oh its a great hotel (but) I'm giving it 3 stars because it is too much of a black hole to sink into. What you want to do is take a ride down to The maverick bar for a long night of dancingthen crash at El Con! Of-course after selling your flow

Great hospitality, love the pool area and scenery, the view of the mountains was incredible. Great for events, was recently here for a conference. I didnt see alot of activies for children during my stay and that was the only draw back to the resort.

I'm a bride to be preparing for my wedding here and have had nothing but a fantastic experience with all staff members, especially Mary Beth. Both my fiancee and I have food allergies and we just had our tasting and their menu that they gave us we're considerate towards those allergies without taking away from the options and fantastic flavor! Thank you so much, and we're looking forward to the wedding reception!!

Grounds and casita was fine but registration was not done correctly and to get what our needs were cost an extra 200. The hotel should have compt this as it was there mistake. Will go else where next time

It's a very nice place to stay. The rooms come in all sizes from small to large. Their pool is really big which can fit about 4th to half its guest I suppose. The rooms are well kept. They have a restaurant for guest to eat at but may be expensive and also holds a nice little gift shop with it alswell. Overall my experience was great I definitely would recommend.

We got here kind of late, but the service was still to notch. They had us booked at one of the casitas a little down the hill from the main building. We were given a golf cart ride by one of valet drivers down to our building. It was More

Had the pleasure of staying here for a company event, & I had no idea the amazing place I would be staying. The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was very well prepared, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Not just the ground, but the incredible mountain in the back of the hotel is breathtaking.

Such a beautiful property. It's a bit of a drive from the airport, but then you get to see most of Tucson on the ride there. I stayed in one of the bungalows which was comfortable, clean, and included a fridge and safe. The main hotel area has large convention/event halls. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It was too cool to swim but the pool area was beautiful and well kept. The food, provided for our event was excellent. Definitely some place I'll bring my family back to!

The rooms are well appointed. The beds are generally comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic, with a huge selection. The person on the eggs is always fun to talk with. Small complaint? There was homemade salsa they, that has been replaced by a pace like product. Find the person who made that salsa!!! The grounds are fantastic to walk around. The hotel is also pretty friendly.

The rooms are great and they have very friendly staff. I visit the resort to attend a conference there. The conference management should pay more attention to the facilities. The roof had a leak and the original room we were going to be in flooded. The A.C. stopped working making the room very hot. The food was good, much better than expected. Other than that, we had a great experience there.

Enjoyed our stay and the resort amenities. Very friendly staff who were willing to help. My brother golfed 4 rounds on the resort course and even got a ride to the clubhouse! Not giving a 5 star because our sink was still draining slow after someone coming in and fixing it. The resort is an on average a 45 min drive from any in Tucson and 15 min drive from food, through traffic.

My recommendation: don t get a room in building 3. It s the farthest building away from the lobby and doesn t have a parking lot right beside it. Our Dad with arthritis would have to walk a quarter mile and at least 1-3 staircases to get to our room.

Still a beautiful resort and would recommend. Hands down one of the best views of a mountain range in Tucson. It just unfortunately didn t cater to our sightseeing style of a vacation.

The staff was amazing! They really went the extra mile to make things right. When I didn't like the food on the menu, they made me exactly what I wanted, even though it wasn't on the menu. Now where has that ever happened? The location is idyllic. It really is in God's country. The rooms are pleasant but could do with an update.

I had a fantastic few days staying for a stay-cation. The staff was phenomenal and welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There were a couple of areas that seemed a bit old and could have used some sprucing up, but overall it was beautiful. The views of the mountains were wonderful and the cactus were all in full bloom of many different colors throughout the grounds. It really was a great time.

What an amazing experience! My wife had a church group at the hilton for a 120 vegetarians. The food was beyond anything anybody ever had. Chef Jan is probably the most talented Chef in town if not in the State! We could tell that he cooked for prime ministers before. Everyone was absolutely thrilled about the food, the service and the employees. They even offered lemonade with monksfruit sugar instead of cane sugar in their coffee shop. Everyone felt so welcome. Jaymie Uchiyama, our guest coordinator worked day and night to help us getting all the decorations and sound systems up. Dawn Glass from reservations made sure that everyone had a room although some of the reservations were made last minute. Our church members cant wait to have their next event there. THANK YOU CHEF JAN, JAIMIE AND DAWN and all the other incredible staff. We will be back for sure.

Multiple problems with our stay. We requested a late check-out and the front desk wanted to charge us, even after mentioning all the issues with our stay. The front desk wrote down the wrong room number and we could not find where they directed us. We had to call the front desk from our cell phone to find that the room they wrote down did not exist. Our door broke and took 3 hours to fix, we were then moved to another room. Door in the bathroom barely clears the toilet. The staff are super friendly and attentive, however, the managers and front desk are oblivious to fix problems and resolving them in a timely manner. Beautiful views, nice amenities but not worth staying.

We went to his resort for Labor Day weekend. We were told that there were limited wristbands given out for the pool and they were using all guidelines for social distancing etc... because of COVID 19.
It was a horrible experience! It felt like I was on spring break with a Fraternity.
Both days when we tried to get a chair by the pool, there were none and the pool staff told us to just sit on the grass. We sat on the grass for awhile, and observed disgusting things going on in the pool, so we left and went to another resort and ended up having a perfect day. I will never go back to this so called resort! It felt like a cheap, nasty hotel.
Also, the front desk people were very rude and just kept saying oh well, it s a holiday weekend. BAD excuse!!

Beautiful property and newly remodeled. The room and the common areas were very well done. The staff was wonderful. After a long day of driving we arrived as the kitchen was closing and the chef called to make sure we cot the late evening snack we wanted. The breakfast was also terrific. The setting is grand and has the Coronado National Forrest and mountains as a back drop.

The first weekend of the pool being open after the Covid shutdown. They did a great job over there. They were constantly keeping the pool area, chairs, & pool clean. Bar was open with a minimal menu. Just know that no other amenities are available at the moment on the grounds

Great, relaxing hotel with great amenities for all ages. My kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the golf. Good was great. Rooms were extremely comfortable. This will start becoming one of our golf vacation destinations.

This is a hard review. The first room was awful! Definitely not what I expected when going into a Hilton property. They did swith/upgrade our room, they gave us a $50 credit and refund 1 night they also refunded the resort fee. (Which they shouldn't charge right now since there services and amenities are so limited due to covid). I am giving them a 5 star because they made it right. There was alot more with the room this is just the highlight reel.

I am thankful that they atleast had good customer service and made things right. We didn't have to have a attitude or get angry they just wanted to make it right.

I was upgraded to the casita suites across the parking lots and felt a bit isolated from the rest of the property. Make sure to take advantage of the resort fee (bikes, driving range, etc.). Great pool and outdoor areas to catch some sun and get some laps in.

Update 5/2/17: Returned a year later for business this time staying in building 4 with a pool/mountain view and things definitely have a different vibe from my last stay. Happy to see the same level of service and friendliness.

One of the only Hilton property I would love to visit again when I m not working. The room is a little dandy the staff and property have a nice feel to it. They really touch on the culture.

Stayed here for four days for a wedding. The rooms were as expected for a Hilton resort. The grounds were well maintained. We did a larger dinner at the Last Frontier. That was great. The mariachi band was great. Our group got a little rowdy at the hotel bar one night. The staff/manager could have been a little more tactful in cutting off some of our group. On the flip side those members of our group getting cut off deserved and could have been more tactful too. We did a large brunch too. That was swell.

Just stayed here for 5 days. The rooms/bathroom are pretty clean & comfortable. A bit of a warning, though. If you think you get to use all the amenities, such as the pools & gym, for the price of your room, think again. There is an upcharge for even using the pool. What kind of resort charges you extra to use the pool!!?? Also, don t you dare go to the pool area without your wrist band, the staff gets a little fussy about that, too. Our other complaint was about the room service meal we ordered. Completely overpriced! Don t get me wrong I know room service is expensive, but $18 for 3 fish tacos (street taco size with one very small chunk of fish & a $2 up charge for avocado) with no sides is utterly ridiculous. I didn t realize that that $18 was just tacos or I d never have ordered it. Furthermore, they were the most bland fish tacos I ve ever eaten. We won t be staying here again simply because of the upcharge policy, especially since there are other local resorts that don t charge you extra.

I stayed here several times and I m a local. Staff is great but hotel has nothing to offer children and facilities are poor compared to resorts around town. The kids room poor. Pool closes at 10pm regardless of events. Bar closes at 11pm. Room service stops at 11pm as well, so don t count on that after you return to room. Bugs all over hotel Roaches, worms etc. when making complaint in hopes they would fix. They offered free room but items still stand! Nothing changed! Fitness center good. Restaurants ok. Landscape good. Location far from town, but does have shopping around.
