Absolutely horrible. Have you ever been to a convention. I have maybe 30 and the rubber chicken at them might have actually been better. I was agast as the hostess led us down a hallway to a large convention room, no windows, no view, no nothing. Worse yet all 4 people in our party found the food tasteless and mediocre at Best. Such a huge dissatisfaction, will never go back to this place, it's obvious that locals that frequently use this place are not cared for. To bad used to be beautiful.

The hotel by itself is gorgeous, located by the mountains. A lot of extra activities like tennis, golf, hike, walk or bike to explore the mountains, ride a horse. The food and beverage options are good. It's a bit further to downtown

Great resort hotel with friendly staff. If you want a relaxing stay, the casitas offer a great layout with kitchen and living room, with a quiet location away from the busy pool. Only negatives for me are the fact that the bottled water is a room temperature and not located in the refrigerator and the room lighting is very dark, which is not helpful and makes the room feel a little dated.

We stayed 3 nights here for reuniting with friends in the area. It is a nice hotel with a very busy pool area. We stayed in Building 3 and it was a long walk to the lobby and the conference center. The third floor on our building was on the same level as the lobby, so we could walk in air conditioning to and from. Our room was a larger suite with a walk in closet and nice living room area. Our bathroom was good. The only reason for the 3 star rating is the checkout process. We're Hilton Honors members and have used the app for checking in and out of their hotels. This hotel stay didn't allow me to do that, so we waited in a long line for check out. The hotel only had 2 people at the desk and the person who waited on me said they were 100% booked as the reason for the slow service. The manager should have fully staffed the desk for checkout. No excuse except poor management, in my opinion.

Really enjoyed our stay! Spent a lot of time by the pool, nice fast slide fun for kids and grown-ups alike. Husband was there for a business conference while we enjoyed the amenities. Really nice attentive staff, beautiful grounds and facilities, nice cold and hot "springs."

This is a very extensive resort with excellent restaurants and activities to fit the activity level of any guests. The staff is courteous and friendly and will not allow a guest to wander around befuddled. Someone will always acknowledge you and find out what you need.

Had a quick weekend get away...we were treated like royalty by their incredible staff! I would like to specifically recognize Cody for his outstanding customer relations. We look forward to coming back!

Had an amazing stay! Hotel staff were superb, and rooms and grounds were spotless despite hotel being at full capacity because of the KMR group staying there. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks!

My family and I come here almost every year in the early spring to get some much needed sun. The staff is very friendly, the pools are fun and there are lots of out door things to do. We will be back again next year.

Front desk Staff needs some customer service training. We called to the front desk in the morning of the check out day to ask if late check out is available for diamond members. We were told the room has been booked and we need to check out now at 11am. And we would have been totally OK with this response if he didn t continue on explaining why he needs the room ASAP. He stated another guest has reserved this room and he s already on the property waiting for the room. He s a diamond member as we are and he has requested early check in.
OK, so my request for late check out as a diamond member disregarded because ANOTHER diamond member wants to check in earlier to my room???? And I asked if this is the only room available for this SPECIAL GUEST, to which I was told THERE ARE 22 junior suites BUT GUEST LIKES TO STAY IN OUR ROOM AS THIS IS THE ROOM HE STAYS IN EVERY YEAR. Outrageous. Just outrageous. As a remark we have been staying at this property for couple years.

Out of curiosity I asked what is the regular check in time for guests? Front desk Staff states it s 3 pm.
So a SPECIAL GUEST shows up at the hotel at 11 am asking for a specific room (although there are 22 rooms just like that available) and you honor his early check in and disregard current guest s request???

This called discrimination, which I reported to Hilton honors and hotel manager was supposed to call me back to resolve this case which he never did.

We have been to numerous Hilton properties worldwide but this was the first time we were treated in such a humiliating manner.

JW Marriott Starr Pass is a better place to stay in Tucson. Don t waste your time and money staying at Hilton.

While the room is nice, the biggest issue is the lack of good food available. There's not food available within a convenient distance, and there's not much variety of food available, often just a single page to get food, and frequently with a short menu. Would be acceptable if the meals weren't so expensive.

Okay I don't live in a high class society so I may not be the best judge of this but this resort is easily the fanciest most lovely and inclusive place I've ever been ever. The pools were warm. The water slide was fun for kid and adult alike (I'm a kid at heart) the bars were nice, pricey but I just sort of figured that. I didn't have to pay the overnight stay fee so I can't account for affordability but wow I'd stay here again if I could.

We were there to drop off a rental car but the lobby was clean and was transitioning to Christmas and was starting to look nice for that. Have stayed there before and would consider staying again in the near future for a staycation.

Hotel is just OK..... The Dove mtn Ritz Carlton is down the street and makes this place look like a motel 6. This town has big resorts such as the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton and the price for group and government is the same as here. The service and experience and the Marriott is like royalty compared to here.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room to better accommodate our family and immediately changed rooms when the AC was not working sending someone with our keys and to help with the change. The pool was great and we enjoyed a fresh brunch buffet.

The resort was nice. Rooms were clean. We were there during memorial day weekend, so the pool was packed. We weren't able to really enjoy it since we had to worry about being hit by footballs or getting stepped on by people wrestling. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, I wouldn't go during that time.

Love it

Good place for kids. I liked the shallow pool for the younger ones. Not a modern style hotel which made it feel a little outdated, but still nice. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Would have expected more for the price. The staff seemed friendly. Would probably go back again.

I loved this resort. The moment I got here, I was just lost in the breathtaking scenery. Great staff and great service. Many thanks to Raytheon for bringing me out here. I truly had a great time.

We stayed at El Conquistador for two days to attend a graduation event. They have several beautiful pools and gardens. Our room was in building 4, which is the closest to the parking lot. The service and the room were OK. Breakfast included for Gold and Diamond members of the Hilton Honors program

Booked this hotel in my event to run the Tucson marathon. The hotel provides a shuttle to the starting line but it does not provide transportation for its guests that book after a cutoff which is 5 weeks before the marathon. This is different from other 'marathon' host hotels, e.g., NYC marathon that provides shuttle to all its guests independent to when they book their rooms. Stayed at this hotel in 2014 - was not that impressed - the rooms were dated. Considering rebooking because I do not feel welcomed as a guest to their premises.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The scenery is beautiful. I was very disappointed with the horse stables though. Hotel says they don't own them but they do utilize them. The horses were sick coughing muddy there were about 10 of them laying down they just didn't look well.
