Great location. Nice pool area and the staff is very accommodating.

I made a reservation online to stay here for one night on 6/22 but when I checked in, I was told I couldn t stay because I am 18 years old and you must be 21 to check in, which the website does not state at all. In fact, the terms and conditions say you must be 18 to make a reservation so that s very misleading. Anyway, my card was still charged for the one night that I didn t even stay. I called the hotel to have my money refunded but the customer service I received was rude and not understanding. Even the manager himself refused my request. How does it make sense to still bill an 18 year olds card if they aren t even allowed to stay? The lady at the front desk who told me I couldn t check in should have been responsible for canceling my reservation right there on the spot, but she didn t. This hotel s service is a joke.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean for the most part. The staff was nice and honest about everything. The bed was extremely comfortable but the bathroom was very small. The food was ok....overpriced. Breakfast is not complimentary and also overpriced. They do have a mini shop for any late night snacks, drinks, wine, beer, and otc medication. The last night we were there, the toilet needed plunging. When we called the front desk to see if we could get a plunger, we were told someone would have to go purchase one. We asked if it could be left by the door since we would be going to sleep but no one ever provided a plunger.

Located close to many places to eat and they are very nice places.

I was double charged for my stay here. The person I checked in with (at the same time) was not double charged. I called to get it fixed, and they said it was standard procedure. When I explained the dates I was there, and that I d checked in with another person, they refused to understand. I travel for a living (average 150 nights a year) and was in Detroit for the night they charged me.

Also while checking in, the power went out for 2 minutes. This caused the elevators to fail. The desk staff said no problem , but the key they tried to use to reset the elevators wouldn t work. After 45 minutes, I opted to trudge my 3 bags up 11 floors (the elevator wasn t fixed for 2 hours). Because of this delay, my rental car appointment lapsed and I wasn t able to get the car I d reserved.

I try to always stay in Hilton properties (diamond member) but will obviously avoid this location.

It is very beautiful and they have very good service.

Located across the street from international mall, plenty of dining options nearby from upscale to fast food. The room I have is one of their renovated rooms, and it is modern and comfortable. I believe there are still ongoing renovations on some floors, as we could hear some construction noises during the day.

Stayed here twice now, both for business. Really close to the airport. The staff is very nice and accommodating, super clean. I got an upgrade to the presidential quite one night and it was gorgeous. Delicious breakfast and a very nice Diamond Lounge

Its my first visit to Tampa and the Hilton awesome. Great staff and shuttle service.

Two weeks ago, I made a reservation over the phone to stay four nights at this hotel. Soon after I received an email that went to my spam folder and was not discovered until today, that my reservation has been cancelled due to an error in the booking. I received no phone call to notify me, and had I not been checking my spam folder for something else I never would have seen the email. I would have shown up and been stuck without a room at the last minute. The error was in a discount code I used, but was accepted over the phone with no issue. Apparently they came back later and decided that the code was used in error and completely canceled my reservation. I've never had this experience at any hotel before and they offered me no reasonable alternative. I do not understand how a code is working and accepted during the reservation and then rejected later. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Be wary of staying here, as your reservation cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled with little to no notification.

Had a two bedroom king suite very nice all splashed out no complaints. Property is also around the corner from Target which closes at 11 p.m. and many restaurants and gas stations as well. Very convenient very good location

We stayed here prior to a cruise. Had a few issues checking in because we had prepaid using Priceline. Dont think Hilton likes participating in discounts. Also do not give you credit on Hilton rewards if u do not book directly with them. Bar was good. Drinks not bad. Do have a shuttle to and from airport. However, making contact to connect with the shuttle driver was a nightmare. One group waiting over an hour to catch the free shuttle. The hotel is literally 3 miles from the airport. Rooms were nice, however do not think we will stay here again.

Our stay was nice. We got the breakfast package which is great. It's right across the street from the mall and a mile from Raymond James Stadium. Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the WiFi is not great but other than that it's perfectly fine.

Great hotel and excellent service, hard to go wrong at a hotel that flight crews choose for overnights.

Last few days in Tampa was great beautiful view and the room was great

When we checked in our room was not up to standards. Sebastien (hopefully spelling correct) came up and switched us room and helped us move our luggage etc. he was very friendly and great at his job which made a huge impact on us. We also received free breakfast!! Thank you, Sebastien!

Had to switch rooms due to wry carpet in front of bathroom. Lobby and other places elegant/re-done but don't get put on.sixth floor. Also no tissues and coffee supplies not replenished each day. Lobby personnel great. SKIP the expensive breakfast and go across from Marriott to small cafe in white office building, first floor.

Good location near the airport and business areas, however, Wi-Fi is atrocious and the AC systems seem to get bogged down and not able to stay on top of the humidity. Otherwise, well updated place that offers a breakfast and has a bar.

Bad example of a Hilton. Overcharged my credit card for the room, only one of three elevators working, and honors status means nothing,. Try Marriott.

Location is great! So many fantastic restaurants! Bed is super comfy and the staff friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast here in the executive lounge is real good. Other Hiltons have small omelettes with cheap cheese, but this one has good scrambled eggs and sausage

Nice clean rooms. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Best part is that we were close to lots of restaurants and other activities.

Nice room and cold ac. The view was terrible with construction going on next to the hotel. Front desk staff was greatbwhen rooms were not ready so offered 2 free drinks at the bar. Only real begatives were no trash cans to be found in the lobby at all and the hallway on our floor was hot and stuffy

While you can sorta tell that the hotel is older from the outside look to it , it makes up with its interior. Everything looks brand new. The pool is big with a hot tub and plenty of seats. The gym is large enough for a few people to be in comfortably. The staff was professional and caring. Only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was quite small in my room.

The hotel was very nice. I met some colleague for breakfast at the hotel. The lobby and breakfast bar were both very neat and made me want to stay they. I will stay in this hotel the next time I am in town. I should have this time, except I selected the wrong one, with a similar name.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel, clean, stylish, great central location, easy parking, good size room and comfortable bed.

I've been coming to this hotel for 15 years. It's my preferred place to stay in the area even when I'm working cross town. The new rooms are amazing. I was excited when the Executive Lounge was moved to the first floor which makes it really easy to pop in on your way in or out of the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant and the bar can be hit or miss, but this is a trend in almost every hotel these days. Tip: Once you've gotten your room key, park around back and use the convention center entrance if the hotel is busy. The walk is a little shorter and more of it is indoors in the AC.

Clean rooms, courteous staff. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I would give 5 stars except they do not have a bicycle in the fitness center. Nice place, but because of that I will not stay there again.

Stayed in room 1219... Nice Hotel.. Bar closes at 12 he was awesome... Our Room was so HOT... office guy Ricardo came up and tried to fix it... But it was just too hot complained to front and still didn't get discount. But my husband will call back and get another night .. But overall nice hotel... After all they refunded the money back and apologized .. Thank you

Check in was smooth and the front desk was quite helpful. The room is nice but shows signs of wear and a lack of maintenance. Nothing severe however. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Even though it is near the airport, I have not heard planes. All in all a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, nice staff, but hotel is under construction and you wake up with a drill gun pounding your headboard, would definitely recommend waiting to book here until after construction completed

do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. service sucks, bed sucks. food SUCKS

Nice, normal accommodations. Has a small bar/restaurant. I also like that it was close enough for me to walk to Lee Roy Selmon's and Miller's Ale House for dinner.

I'm giving it a 5-star because I came to this hotel to stay for one night with my husband. I checked in early, then came back at night and my key was not working. Went down to the reception desk and it took almost 10 minutes for them to figure out what's going on. It was because I didn't give them my real name but a nickname instead that I use on a daily basis. They were very apologetic and nice about it though. They gave me free breakfast in the morning which wasn't added to my stay so that was awesome!! Would def stay here again and it wasn't too far to Amalie arena. We stayed here because every other place was booked for the NHL All Star weekend.

Stayed one night for business. Hotel is ok - room was not great - took hours to cool off - was 79 degrees when I walked in originally.

I stayed here 5/24/19-5/26/19. The location was nice, the hotel was nice as well however it needs to be fixed up a little bit. Our bathroom door had chips on the bottom of it, the ceiling was poorly patched in one spot. My breakfast was $16 for a to go container, that was a little too much. I was told parking was FREE with the hotel s decal(orange paper), it was not. I paid $12. I also was told my incidental fee would be given back to me at check out. It was not. That had me a little upset because don t give out information if you re not sure. It was not your fault for someone else s mistake Xylinn *Spell check*.

Good place for meetings, they kind of how to allow group next to us so that was a little distracting

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Close to the airport so it's ideal if you have a super early flight next morning. I have nothing bad to say about this place , definitely serves the purpose .

I love it!!! I stayed here when i first visited Tampa i can say i love this hotel. I love Hiton hotels but this one was extraordinary. Right next to 2 malls,downtown,and a street full of shops and restaurants. They had breakfast which was amazing. The people here are very nice, when i was looking for an apartment in this area, they gladly welcomed me for 4 weeks consitering i was there for a while. Top Notch service and the pool was great, even on a rainly day this hotwl somehow made your day!!!!

Went for a three day workshop, It was okay, but loved the Marriott next door.

I was only there for a short business meeting but it is very conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Very noise hotel, construction on the 11th floor can hear it all the way down to the lower floors.

Food was good. Really pretty location. Friendly staff.
