When I started in February I hoped to find a few handles to find some more inner peace and balance, but I never thought that there would be so much movement, wow! Roderik is not only very passionate about transferring information about NLP, but also very involved in the exercises that I performed together with my fellow students. The NLP Practitioner training is a great (and intensive) way to learn to see what is important to yourself.

I can use the training for my work as an independent ambulatory counselor, but it offers me more on a personal level than I had thought.
I chose the NLP Institute because I would like to look at it from a different perspective. Learn to recognize patterns, learn to rethink (or think new), identify and investigate beliefs. Where my glass is now and then half empty, I have discovered that a tap exists. If I can't refill the glass myself, there are always people who can and want to help.

The trainers and people from the group gave me the courage to take the creative path again. I have plans again! ;-)

I have followed two courses at The NLP Institute of Roderik Kelderman; the NLP Practitioner and the NLP Master Practitioner. I have to say it was even better than I expected. I am a psychologist myself and was a bit biased about NLP beforehand. I thought NLP was simply a quick-fix method. Now, after these two wonderful courses, I think completely differently. I have learned a lot of very effective techniques that I can add to my arsenal as a psychologist.
Another great aspect of Roderik Kelderman's NLP courses is that, in addition to being very useful in a professional area (not just as a psychologist), you can also grow a lot in terms of your personal and spiritual level.

Last year I followed the NLP Practitioner course at the NLP institute with Roderik as trainer. I would highly recommend this training. What particularly appealed to me is the pragmatic way (much practice and little theory) in which personal growth comes about. What I also really liked was that 'the class' was not too big (at least last year), this meant that there was room for almost personal training.

Highly recommended for anyone who takes his or her personal development seriously.

I was introduced to the NLP Institute through friends and now I'm going to do my third-year Applied Psychology internship there. The NLP Practitioner training is not what I expected, it is even more special than my expectations and I did not know that the power of the mind was as great as NLP shows me now. Roderik, Paul and Pim are very nice trainers and they give very good feedback. In such a way that they make you believe in yourself if you haven't done that yet, and at the same time point out where there is room for improvement, without saying that you are doing something 'wrong'. I myself have a reasonable fear of failing, but thanks to them, that fear is now at a much lower level. Thanks! I am still going for a long learning path at Het NLP Institute and I am looking forward to seeing myself and others grow!

The social superhero workshop is given in a very enthusiastic and interactive way and gave me really practical tips that I could immediately apply in my own life!

After reading a book about NLP I came across an introduction to the NLP Institute in Amsterdam. Here the value of NLP was increased enormously for me personally within an hour and a half. After this session we were taught to put yourself in every desirable mood. Something that is valuable every day, the atmosphere is very open friendly. And I definitely recommend it!

found it an interesting reading. it is good to think about things like personal freedom because it also encourages you to find a path to that freedom and a reading like this helps. the pdc is a nice club with people who try to achieve things and often do that in one way or another.

The NLP practitioner was a special experience. Immediately after the first weekend of the training I was able to apply a number of things that I had learned in my daily life. That is because with all new things that you learn during the training you immediately get the opportunity to practice these in the presence of the experienced coaches. There is a lot of room for personal attention, you can always go to Roderik or one of the coaches. This means that you learn a lot in one weekend and go home with new insight every time. This is what Roderik is doing very well. He is not only a professional but also an experience expert. He explains the material well and always illustrates his story with examples from his own life.
