I was delightfully surprised by this property. The staff was excellent and genuine and the remodel is too notch. It feels like a brand new hotel, very nice, very modern.

I will certainly be staying here again.

It is super convenient to the mall and airport. Room was clean, but the internet is terrible. Took forever to get on, and was still too slow to stream. No premium channels - so I was gonna stream GOT, but can not get good enough speed for hulu or prime. Pillows and bedding are soft, air conditioning works ok, but could be better considering the weather.

Just my luck, but they were remodelling the floor above me and it was extremely noisy! They really ought to not give out rooms on the floor below, or at least not work on Sunday's!! They did move me on request, but would have expected more from a Hilton. Guess I will stick to Marriott from now on....

We came into town to watch the Zoomnations at the Lowry Zoo and stayed here for the night. So before choosing this hotel I decided to give it call because reviews weren't to great. After calling and expressing my concerns (being loud construction noise and pool hours) about this hotel with the gentlemen he assured me not worry. He stated that the building beside them was under construction and they only do work Monday-Friday and pool closes at 11pm not to worry. So after hanging up I went ahead and booked the hotel and continued the drive up from Fort Myers.
Upon arrival, I noticed construction workers next door working on the building, not only were they working but it was extremely loud. If I hadn't already booked it online I would have just left. That's a horrible thing to do, to trick your guest. Wow! Once I parked and went inside the staff was extremely friendly and personable. I just so happen to get checked in by the same gentlemen who answered phone and I said "so much for no construction on weekends". He goes oh they aren't working, let me get you a real nice quiet room on other side. Are you kidding me you can hear noise as we speak.
Anyway we took elevators up to room, which was beautiful and very quiet facing the parking lot. Beds and bathroom were clean and smell free. I was very impressed with our room. Since it was still early we decided to go swimming for a little bit before the light show. My son had a great time swimming while I tried to relax reading a book in hot tub, big mistake noise next door ruined that. Also pool closes at 10pm not 11pm don't be fooled.
Once night came we enjoyed our light show and came back to room to have a peaceful night. We did just that, so thank you. Overall experience was ok, I don't appreciate being lied too.

Excellent executive lounge. The bacon and Starbucks in the morning made my day. I do wish they had a few more exciting things on draft, basically only macros. I guess that's what you get at a hotel bar. Staff were super friendly though and beds were very comfortable. AC system worked very well. Overall an excellent experience.

Very classy and efficient. Rooms have a lot of detail with quality furniture. The use of many outlets is appreciated. The shower is so relaxing. They are keeping things especially clean during this pandemic.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I changed rooms twice and what was the lousiest the horrible carpet of dirty, bad smell. The bathroom was all flooded, the sheets and pillows a sandpaper of equally rough toilet paper. The staff abysmal attention. 4 star is starred of how bad it is. Zero recommendation of this place and stop counting.

Arrived on Dec 1 with my wife for a medical meetin...

Arrived on Dec 1 with my wife for a medical meeting in Tampa on Monday. We used the airport shuttle because the website stated there was complementary shuttle service. It took about 20 minutes for it to arrive after we called for it. The shuttle was clearly marked as the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore. However we heard some very irritated airline crew members complaining they had waited almost an hour.
Check-in went quickly. The hotel looks to have had a recent update and the lobby was nicely appointed. Our king bed room was very large and well decorated. It even had a nice sofa. The bathroom was nice but tiny. There was no bathtub which was fine with me because the shower quite nice.
The room had a mini refrigerator and a nice large safe which was easy to use and accommodated a laptop, iPads and e-readers. There were plenty of USB plugs which made charging devices a breeze. The Hilton alarm clock was 10 minutes slow but there is no way to set the time. You can only set the alarm time. Seems to me that if Hilton is going to use clocks that can t be set by guests they really need to make sure they are accurate.
We ordered a cheeseburger to split from room service and it arrived promptly. It was a surprisingly good burger. It came in a plastic container which made it a little difficult to split. No plates.
The next morning the shuttle dropped us off at the airport car rental center which we greatly appreciated. We only used the car for a couple of hours then dropped it back at the airport and called for the shuttle. About 25 minutes later a Hilton shuttle showed up but it didn t say which Hilton property it was going to. I asked the driver, Mustafa, if it was going to the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore. His command of English was poor but he didn t know where the shuttle was bound for instead he told me he needed the hotel address. I showed him the website of the hotel and again he told me he could only tell by address. He clearly did not know the name of the hotel he was working out of. WOW! We decided not to get on the shuttle because it could be going to any nearby Hilton property for all we knew. Mustafa was of no help and seemed to be in a rush to leave. We waited another 25 minutes and called for the shuttle once again. It took 5 minutes and three calls because nobody would answer the phone. Finally I got through and asked what the shuttle status was. The desk person told me it was 2 minutes out. Sure enough, in 2 minutes Mustafa showed up in the generic Hilton shuttle. He commented that he just saw us on the previous trip and I replied we didn t get on the shuttle then because he didn t know where it was going. He still didn t. Come on Hilton, why does one of your drivers NOT know the name of the hotel? That s why I m downgrading my rating to 3 stars.

I attended a seminar for the national real estate agency at this hotel. I enjoyed the perks of them doing the seminar here as opposed to a different Hotel. The Hilton supplied a meal which was a boxed lunch with a ham sandwich and Apple a cookie and a bag of chips. The sandwich was good they definitely did not skimp on the bread LOL. The atmosphere of the hotel was awesome even the front lobby seating area looked gorgeous in my opinion. Even the front desk on sheet concierge service was excellent as when I walked in I wasn't sure exactly where to go.

We were there yesterday

We were there yesterday
All was well until we called down in the morning to ask if the room was available for another night
The said yes so we asked if they would honour the same price that we paid and the answer was no
It went up from $77 to $180 in one day
Even though the room was available they wouldn t work with us on the price
So we packed up and went to their competition across the street
Way better hotel and price
Will never give them my business again

Upscale, Modern Hotel with all the amenities. Reasonably priced and excellent service, too. Yes, the hotel's restaurants are a rip-off. What's surprising about that??? Fortunately, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

The service was horrible. I travel alone fir work
so I am very keen about my security. I booked a room with a king sized bed. When I checked in no one mentioned to me that they do not have a king Sized room. I was sent to a room with a door separating me from the other client, with all the amenities for a disabled client. When I called the front desk all I am told is they don't have a room with a king sized bed. They did not think their paying customer needed to know that.

My back went into spams from dragging my suitcase to the elevator. I was very embarrassed. A manager noticed me and without me asking for help, carried my suitcase for me. I really appreciated it. Great service.

This place is terrible. The rooms are okay but my families overall experience here was ruined by the VERY RUDE STAFF. First problem, they do not have trash cans throughout the hotel except for your room. We asked them why? "the management says so" was the answer. So people will leave their bag of trash on the hallway or outside their room. Second, the front desk staff are soooo unhelpful. We stayed here for a week and talked to several front desk attendants and they were all rude. When we asked to get our hilton honors to be added in our stay, the lady "was too busy" to help. Another attendant, we asked for towels; the lady gave us an "annoyed sigh" like it we were an inconvenient for staying here. Apparently they only have two luggage carts, according to the lady we talked to. We were staying for a week so we had a ton of luggage and no one even offered a solution for that. We called the front desk and asked what are places that delivers food here, she said "there's an emergency here, can't help you." when asked what the emergency was she couldn't answer.

When you ask any front desk attendants anything, they either don't know the answer or too annoyed to help you. If you just want a place to stay for your layovers, you can stay here. But for a vacation, don't, it's terrible.

If the management reads this. Please retrain your staff to act or even fake being nice to the customers. It really ruins your reputation as a Hilton branch. We are paying to stay here and we weren't even demanding. Just simple normal hotel needs, we were too scared to call the front desk for anything.

Once saw the hotel manager Sebastian Hansen insult a couple of guests, what a shame. This hotel is poorly managed and the employees lack on training. Good luck staying there!!

Attended a meeting at the Hilton Tampa Westshore and had a great experience. The facilities were clean and modern and the staff truly lives the vision of Conrad Hilton to spread the light and warmth of hospitality. Kudos to the team at the hotel!
