Staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were lovely
The staff is amazing, the hotel has everything you could need. Great stay.
Restaurant has ambient light and quiet. Staff was not that attentive but the manager was very prompt to our needs and informative.
The hotel is little dated. The front entrance is a bit hidden. The room was huge with a kitchen which was a bonus.
Went here for some recreation services, decent facility, friendly staff
Stayed for my Whistler Fondo ride. Hotel allowed us to store our bikes in the room or in their storage unit. Very comfortable, clean and attentive staff. It's the same in winter when skiing. Hottub, pool (salt) and gym.
Junior suit is big & has some amazing view of gondolas. The hotel is next to the village which makes it an easy walk
A well-run hotel, warm service, in a beautiful area, easy walking to everywhere in this tourist/ski community. Good food at breakfast.
We had a great social gathering thanks to the staff. Good service
The hotel is lovely but the covid restrictions really effected our stay, and I m disappointed that I paid full price for a hotel room and wasn t given a full price experience.
Very good hotel ,big rooms ,nice pool ,great mountain view
I didn't stay here. I only at breakfast while I waited for my ATV tour to start. However, everyone looked happy.
Perfect stay. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable spacious rooms and great location. I couldn't ask for more.
Even during covid-19 this hotel is a lovely stay, only stayed for one night but it was as aforementioned, lovely! Soft clean beds with plushy pillows, helpful and friendly front desk staff, (perfect selfie mirror in the bathroom) clean shower with perfect temperature water. Right in the centre near the village, max 2 minute walk. Cheaper than most air bnbs for one night.
Very good location excellent service of all except cleaning in rooms
Excellent stay, was very impressed. Service was great, accommodated to everything we asked for. The breakfast at the cinnamon bar lounge area was amazing. Probably the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Lots of underground parking and easy access straight into Whistler village from the hotel. Very convenient and not loud at all. Whistler is known to have a young crowd usually being loud and partying. Did not get that at all from this hotel. Definitely coming back again in a few months for a ski trip. The outdoor pool and hottub was great and the indoor hottub was a good bonus to have. Our king bed room was huge.
Excellent pool and hot tub. Very close to the lifts.
Sat in restaurant for 15min was not acknowledged by staff so left. Place was full of drunk (likely underage) screaming kids who were shouting in the bar, messing around in elevators and just being unruly. Shame as hotel is pretty. This Hilton honors member will not be back.
Good hotel and very nice staff. A dog kept barking all night in the room next to us.
RIGHT in the middle of Whistler village. Large hotel, nice rooms. Shops and bars below.
Quality hotel with good service and amenities. We liked the pool area. Our king bed room had a kitchenette and patio which was very nice.
The only minor complaints:
-The microwave in our room didn't work.
-Our room was right across the hall from the stairwell. Since the elevators were a bit slow, lots of guests would use the stairwell and the door would slam shut quite loudly. This made our particular room a bit noisy so just be aware of the loud stairwell doors if you can request a particular room location.
-Neither of the hot tubs were hot but the sauna was nice.
The bar was nice, cheap drink s and a great place to go after skiing.
Spacious room, nice and clean, but pillows were flat
Very clean hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. The room I had was very spacious with large comfortable beds. The fact that it overlooks the pedestrian area of Whistler is convenient and the fact that it is a stone's throw from the ski lifts.
Love it. Everything. Staff. Atmosphere. Activities. All brilliantly organised. Been there in the summer. Can't wait to be back in the winter.
The hotub was lukewarm and jets didn't work and the hot tub is tiny. The pool was borderline cold. So glad we had a jet tub in our room.... Very disappointed. The room was nice, but the cleaning staff was trying to come in just after 8am on Sunday..... Nice staff and helpful when asked for room change.
Cant believe that I need to shorten my stay by one day, and they have ZERO flexibiity, even though I havent even checked in yet.
Even after talking with them and explaining my situation they refuse to assist.
Already dreading this trip.
Not very fancy but was lots of fun. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We played tennis and did some biking. The kids had a blast!
Quality above all, friendly staff, amazing beds, perfect kitchenette, great location, well done!
The Hilton was a nice and quiet place for an overnight stay and I would go again next year if I could
It is situated in a great location, the rooms are amazaing, cleanliness and Sanitization is well taken care of.
We got such a great deal on this hotel then ended up getting an upgrade to a King size suite. Room was really clean they have a great system in place and felt good about the cleaning process. Hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful . Had breakfast the next morning and it was good and service was excellent. Would definitely go back to stay there. It was such a nice view with a light snow.
Very nice and helpful staff working here, they know what s going on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The only problem was is that the balcony lock was busted, but it was fine. The breakfast was VERY good and the fruit was very fresh. Also the beds were very comfy. Overall nice time.
An extraordinarily beautiful property my breakfast was fantastic front desk personnel were wonderful
5/5
Very nice location in Whistler Village in British Columbia, Rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and linen. Air condition was comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Shower took a bit to figure how to engage the faucet to switch to shower. Rooms were quiet and decor was modern
The last few times we stayed in Whistler we stayed here and it has been a pleasant experience. One time I left my camera tripod in the room and the staff held it for me for months until our next return. The pool is really nice too. I would also say the location is very conveniently located near the village so everything is within walking distance.
Had to have lunch in the bar as the CBBG restaurant was closed although the signs said open 7am-10pm The bar was dirty, messy and extremely stinky . Since this was the only option for lunch at the time and we were in a crunch we had to stay There was only the bartender working so service was a bit slow. Saving grace is that the food served was tasty
Can t beat the location. I was very happy with my studio room - comfortable bed and quiet even with some party animals across the hall. I ll be back.
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
Loved the Cinnamon Bear Bar! Chill place to get drinks and a shot ski
Front desk staff were exceptional - immediately accommodated our special requests (likely not easy, needed to switch to a room with two beds partway through stay during what is considered an extremely busy weekend) and were just lovely. Cleaning staff were also very warm and helpful with questions that most would likely have gone to concierge with
Don't go to the spa it's a rip off. Don't park your car there it's also a rip off
Low quality food for price. Terrible use of space in venue, but service was fine but too little too late
Good location near village. Nice Outdoor/indoor spa.
We ve been stayed there for one week! The WIFI was extremely bad and when I called the front desk they told me Verizon has not a good service in their area! Also, the heater didn t work in the rooms!
The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, however the rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything through them.
The pool is amazing. It's right in the heart of Whistler Village, just steps to everything.
Excellent location and service. Everything is around the hotel.
Impeccable service. I would definitely visit again. Great staff.
Nice comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay here. Swimming pool, sauna and gym is good. Room service was a bit slow. Overall a nice experience. I requested a room on a higher floor but the request wasn't accepted and was told that all the rooms are booked. I guess whistler is always busy and packed so couldn't do much about it.
Great hotel with large rooms and good amenities in the heart of the Whistler ski village. The free breakfast buffet as a Diamond member was also nice, but probably isn't worth the full asking price of $32 CAD per person if you had to pay.
Central location. Make sure to reserve breakfast if necessary, as the restaurant is way too small in the main season. Then you can wait half an hour.
Very nice and very clean hotel. Room smelled like cleaner (which made me feel better) as well as the rooms is sealed with a sticker between the door and jam which was a nice touch. Service at the downstairs restaurant left much to be desired though. Otherwise this would have been a 4 1/2 or 5 star visit.
Suites with a kitchen and a fireplace are fantastic. Very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Room was good.. But the check out timings suckss... who woke up at 10
They have great shops downstairs and friendly staff
We had a beautiful room and the staff are really nice and helpful! Great walking around the plaza. The pool needed a good clean
I appreciated the cleaning regime that the hotel has implemented in response to the pandemic. But I had to deduct one star because the "regular" cleaning was a bit remiss. Or perhaps the bathroom just needs a "refresh". There was black mould around the sink, and the grout on the floor tiles was very stained. Also the toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I tried to email the hotel a review so they could address these issues, but I couldn't find any links.
Do you like Hilton Hotels? If so, you will like this Hilton Hotel. It is a Hilton Hotel like any other Hilton Hotel. It is also one of the closest hotels to the ski-lifts. The view could be better.
Prime location. Right next to the village gondola s
Beautiful hotel. I received good customer service from a gentleman at the front desk.
The rooms are gorgeous and staff was very kind of your personal space. The Hilton Whistler provides lots of opportunities to do things in the hotel and out in the town.
We came here for our Wedding Anniversary (back on August 26) our first since we had our baby. It was Great to getaway for a night and enjoy the luxury. They upgraded our room when we mentioned our anniversary! We loved the overall experience! We will come back here next time we are in Whistler:) thank you!
The Bell Hops made our stay beyond comfortable. Their service and willingness to help was above and beyond. My sister and I were taken care of at every step.
The rooms were more than comfortable, the washroom was large and the water pressure in the shower was great.
I love how blacked out the curtains made the room at night. I was very comfortable in the bed. After a long day at the spa and only having an hour of sleep the previous night, due to extenuating circumstances, we were able to sleep right from 9pm until 9am. We both felt well rested in our separate beds.
I only have good things to say about the Hilton. I will be telling friends and will definitely be back.
Thank you, Hilton!
Nice big kitchen suite with fireplace. They provide a free fire log each stay.
Well room's paint is quite depressing, Interiors are old, won't be staying there again a possibility. But my visit was k. No hard feelings its just I love colors and bright interiors.
Amazing breakfast, wonderful staff, great location. Everything was great! Highly recommend this Hilton location.
I am giving one star due to the incredibly low delivery on high expectations when one pays $800/night. There are so many comparably priced hotels that so far exceed the quality of this hotel that to detail each and every problem is pathetically a first world problem, I fell ashamed. However, we were thoroughly disappointed, and I'll continue. To begin, the first room we had was not bad. It was a bit dated, but was nice and romantic. Too bad we were not a couple. Since the double room we requested was sold out, we had to take a king and PAY FOR A ROLLAWAY bed. Great service guys. Secondly, the robe had stains all over the back. Hard to say exactly what it was, but felt unclean so we avoided the spacious jacuzzi and wonderfully heated pool (that's sarcasm as the jacuzzi is about the size of a spare tire and the pool was not heated above 15 degress.) Thirdly, when a double was available, the hotel did not inform us it was a downgraded room. Then once we moved we were forced to take it as our "better" room was already booked. This of course was our problem or priceline's and not Hilton's. I was utterly astonished at the poor attitude and service of the reception. I mean, this is Canada. Everyone here is nice. We only stayed in the hotel due to reviews, and most importantly, because our favourite hotel, Fairmont, was sold out. My advice is if you want a nice room and good service then avoid this place. Again, this is a first world problem, and the location next to gondola is great. However, there are so many better options in the village or creekside that I'd not stay here ever again.
Very professional and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable of the village and are a great help.
Rooms are clean and come with a kitchenette stocked with pots/pans, plates etc.
Excellent service, even on a holiday weekend. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make the stay for our anniversary special. Will be staying again.
