Nice event facility with great customer service. we haved used this facility alot
Thank you for hosting our Dawson County High School football players, coaches, and sports medicine staff on the way to our 2nd round state playoff game. Your hospitality and service was excellent. You made our stop a worthwhile and productive experience! #OneDawson
Not impressed. Shower curtain was dirty, room was average at best. Definitely staying at Omni or similar next time. Only positive was the shuttle service, they were lovely.
Loved everything. Very friendly staff and place 8s beautiful
Great environment. I was there for a conference. Food was great and the staff was very friendly and accomadating.
This was a great place to have a meeting. The guest rooms were also very comfortable.
Very Nice, cozy atmosphere. We loved everything... Will definitely stay again.
A great experience staying at Emory Conference Center Hotel. Five stars for every aspect of the stay. We will be coming to Emory University every six months and plan to stay there each time.
We have stayed there three times for treatment at Emory - all during COVID protocol. The hotel was very clean, services were limited due to the pandemic, but the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The one time we were not able to stay there, the other hotel made us grateful for the cleanliness and service at the Conference Center.
Gorgeous and spacious place with a delightful breakfast.
Average at best. Rooms are ok, service is questionable. Bar service slow, lower level restaurant is messy, many sticky tables and overall just not clean. Room service is bordering on rude and inflexible.
you guys are wonderful wonderful wonderful people wonderful everything I have problem with my my little bag sometimes but I finally got it straight to September when I can't last came down I'll be down there in January merry Christmas and all that jazz not into the political s*** anymore I got my present in there and knew what I was trying since 2012 you know keep it up I'm going to have one more little bag no actually I'm not never mind I got that pill today you guys are awesome get your gift shop going and got money to spend I'll see you in December love you
I would not stay @ that mold mildew place ever again...I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay there. The Housekeepers don't change your sheet,The front desk lie to you the food is awful no cell phone connection a whole list of other reason I wouldn't.
Stayed here for a case competition. I really enjoyed the room and the hotel staff was really friendly
Fabulous customer service. Brittany and Chrissy in the coffee shop in particular truly demonstrate the kind of customer service and friendly demeanor you don t often see in hotel dining.
Lovely hotel, good food and so convenient to medical facilities!
This is an absolutely beautiful facility. I found all of the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. This was a welcome break from my many chain hotel/conference center stays.
I stay at the ECCHotel every time I am in Atlanta for meetings. It is a great value and so comfortable. It feels like a lodge in Michigan. The staff are outstanding and I love the new in room safes. My top choice. In the evenings visitors are treated to a fire outside the bar area. Super nice way to end the day.
We had a great time bowling! I had no idea there was a small bowling alley there.
The place has poor signage, is designed like a spawling castle with a design as you go floor plan, and the easy to find deck below the building is always full, and if you drive in and park yourself.. good luck on finding your way to the actual real main floor lobby.
It's a nice place, good staff, and probably worth what you pay for the rooms. The bowling alley is very cool and a lot of fun.
We loved our stay at Emory Conference Center Hotel. It is truly an oasis in the middle of the madness. Very clean, very comfortable, and very accommodating!!! We recommend Emory Hotel to anyone staying in the Emory or Morningside area. An excellent value, and the breakfast was outstanding!
The campus was peaceful and green and did not feel like it was in a metropolitan area. Enjoyed really good food, very comfortable room and lots of extras. Staff was helpful and generous with their hospitality.
Great service, beautiful hotel and comfortable beds
I got a room overlooking the courtyard thinking that would give me peace and quiet the night and morning before my wedding. Yeah, no. A full on band starts playing at 8:50am on a Saturday morning, awakening me out of my much needed sleep. I go outside to make sure I m not hallucinating and sure enough - a full on band is playing in the courtyard for what looks like another wedding. I call the front desk asking for assistance - absolutely no help. It has been almost an hour of this intrusion to what was supposed to be a peaceful and restful experience. Don t stay here if you can t sleep through selfish people awakening the entire world on your wedding morning.
The facilities were roomy & comfortable! Food was great. Would highly recommend this conference center for your next meeting.
Friendly staff room was clean as well as the common areas
Breakfast outstanding
Walking into the room I could immediately see a good night sleep was doomed.
Even through the top sheet and comforter it looked like two sunken graves or hammocks.
Was only for a night so rsther than complain and relocate.
Sucked it, yep back hurt and sleep was not the best.
Room 3359.
The decor is tops love Frank Lloyd Wright
Great place, nice quiet and clean, great service and good rooms. With all the woods around I wish they would have made a walking path for hiking or a stroll
What a great place! Nestled in the woods, it is a relaxing escape from the city of Atlanta. If Brandy is working the bar, she will treat you like family!
Staff is awesome! The room was neat and clean. The only issue I had was the room door allowed a lot of noise to get through.
Very well kept facility. Nice conference room and friendly hotel staff
Love it! Modern to eclectic design. The coffee machines are too delicious! Every staff member i encountered was very nice and informative!
Nice enough place, although I have limited experience in North American hotels to compare it to. My room was clean and spacious, the grounds were nice. While the buffet meals did not offer a huge variety of choice, they were of very high quality and delicious as well as healthy. Meeting rooms were also well equipped.
Poor signage to dining room.
Food was lousy and overpriced
Covered parking. High ceilings. Friendly staff. It's a great location to host an event.
Beautiful outside and beautiful inside with a great and friendly staff. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants, shops, and one of the best views of downtown Atlanta at the corner of Houston Mill and Clifton. Highly recommend!
Great environment and service. Location is right next to cdc campus and near shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and quiet
Attended retirement party at pavilion. Facility was very nice.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it suited my needs very well. It's conveniently located next to many shops and restaurants and has its own restaurant for ease. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. As an added bonus, the wifi doesn't suck.
I recently spent three nights at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. The stay was absolutely fine. The staff was friendly and willing to do what was necessary for a good stay. The room was comfortable, internet was free, the restaurants served good food with great staff. The cost to park was most reasonable when compared to most major hotels. I recommend this hotel.
Wonderful place in the middle of everything you would like, gorgeous structure and grounds. Staff very eager to please.
Decent place. On campus, so nice. Fairly old facility and not as well updated as "chain hotels" in this price range. The staff were all wonderful though. I was comfortable and things were clean and neat Emory may just need to upgrade things in the somewhat near future.
Beautiful place in a lovely setting. Great customer service.
Great place to stay if in Atlanta. Very clean rooms, great view, friendly staff, breakfast buffet at restaurant was excellent. My only complaint if you have a joining room the walls are very thin heard the neighbors t.v. all night. If it wasn't for that would have given 5 stars.
This is a great little secret in the Emory University area
What you may not know Emory Conference is also a hotel with many amenities, the fun center- bowling, billards, swimming pool, spa, weight room, lovely green gardens and landscaping, walking pathways, inside restaurant. Least I not forget the professional, smiling and friendly customer service from the entrance, the front desk, to customer service associates everywhere within and outside of the Emory complex.
Catering Department is just as awesome in the banquet, conference and meeting facilities. Catering services produce an array of menu choices for that special event you seek.
You won't be disappointed
This hotel is Decatur's hidden gem, it is a very nice hotel however is not pretentious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I discovered the Emory Hotel and Conference center just recently and I am disappointed that I did not realize that it has been hiding there all along. If you want a nice place that is not in the mix of the hustle and bustle of the busy city of Atlanta then this is a great option.
Very comfortable hotel, had a work event there. Nice location, quiet.
I was here for Decatur City Church, held in the conference rooms on the lower floor. Despite not being there for any other use of the hotel, the staff was very friendly. It was a nice, clean environment, and from what I experienced, I have no complaints.
We stayed here while attending ACIP meetings at the CDC representing Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights. It was a fabulous hotel. The staff was exceptional! Will definitely return.
Emory conference center is great. Staff is very welcoming and inviting. The center is clean inside and out. Conference rooms are comfortable.
It was quite nice! A great place to stay near Emory
Very accommodating, nice service, the concierge went way out of his way to accommodate our group and they're traveling. Would certainly recommend
The Emory Conference Center hotel was quite nice. The room was very tidy, clean, and comfortable. I was in town for a work trip for the day and was honestly almost intimidated at the formal nature of the venue. It almost felt like a country club more than it did a hotel. I found out there is also a bowling and game area that I think was only available to book for events, but it would have been a very nice bonus to have that accessible for a few hours. The only major downside to my stay was that cellular reception in the south wing of the hotel was abysmal and the internet/WiFi was down for most of the day, which severely restricted my ability to get any work done. There was no information on when the network would be fixed or how long it had been down, just that they were having issues and that when it did work I'd be able to log in. I was able to access the internet sometime after 3 or 4pm, I think after arriving around 10:30am. Again, very nice and cozy hotel overall and I bet the network was just a fluke.
Great facilities, interesting layout of the lower level and good food in the cafeteria.
Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice and clean pool, room was very nice and clean. Just excellent all around!
My friend and I arrived exhausted from our drive. We were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in quickly and gave us a quick mini tour of the hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. Thanks for a great stay!
The architecture of this conference center and hotel are amazing. It's hard to believe that it's in the middle of Atlanta. The meeting spaces are very nice. The Wisteria Lanes Bowling alley is a fantastic venue for a small to medium party.
The hotel itself is in a very nice area, but that's pretty much the only upside to it. The front desk was rude both at check in and check out and I'm pretty sure the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed each day. The room was evidently not cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel is also very very loud.
Hospitality is genuine, so helpful I recieved a room a short walk from my parking garage. I arrive late and was able to go to the bar for a glass of wine and fabulous steak!
This was a great location given its proximity to my place of employment. They were quick to provide additional seating for extra attendees. Good for our lunch meeting. Nice venue.
Located near the CDC and Emory University. Nice quite area but still well connected to the rest of the city. The hotel lobby is very spacious and ballroom is big enough.
