Loved our accommodations! Our suite was extremely comfortable. Two large screen televisions. Living & bedroom areas were separated by the bathroom with doors to close for added privacy. Coffee amenities, microwave, refrigerator, excellent view on the waterfront. Complete breakfast included, freshly cooked & served by qualified staff: omelets, fresh bacon, grits, fruits, toast, jui e, coffee...not nuked, fresh!! Really enjoyed our stay & will return soon!

The worst stay I ve had with Hilton to date.

The worst stay I ve had with Hilton to date.
From the moment we arrived, it was confusing and frustrating. Cones were in the spaces listed for Diamond Member unloading zone and no associate out there to move them for us. My boyfriend moved them so we were able to park and unload our bags. I asked where the valet attendant was, and a man told us he would be back soon. He was parking other cars. I waited for 10 minutes or so and then the same man told us our car was fine there and to head into our room and come back down to valet it.
We went up to the room and it smelled musty and was hot. No waters/snacks were waiting per usual.
I headed back down 10 minutes later to valet.
Still no one in sight at the stand. Sat there for over 30 minutes and called the front desk, and asked if someone could come out.
A few minutes later the front desk clerk came out and told me that I needed to pull around the back of the building to valet. Completely opposite from what the other man told me.
I pull around back and valet.
Head back to the room and start to try to figure out the AC situation. It s set to 64 and it was 75 in the room. We give it a couple hours and it gets hotter in there, so I call the front desk and they send up their engineer.
He says everything is fine. We hear over the radio that other rooms on floor 20 and 17 have AC problems. Seems it was a hotel wide issue and not just room 1101. They have no other rooms so we can t change.
We give it a little longer and call down to tell them that we ll need a fan or something because it s still hot.
They bring us a fan.
We go to make up beds and realize the pillows and blankets for the pull out couch are not in the closet per usual. I call down to ask for those and they tell me they ll see what they can do.
We head out to dinner and they are there when we return. I called the front desk to ask for a late check out and they tell me they aren t offering that right now.
Really disappointed in the lack of customer service. This location used to be a favorite spot for a staycation for us, but it just wasn t the same Hilton level of service we ve had in the past so we ll be staying elsewhere in the future.

All of workers are very friendly and helpful. Room to cold for us. We like 78 degree temp. Could not adjust thermostat higher than 75. Even though we could not adjust heat I'm still giving it a five, because moat other guess would love the temperature. Trolly food good.

Rooms were decent and staff was nice. Stayed overnight for a huge concert. Disappointing the restaurant was not prepared to open and said we had to wait an hour and a half for dinner at 5pm. Ate over at Champions inside thw Marriott. Breakfast was very disorganized. Overall mangement change needed to fix all these issues.

The location was amazing, it's right downtown, in the heart of everything. The rooms are very nice and quite spacious. We got a room with a view of the bay and the convention center but it was still nice to look at. Breakfast was very good, even if it wasnt what it's supposed to be due to renovations. Overall, amazing and would definitely like to go back again.

Out of all the Embassy Suites I have stayed at this is by FAR the worst! I should have known when I walked in and was first treated so abruptly by Patricia how this stay would be. You would think since travel is at a all time low, due to the pandemic, they would want to retain customers but not this place. We have a list of problems such as ants in the kitchenette area, rude staff, a lack of pool towels the majority of the time and of course the last 48 hours we are here they put a family in a conjoining room to us that just woke up my whole room at 1 in the morning. So usually I wouldn t complain about this but the hotel is running at maybe 20-30% capacity, some nights we had maybe one other family on our whole floor, why put some one in the conjoining room?! My recommendation - stay in one of the many other hotels with in walking distance of here. If you are Hilton Honors members like us just pick one of the other Hilton options right down the road

Great location. Connected to the convention center. The rooms are a little run down (one of the can lights in my room was hanging down a bit, the mirror in the bathroom was hanging a little loose on the wall to where when you turn on the faucet it his the mirror, the faucet in the tub/shower is loose to where you had to use two hands to pull up the shower thing to prevent it from twisting/moving, etc...). Staff is friendly and nice. Attached parking garage, trolly stop right out the front door. Restaurant is big and has another attached restaurant and and attached Starbucks.

The exterior of the hotel was very appealing - the appeal ended as soon as we entered building. The room was underwhelming... but it was nice to have a living room and a separate sleeping room. Here are the bad things; the AC didn t work, which made the room very uncomfortable, the toilet paper was like a thin paper towel, water pressure in the shower was terrible and the knob was wonky, no complementary parking, and finally the breakfast was absolutely sad, might as well slap me too.

My niece, who is a doctor had a conference at this hotel in mid-February. I flew up from Fort Lauderdale, FL to meet her and we stayed at this hotel for the weekend. I was not impressed at all-I was expecting a warm welcome from the Front Desk staff, but it never came. The woman gave me my room key but forgot to give me a breakfast ticket. They also lost my niece's note that she had given to the front desk regarding my arrival. My niece's personal information, such as name, address and phone number was on that note. At a time where Identity Theft is rampant in Florida, this is unacceptable!

The only positive things that we experienced at this hotel was the Lobby is pretty, the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive-especially the Busboy and Busgirl. The employees in the Starbucks were very friendly and professional as well.

Could be nice, but there was a dirty wash cloth left on the shower curtain rail. Additionally, my key didn't work initially and the entire hotel is under construction. Had the room been clean, this would have sufficed.

I stayed at the Sheraton. However, we wanted food before volleyball at the convention center. We were there on Feb 28th and it was SUPER Packed at all restaurants on the water including Hateras and American Social, so we went to our friend who was at Embassy Suites. My 11 year old boy loved the lobby and elevators. We ate outside and my main review was on the nice waiter and the Amazing, awesome Blackened Mahi Sandwich! 5 stars! I live in Florida and took the time to write this. So if you are there, ask if the Mahi is fresh that day and you will not be disappointed. Hotel is very nice and just across from the water and super convenient.

My car was damaged by the hotel valet during my stay at the Hilton Embassy suites Tampa. The hotel and valet service refuse to pay for the damages to my car, that occurred while in the hotel valet's care. After multiple unreturned phone calls and emails to Hilton honors, the Hilton embassy suite in Tampa and the valet company, I still have no resolution.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. I am HH Gold member. I did not feel welcome as a member, no water or snacks were offered. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. However someone brought a dog in one of the nearby room and dog was barking a lot at night which kept waking all kids up, we maybe slept 2 hours that night.

This is a beautiful hotel. You walk into a glassed front 20 story atrium. It's lovely but a bit warm due to the design. We checked with no issues, they warned us there was construction 9-5, 7 days a week. We got to the 12th floor and the drilling was ridiculously loud! We couldn't even speak to each other. Called down and they were able to move us to the 17th floor in a different corner and we could only just barely hear the drilling, didn't even effect sleeping. The suite had a great, heavy wood door that separated the bedroom from the rest of the suite. It was wonderful, blocked out any noises from people in the hallways and my companion could get up early, watch tv, shower, etc. without bothering me sleeping in.
The walkway to the convention center was very convenient. The pool area is very small and there's no hot tub, our only real disappointment. The bar / restaurant was very nice, good service, great food but the menu is very limited and a bit pricey.
Best part of all... the doors to the rooms. Usually, the loud slamming of doors in the morning and late night at a hotel is very disturbing to me. These doors could not be slammed and they clicked shut so quietly, I loved it! Overall, a great place if you're not close to the construction and we would absolutely stay there again.

If you are going to be renovating, you should let people know that it is more than a dusty freakin' lobby. I could not even think because of the constant knows from construction that soulnded like it was in my room. I could not even have a phone conversation and the staff offered no help. Had I known it was going to be this awful, I would never have booked here. Avoid this place at all costs until after March 2019.

Staying in the hotel for a week... staff is very friendly. Very clean would give more stars but our room doesn t have any AC and temp is going up every day we stay. Now 74 in room and we are told it won t be fixed anytime soon. They offered free cancellation but it is spring break very difficult to find a good hotel last minute.

The location was great! I loved that it was on the Riverwalk. The breakfast and complimentary reception was fantastic. We were there while construction was going on and they did a great job keeping things running smoothly. The Starbucks was a convenient touch, being in the same building. I reccomend Eddie and Sam's pizza, they have delicious New York pizza. This is walking distance, and a popular place! We also enjoyed dinner at Waterside Grill, across the street inside the Marriot.

Very neat hotel but old sheets were left in the doorway of our room. Some outlets and lights didn't seem to function. We dealt with it. No big. But we needed to extend our stay one night and the woman at the front desk said they were booked up completely even though they didn't bother to even look at their computer. They ended being wrong because we booked an extra night online. I'd expect the staff to be more accommodating.
