge was very helpful with luggage. They allowed a later checkout and also I was able to park for the ski day after I had checked out, with no additional cost. Place was clean, and the kitchennette was perfect for my needs. Very comfy bed. Also had a great enclosed space outdoors to let me dog out, was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Good service, relatively cheap place to stay compared to other options in the area. Does not have all the amenities you would expect in a hotel but the location is small. Has valet service.

Few things rubbed us the wrong way here... We paid a $385 rate when we overheard the next person to us got a $200 rate as a walk in. We paid $32 each for the sub par breakfast. It s not that it was a terrible experience, but the cookie cutter American feel left us feeling there are far better options in Whistler. Don't be surprised with the $30 resort fee when you check out - everyone loves fees for using the room. It s not about the money, it s about the price gouging that rubbed us the wrong way. It felt like paying a line painting fee after paying for parking.

I stayed on the first floor. The room had a kitchenette and a patio, but no views. Didn't really mind as we were staying for a night and just needed a comfortable bed.

The bed was spacious and really comfortable, I slept very well! Some features of the room was modern (nice mirror with modern lights). There was a large flat screen tv - I am not sure if it was a smart tv but we didn't really spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. Overall, it seems like the room is a bit dated - the walls looked a tad bit tired, and the bathroom looked old too. It didn't matter too much since it was really nice and clean!

Considering the price to quality ratio - I think there are better options in Whistler. However, we also just stayed one night during high season, and didn't really use a lot of their facilities.

We stayed in this property some years ago and had fond memories. We returned Feb 2019 and the feelings are definitely mixed. On one hand there was much that stayed the same (at least as we recalled) while other things seems to have dropped in standard. Our room was spacious and clean. Reasonably well maintained but there was a nasty draft leaking from under our balcony door. We had to dial up the room temperature to compensate.
Housekeeping and front desk staff were fine but we did have two (false) fire alarms in the evening which were disconcerting. The hotel WiFi went down for almost a day with little explanation or estimated time of repair. It was all put down to bad weather but the rest of Whistler seems to have no problem. I had to go from one free store wifi to another to conduct my business. One real disappointment was the hotel restaurant. From memory it was a high class affair with good food and excellent service. Now the restaurant was more like a bistro with a low rent decor to match. Service was good from young staffs but everything else was meh. The only positive is that it is one of the cheaper place to eat in Whistler but hardly a signature Hilton restaurant.

Standard Hilton in a great location. Very close to the lifts and the village where most of the shopping and eating is. Rooms are spacious but nothing it off the ordinary except a wood burning fireplace in some. Friendly staff at check in and a helpful bell desk.

The spa in the hotel is convenient and the massage is amazing. The on site bar and restaurant are good. Friday night at the bar was busy with locals.

Everything was up to par with the normal Hilton standards, and the location is hard to beat.

Had to ask the bell desk for help. They saw us but went inside. When asked for help they commented: oh, you have luggage? Strange question when you come with car and stay for a couple days with loads of ski gear.
We have an adult son and almost adult daugterd so that we had reserved with that information. Room only had one king bed and a pull out sofa. Their comment was that they are sold out and this is the only room they have. If we want we can get a roll away for a charge. Wow, we do not get what we reserved and have to pay for the fix.
This is not the Hilton I am staying in all around the world. Disappointed!

Booked a room through hotwire. The receptionist was nice enough to give us a room with a kichenette. Room was clean and air condition was in perfect working order. The shower had adequate water pressure. Although there was some grime in the frontal panel of the tub. Bed was soft. Maybe too soft for my tastes, but I know this is the norm for north America. Would stay again.

One of the best places to stay in Whistler, it has a prime location and in a walking distance from all facilitates and places in Whistler. Use the backdoor of the hotel to be in the middle of the city.

I attended for a company dinner which while good felt very understaffed as the wait for food took over an hour to serve all the guests. There were approximately 80 guests attending and we were in one of the event halls.

They have a bunch of hidden fees that come after your checking out. Also 35 per day for parking and outdated jet tub in the room where the jets stick out like knobs in the tub so they start to dig into your making for a rather discomforting experience. The rooms are rather small compared to other options. There also seems to be dust circulating around as the kitchen stove and counter area had a dust film buildup the doors can be heard opening and closing all night from other rooms and you can hear the people in the rooms around you. If I had a choice to repeat the experience I would shop around there are better properties to be had!

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The only reason for the four is it is not very affordable.
The lobby is clean and well organized.
The pool and hot tub areas, as well as the inside hot tub and dry sauna are very well maintained.
Access to the village is easy and, there are restaurants attached to the hotel also for quick access.
Unlike the Westin though, who's pool is both inside and outside, the pool is all outdoor here. That means that inclement weather can be detrimental if you have kids.

Sockets in room with no covers. TV didn't work when I arrived, sill-gasket broken sticking it from shower pot light. Staff were great other than not seeming to care about the unfinished state of the room.

Great location, beautiful views, very clean and spacious rooms, and wonderful staff. They were very accommodating. The amenities are also great (indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, pool and gym). Everything was excellent. We felt like at home. We will definitely go back. We are looking forward to staying at Hilton again during winter season. Thank you Hilton!

Room 510 is the room we stayed and the restroom shower was clogged or not draining well. After showering the water flooded the entire restroom. Parking was an additional 35$ and breakfast is not offered. I had a better experience at a motel 6.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We could hear the slightest noise from the neighboring room. Cigarette smoke from the courtyard filled our room. This lovely sight greeted us the 3 days of our stay in the stairwell.

Where to start?

Where to start?
We arrived at whistler at 1 pm (this was not our first trip) ans were told to be put on a waitlist to check in and to probably come back around 4pm. 3 hours of wasting time later, the front service staff were rude, the room was filthy (there were hairs all over the bathroom and the place smelled really bad).

The resort pool was tiny and the hot tub was lukewarm. To top it off, we were about to be charged for a resort fee and were explained it was for having used the wifi and the pool. We did not step into the pool nor bothered with the wifi. I let the lady at the front desk, Rosalie, know about the above issues so that charge was thankfully removed.

Overall, the customer service for a whistler resort and spa was seriously lacking and cleanliness needs serious work. When I brought up my issues the next morning, the same front desk lady could not have cared less and handed me my invoice and helped the next person in line.

My wife and I visited Whistler and stayed here at the end of August for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We wanted a room with a kitchenette so that we didn't have to eat out every meal. We found what seemed to be a good deal at the Hilton and booked it.

When we arrived the staff weren't overly pleased to see us (In my experience, staying at 3 and 4 star hotels, I am used to the staff smiling and making you feel like your staying there is appreciated). Other than giving us a handout telling us how to reserve a spot at the pool, the only information they relayed was that room service was only being done in between stays and when it was specifically requested (Both the pool booking and the room service changes are part of their COVID-19 plan and my wife and I have no problem with these changes).

Our room looked alright for a stay at you local Travelodge, the wall paper was lifting at the seams, the main light took about 5 minutes to fully illuminate and the dishwasher door wouldn't fully open (it hit the bedside cabinet in front of it at about 35o). This was problematic for getting items in and out of the lower drawer of the dishwasher as it would just roll back in as soon as you let go of it, the dishes still in the drawer would then crash about.

When we checked out we were charged a $25 Resort fee per night. We queried this and were told the resort fee is for the pool, 1 hour complementary bike use, tennis courts and outside patio. We didn't use any of these services as we weren't made aware these were available to us (other than the pool which filled up so fast we couldn t get a time slot) so we asked for this charge to be waived. They would not as apparently the resort fee is non-negotiable and that somewhere in our booking it would have said this. They were right, It did say this, about half way down where no one looks. If it is non-negotiable, then the resort fee should be included in the room price should it not? To separate it is deceitful in my mind.

When I talked with the hotel manager to express my concerns I received no sympathy, in fact they had an answer for everything and would not make any exceptions (one must wonder if guests disputing the resort fee is a regular occurrence). On their website they listed services we could expect to receive that actually weren't available eg. deluxe bedding (ours was far from deluxe as instead of a duvet cover we had two bed sheets that had holes in them), bathrobes and slippers, free newspaper. Their reply to that was that we should have called the hotel before booking to see what was being offered. Apparently there is some small print somewhere which states that these things are subject to change, again I find this deceitful as they took the time to update their website with their recent COVID-19 protocols, but chose not to update what is being provided?

A few years ago my wife and I also had a bad experience staying at the Hilton in Paris. We decided to give them another shot, lesson learned, we will not be staying at a Hilton Hotel/Resort again.

One of the best vacation experiences we've ever had! Hilton is right in the middle of everything. Biking, hiking, restaurants and shopping of every kind. Friendly staff, clean accommodations. We never even got back into our vehicle until it was time to leave -- we had everything we needed and wanted there!
