Great venue. Great staff. Super clean and comfortable.

A little dated. Bathroom was dirty with hair amd toothpasteon the shower walls.

We were not impressed with the Tampa Airport Westshore Hotel. The room had a dingy musty smell. There were numerous flyers scattered around the room from local pizza places which led to the worst delivery experience of our lives. When we approached the front desk about our experience the employee acted as though the situation is beyond their control. Try the new AC Marriot a couple of buildings down instead. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Said they had rooms available I get thete no rooms available

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, and spacious. The shower was very roomy. I would definaty stay here again.

Staff is friendly. Had to stay in a double bed unfortunately but it is nice enough.

They are not able to keep peddlers from placing menus under the doors of the guest rooms I was in.

This begs the question: If an unapproved person is able to walk each floor and deposit an item under each door how safe and secure are the guests staying here?

Sadly, They make you feel like a 2nd class citizen for only having gold status at this hotel. You must obtain diamond status in order to gain access to the executive lounge and higher internet speeds...This sort of cheapness makes me want to run to the closest full service Marriott.

My bed was clearly worn out / concave on the side.

Room was nicely decorated, however; the ever present old feel popcorn ceilings were in both guest rooms I was in.

In sum; I didn t feel welcome and safe. I would not recommend this property to others.

Great renovations however there isn t a movie channel, etc. plus no NFL network or Tru TV for March Madness and there aren t any plug in options for ur devices.

Conceirage lounge was closed for the holiday. Not really sure why they couldn't have at least left it open for Honors members to grab a bottle of water and snacks. The upside was we got a full breakfast (buffet was also closed) which was good. Front desk staff was not friendly. Rooms were nice.

This hotel was fantastic. Unfortunately I was only staying for one night. The hotel desk was very friendly and accommodating. Although I was surprised to find out that parking was not included. I booked through a third-party website and was not made aware of any additional fees when booking the room. I also found $12 a night to be very high considering most of the surrounding hotels in the area offered free parking. The hotel itself was extremely clean and very upscale. My room was very well-appointed clean and comfortable. I got a king room and it was very spacious. Plenty of fresh clean towels, and a very comfortable bed and linens. I would recommend, and might return. If the other hotels in the area were comparably priced I might stay there just because of the difference in parking. $12 a day can add up pretty quickly if you're staying for a few days

Very nice hotel. This is our go to hotel every time we are in the Tampa area

The staff made all the difference. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience could have been better. There were problems with the AC the day we arrived, so it may have had a lot to do with this, but the meeting rooms were so cold it was hard to concentrate. The guest room was clean and comfortable and the location was good for what we needed. It had convenient access to the airport and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything that made us leave our previous hotel this Hilton was not! They exceeded our expectations the whole stay and I would be very confident recommending it to anyone.

Horrible experience first impression I got was a hooker dressed in lingerie with 5 men walking to the lobby. Then two drunk girls yelling "cash me outside" also in the lobby. Then when I enter the room the rug had a stain and the bathroom curtain had a hello stain. No hot water!!! We told the guy in the front desk and he said there was nothing he can do about it. Overall bad service and poor kept rooms first time I have such bad experience with a Hilton.

Visited last week of October 2020. Only half the staff in the building were wearing masks, yet posters in the elevators indicated that masks were required for guests. The room was fine, what I've come to expect from Hilton, but disappointed in the apparent lack of concern for visiting hotel guests in the midst of a pandemic.

Stayed here a Friday through a Sunday for a basketball tournament and really enjoyed ourselves!! The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Everyone from the front door staff to room service were so accommodating and friendly! The front desk put us on the 9th floor and made sure we had two bed even though our reservation had down one king bed. Once in the room we used all the towels To clean yourselves of the airplane germs. I called down to the front desk to request more and Within 5 minutes we had fresh towels. After receiving them front desk called to make sure we had the towels been delivered. The customer service here is the best! They want you to ask for things so they can help you. In the lobby they even off a snack room where you can purchase snacks and not have to leave the hotel to get any. They offer a 24 hour workout room and have a nice size pool! my only complaint was it was a bit warm in our room at night, not unbearable just not as cold as we like it. we did put the air all the way down but not sure what the problem was. But honestly we never even said anything. I m sure they would have been quick to fix it had we mentioned it, but as basketball parents you are pretty much just sleeping in the room and too exhausted to mention things LOL Overall our stay was pleasant and we will stay again if ever in the area!

We went for a conference, and it was great. Very organized and friendly staff.

Usually enjoy our time here once a year. But the elevator has been malfunctioning and a pipe burst and there was drilling going on almost all Saturday.

The helpful staff, and the clean, quiet, and well- maintained property made my last business trip very enjoyable.

I have nothing to complain other than the fact they do not have microwave in room. But they have one near pool gazebo.

The building was renovated recently. Rooms are not big but all stuff are new there. Staff is so friendly and helpful. House keeping is awesome !

Nice size room and the bathroom in my room did not include a tub but is clean and stylish. There is no microwave throughout the whole facility that is available for guest use which is frustrating considering most hotels have at least one. Overall decent stay but would probably choose another hotrl over this one.

The room is spacious, but clearly not designed with tall people in mind. I'm 193cm tall, the beds are just long enough, at the sink I risk hitting my head since ceiling is lower there, and the shower head is about nose-high

DO NOT STAY HERE. NASTY. FILTHY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Checked into my room and had to walk right back out. Bed was slept in, other bed was a mess. I'm never staying here again. Second room only marginally better.

Very friendly staff and great service. However, I'm not rating higher than three stars because they are not pet friendly, and they don't have microwaves in the rooms. Both are very important to me.

Pablo at front desk when we checked in was so great!! Superb first impression. Lady at front desk this morning at 7 am very UNfriendly and didn't offer us a receipt. Barely looked up - no thanking us or asking how was our stay - nothing. Never got wake up call we ordered. Pool so great - heated nicely and very enjoyable. Room really beautiful but bolts on toilet (room 210) loose. Coffee out of machine for $4 a cup overpriced. Restaurant food good and waitress Christine very good. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks for airport shuttle.

Rooms were nice. Price for the room was nice. Front desk was nice. The only I didnt like was $4 for a can coke, $4 for a candy bar and $4 for a small bag of Sahale snack. $12 total

Very practical right off the highway close to the airport the stay was okay we did not get a king bed we have to share double beds and the air conditioning in the room was loud and annoying clean bathroom towels nice flat screen TV 50in

The hotel room was nice but we ordered room service and saw $11 for spinach artichoke dip. We were expecting this nice warm bowl of cheesy artichoke dip and instead we got a tiny container of cold dip (not even sure what it is) with a few carrots, pieces of broccoli and saltine crackers. Super disappointed!!

Guest services associates somewhat rude and untrained. Guest rooms a little on the small side and bathrooms were tiny and falling apart in area but we're clean and smelled fresh. Bed were comfy and linens were nice

Staff and amenities are wonderful. Not far from everything you could want. Great shopping, even better dinning. I've stayed there twice, the staff makes genuine efforts to remember you. I was amazed when that happened.

There is only 1 shuttle running to and from airport in the evenings. We missed the shuttle and had to wait another 30 mins. When I checked in, I asked for foam pillows. They called my room about 30 mins later saying they do not have ANY foam pillows in housekeeping. Not sure how that happens in such a big Hilton property!?? Then I got woken up the next morning by housekeeping and the front desk called me shortly after stating that I was supposed to check out at 730am. After I told her that I do have a late check out, she found my info. I'm positive that I would NOT stay here if I was not on business..even though I am Silver with Hilton.

our company has held a few workshops here and the staff have been amazing. the food is delicious and the hotel and over half of the rooms have been updated....beautiful hotel. so love the location as it is close to international plaza and many restaurants.

Outdated and musty smelling. Does not provide complimentary toiletries to their guests. No shower pressure, stains in carpet, ugly views, the bathroom layout was very weird and useless. The room itself smelled of mold. The bed was comfy but I wouldn't pay to stay here over hotels that have opted for renovations in the last decade.

Got in on a late flight scheduled for hotel shuttle to pick us up waited 20 minutes before it drove by it ended up passing us turtle bites wise did not stop as we waved we ended up having to Uber to the hotel which was it too far but the weight was about 45 minutes the hotel is 5 minutes away. No accommodation provided for inconvenience. Would like to know that the bar staff in the lounge was phenomenal in the food was phenomenal as well.

Wedding Guild luncheon....chicken piccata, roasted potatoes, green beans. Very good.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean and upkept. It is 20.00 if you bring your car for the parking garage.

Shuttle bus took me to a restaurant didn't pick me up nobody answer the phone, had to pay an uber, when I told the hotel they just tell me the phone didn't sound not their problem... rude

Fine place to sleep, no issues with check in or condition of room. Only problem I saw was they had pictures of a jacuzzi but no jacuzzi

Perfectly fine hotel. Location, amenities, shuttle, all met expectations. I didnt do much else besides sleep while there but it was fine for doing just that.

I must say... it's never a disappointment when I stay at this hotel. The Hilton Tampa Airport in WestShore, always meets my expectations. If you're coming to Tampa and you're looking for a place with great accommodations, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful friendly staff, then this place is where you need to be. I am always greeted with a smile, the hotel is always so clean, and my room is always immaculate.

During my last stay, I was given a room on the 10th floor, (to my surprise) I had no idea that they even have these special rooms The entire floor has rooms that are sterile, and hypoallergenic. Although, I don't suffer from allergies, for those of you that do, be aware that these wonderful rooms exists. My bed felt amazing, and I slept like a baby that just had a warm bottle, and a bath.

They're located just 5 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, a variety of excellent places to dine, and the International Mall. Many of the locations are within walking distance of their establishment.

Brittany Kinney Front Desk Manager, is such a sweetheart. I enjoyed my stay so much, I informed the General Manager Mr. Gregg Lindner of how much I love their hotel... which is second to none. .

I'm a very particular individual, and great customer service is a must have on my list of priorities. So believe me when I tell you, this hotel is like the Chick-fil-A of hotels. I know I probably sound like a paid spokesperson, but I swear to you, I'm not... I'm just another happily satisfied customer.

I travel a lot and this was the first time I can remember where I had to switch rooms. My first room had bugs, mostly in the coffee maker but also in bathroom and by tv. Second room wasn't as clean as it should be, crumbs on horizontal surfaces and along wall on the floor.

Beautiful Hotel!!!! Surely need Security Day and Night....

If my stay wasnt free , I would never have stayed there

Great place, the food was pretty good and the drinks were mixed well. All in all the hotel is clean and well kept.

The Hilton Honors experience here is diminished. This property has closed it's executive lounge and Hilton diamond and gold members now have to pay $10.00 to get a full breakfast buffet. I really feel like this is a slap in the face for my business loyalty - I stay in hotels 16 nights per month. Hilton is becoming just another chain hotel where I'm statistic affecting their bottom line.

Tall and large older hotel in close proximity to the airport. Recently refurbished hallways and rooms bring a clean new look to the facility. I appreciated the PURE Wellness branding on the 10th floor which included an air purifier in the room and a comfortable bed with hypoallergenic bedding. Multiple electrical outlets were conveniently located so you could charge devices and the lighting was plentiful and had easy to find switches to turn on.

Current COVID restrictions at the hotel included the bar and restaurant being closed. There also seemed to just be a skeleton staff operating at this time.

Silly demerits included the clock between the beds being off by two hours but no way to adjust the time (the back was sealed shut with a bolt and for staff only notice). There are also three elevator shafts but the wait seemed excessive especially with limited occupancy (you can however at least access the center stairway from the pool area and bypass the elevators completely). The water filter before the shower head brings the nozzle down low making it hard to wash your hair. Placarding for the PURE product in the hallway seems wonky with many missing anchors to secure. Touts kept slipping flyers for a local pizza joint under my door causing me to question the security situation if peddlers can just wander around unimpeded. Finally the magic fairy that returns the luggage trolley to the lobby seems to be on a winter break.
