We have always had a great experience at Scooter's Jungle in El Segundo. We have been going here regularly for over a year. We have a very energetic three year old who loves the place and so do we. The staff is friendly and attentive. It has always been very clean. The equipment is well kept and does no look ragged as some do. Our son always had fun at the Open Play nights so we decided to have his birthday party here. We were not disappointed. It was clearly spelled out what to expect with our selected package and that is what we got. They took care of everything and kept things moving. We have been to nearly every play/activity place in the South Bay and this is still his favorite and ours. A few little quibbles. It would be great if there was more seating in the open play area for the grandparents and those that would like to sit. Also, I wish they had a frequent safari member card or something. Then we wouldn't have to fill the waver out every time. Also, matching wristbands for the kid and parent/guardian. Small stuff though for an overall fantastic place.

Great staff and I love the fact that you can bring your own food

They are very rude. You need to call them before you go because sometimes they close because somebody rented the place. If the personel don't like kids they should be working somewhere else.

This place sucks! Came here with my son for the first time and they said there is no free play for toddlers, check our website in the future. Prior to coming in I called and there was no answer because as the lady explained they were busy. She wanted me to check the calendar to see that open play was only from a certain time. Smh.. that's why I tried to call to find out directly. Total let down. Never coming to this place again.

Great place for parties or just taking the grandkids to play

We had a BLAST. This little hidden gem, is a toddlers DREAM. My son had the time of his life on Family night. I highly recommend to parents with highly active kids. We will definitely be going back. And the staff was amazing. The pizza was great. Thank you to the staff last Thursday, you all werw fantastic

We went to a 4 year old's birthday party here, everyone had a blast

Great place for kids parties. Very little foot work for parents, the staff does all the work. And the kids will love it.

Party date Nov 22, the play area was very nice.. But when it came to the dining experience it became a mess. Everything was not ready when they rushed us in the room. There was 1 young man sweating and trying to finish, the balloons I paid to have inflated was not in the room. I had to ask for them, the young man pushed through people. We helped setting up the room and the clean-up. I believe they need to pay more attention to the dining and set up since this is what they claim in the advertising. And we were late getting into our game room because the party before did not clear on time. They have a good concept they just need to balance there time better. And yes they say you can pay for more help in the game area and dining, but first they need to do better on there part. They dropped the ball for me!!!!!

Decent facilities, none of the air hockey tables keep score. Needs some updates but the kids have tons of fun at birthday parties and during open play

We like the place, but they reserved too much for parties than to non parties.

I didn't even realize this place was there. I really liked it! My son had a blast at the birthday party.

Best place to take your little one! My 3 year old loves this place. We go during toddler time from 10:30 till 12 they even have story time at the end which is amazing. The play area is always clean. And the staff are great, always cheerful.

Good place just need more sitting area on the inside for the ones who are not in the jumpers! Still a great place for the kids

Came here for the first time recently for a birthday party and it was amazing! I'm a big kid myself so when we go to parks for the kids I'm all over the place. So when we came here I was prepared to let the kids have all the fun because adults usually aren't allowed on the play equipment. But not this place!

The only thing adults couldn't use was the little zip line inside one of the large bounce houses. Everything else was open!

It was great! My son and I had so much fun! Ok, I think he had more fun than me.

The place was very clean and did not have any questionable smells associated with children's indoor play places. The staff were cool and very animated for the kids when giving instructions and serving food.

We had a great experience here!

It was super nice and the staff was great. The kids at the party had so much fun. I'm only giving Scooter's Jungle El Segundo 4-stars (technically 4-1/2 stars) because we've been to the Scooter's Jungle in Valencia a few times before and that place was brighter and more energetic. In all fairness Valencia is hot and all sun and El Segundo is beachy and has haze in the morning, our party was in the morning. Though for those in the East Bay and South of L.A. County, this is a great place to experience this type of a party. Our room was conducive to playing all of the games, including the hockey table and ping pong table. Adults played too!

I love Scooters! Our family been to multiple birthday parties and I've brought the kids for Open Bounce and have never had a bad experience. The big room with the jungle gym and zipline is a must have if you're having a party.

Lots of oversized bouncy elements and long slides. Operates efficiently for children's birthday parties

Fun place! Went for a birthday party for oboe of my daughter's friends. They have lots of the blowup equipment (slides, jump houses, a zipline, basketball court bouncy house etc..) They also have a small structure and underneath that a little space to ride some toys. Limited free play hours.

It was absolutely the best experience of my life. It was very fun and you could jump for ages and never get tired. The birthday girl looked like she was having a great time and she was surrounded by the nicest staff ever if she needed them. Overall, I loved it there and it had awesome customer service.

Great place for kids. I took my kids to a relative bday party and my kids loved it. Even my 2 yr old enjoyed it. If you plan on going, go the kids will enjoy it.

Wow!! What a great place for kids AND adults. We had so much fun. Only bad part, birthday parties are hard to get. They are booked months in advance. But the place itself is great!

Make sure to read rules. I didn't and got a scooter burn.. ochhh

Lots of fun bouncers, a giant slide, and some cool little tricycles that fit both kids and adults, but the whole place is just a little run down. One example: the bench in the party room that my kids were sitting on had its bolts come loose and it started tipping them off.

Have attended many birthday parties here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is ok, not great.

Great spot for the kids. Weekends are basically for reservations only, but there is open play during the week. Would have been 5 stars but we had to evacuate due to a fire emergency. Nothing serious, no flames or anything. It did, however, eat into 45 minutes of time for the kids. Staff was great, especially during the ordeal. Definitely will come back.

So much fun and so little effort! The staff at Scooters Jungle took care of everything from setting up, to assisting in the play area, serving & cleaning up! Aside from being helpful, they're also very kind. We had Ariana help us in the play room, and she was attentive with my daughter, helping her if she needed anything & truly made her feel special. Thank you!

Kids love it, I think is a little to expensive for one and half hour, BUT anyway I didn't pay.

Weekdays are calm and there aren't to many people. The play areas aren't crowded which is a big plus the best part is the parents get to play as well hahaha!

Doesn't really have open dates for kids of all ages.....(sucks)

Scooter's Jungle of El Segundo is a great place to have any kind of party. It's a place where children and adults can play and have fun. They have private play rooms with jumpers and slides, pin ball tables and air hokey tables and so much more. The staff is young but very professional and very nice. My family and I had a wonderful time there and I highly recommended it.

Bounce house area is limited. I went right when it opened during free play so it wasn't packed.

We had our daughter's birthday there over a week ago and I can honestly say this was the best birthday ever. The staff was great. Their work was efficient and very timely. I got notified a few days before the party for some last minute preparations. They followed through with everything promised. The money spent was worth it, and seeing the happiness in our daughter's eyes was priceless. I highly recommend Scooter's Jungle South Bay!!

We were there this afternoon for the birthday of my daughter's friend and the staff were AMAZING. The girl in the play room and the guy in the food room were great with the kids. Then we lost something and the girl on the front desk was super helpful and let us back in the play room. Very nice experience.

Super fun family time! Dope parties, and fun for adults also.

i tried to call ahead to confirm the open play session that in their email newsletter but it was only going to voice mail. when i arrived they were sold out and completely unapologetic about the situation when i explained that i attempted to call ahead to avoid disappointing my little one. it's a great experience once you can get inside the gym, but the service is terrible!

Fun place for kids party. Be on time the clock starts whether you are there or not. Had a great time. Kids loved it too

Scooter's isn't able to track how many people have RSVP'd. When more guests show up than the legal maximum occupancy allows, they aren't allowed in. Doesn't matter how far you have come or how important it is to you, you could get turned away.
