Pretty nice hotel. Some components are run down but overall nice.

Great hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Close to the airport. Good on-site restaurant. Free parking.

Very clean hotel. Across the street from the International Mall and very close to the Tampa International Airport. We got room for a steal on Priceline. Could walk to the mall but have to cross one very busy street. Have to drive just about every where but for the rate we paid, that's a fair trade off. Not sure if this hotel has a pool....will find out today!

Went to a banquet at the Hilton, food was surprisingly good.

Be advised, the balconies are full of wasp nests. Rooms need a face lift, urgently !

Nothing but great and good things to say about the location and the place I choose to lay my sleepy head.

Almost every hotel requires a hold amount for various things you may need during your stay, that the cost of the room doesn't cover.

The policy required $100 bucks @ check-in, was a slight bit out of my range for a temporary hold of funds. As I only stayed just a single night, and as I checked out that 12noon hour at the front desk. Those $100 bucks were directly back to my available balance, not a two week pending hold nightmare of the unwanted drama. That is honestly what made my stay extremely enjoyable as I wasn't sitting waiting for my money to be available and not stuck in a pending hell nightmare.

More hotel chains, need to release funds upon check-out and not hold those funds for the allotted business days of two weeks [10 days].

Not only is this an inconvenience it's a nightmare trying to budget with money you didn't plan to have held up from a technical issue, just not releasing the folio for processing. Shame on you other hotel chains, holding large funds for reasons not acceptable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extra comfy.

Waited over 2 hours for food..a bunch of kids running wild at bar and dining room..wish we would have stayed at Gofrey hotel and cabanas again..

Hilton Honors Diamond status has little value here especially with the extra service charge for breakfast to Diamond members. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was nice and no issues there. As a regular traveler without ground transportation it would be nice to have some reasonably price dining options as well. Double the normal "Street" prices seems to be too much.

Service was quick and simple, the room was nice and clean, All I ask from a hotel!

Was there for the uber Tampa office, the place was beautiful and staff was professional, only 4 stars because the A/C was broken in the conference room we were in.

The rooms are dated and the management is impolite. Good luck staying there.

They gave me a nice room with a balcony and a fridge and I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the way it is run. The price was reasonable. The room was clean. Some of the surrounding areas are slightly questionable but the service here was good and the staff is friendly.

I love this Hotel, is always nice to have a drink by the pool. Nice and clean place too.

Only complaint is not having an earlier shuttle to the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind.

Stayed here last night. Great experience. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Enjoyed the executive lounge. Great bonus to the whole experience! Definitely coming again.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There are some issues however, when I checked in I was given a room which had not been cleaned and so they brought up a key to the room across the hall. Not the end of the world. However, one of the new keys didn t work which we did not discover until the next morning when we were not able to get a new key without ID. Not the end of the world either, but pretty annoying. Also if your name was not on the room, even with ID they would not let you back in. Check in staff was nice. Breakfast looked nice, but $15.50 was a bit much for a breakfast buffet.

Super convenient location. Large, comfortable room. One of the nicest hotel showers I've seen. Odd mechanical noises at random times, though. It might have been from the constructing next door, but it sounded like it was coming from inside the building. Possibly the ventilation system?

Renee in the restaurant is a breath of fresh air. From her warm greeting to exemplary service she made my stay feel like home!

Elevators take forever. Nice staff and great little snack store.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Attended a cgroup onference on 5/21/16. The Hilton has spacious meeting rooms with helpful people.

It s OK. The rooms are usually missing some amenities a room service menu or the normal toiletries. If you call they will get it to you quickly. I have to stay here very often because for work. Be careful here. Twice I ve left items behind with 100% certainty that they were in the room after I checked out and in neither case were they ever turned in. Hopefully they can have a word with the staff or somehow get this issue under control because it s very disappointing when mere hours later you can t get your belongings returned.

Bathroom sink stopped up
No bodywash in dispenser. Told the cleaning staff. Nothing done about it. Thankfully, I had bodywash in suitcase from last trip.

This was a very nice hotel. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. They do need another body behind the counter to help check people in though. There was a little bit of a line waiting behind me.

Nice, spacious, and clean room. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Several restaurants in walking distance.

The rooms were clean but we were there with a very large group and I felt like some of the service we received was half of what it could have been just because we were with the group. Most Hilton's have great customer service.

I was doing a Uber Eats delivery, the young ladies at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming

Everything was great..room was spotless!..staff could not do enough for you! The shuttle driver helped me with my baggage to get to the outside check in....which was unexpected but I was thankful for......

Bed bugs! Very disappointed in the customer service at the Hilton, both local and corporate. I reported bed bugs to the local management, they came to the room confirmed evidence of the bed bugs and provided a meal voucher and new room. I then contacted corporate and they investigated and said there was no evidence of bed bugs. Not only did I have over a dozen bites, that itched like a bad case of poison ivy, but I had 2 travelers that also witnessed this. I understand bed bugs happen, what I don't understand is they're failure to properly respect their patrons.

Words can't begin to explain how amazing the front desk staff was.....My family and I can't thank you enough for giving us the experience....Great rates and hospitality

I made a delivery to this place and the people were very helpful and friendly and I didn't get to see the rooms but very clean and organized

Room was clean and quiet. Conveniently located. Bathroom was very small and the only water temp in the shower was scalding...so hot it could not be used. Checkin was slow with only 1 person working a very busy desk. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied, which seemed to have happened to a few people that same night. I would stay here again, i just feel the front desk could have used additional assistance or training.

They should of have at least complimentary coffee,
They charge $4 for 16 oz bottle of water And $4 of S. cup of coffee.

Rooms seemed renovated. Very clean. Staff very service oriented. Fitness room needs a remake then I give it 5 stars.

Nice stay. The bathroom door, shower curtain were dirty. Using an aggregator site can save on cost. Staff were polite and helpful. Would return if could be found for a decent deal.

We arrive and checked in as we went in and my wife said she re had to use the restroom in brought in our stuff I heard her say OMG this is clean as I approached the bathroom you can see were it wasn't and a bright yellow urine spot. Nasty is a u derstatement

Was here for a 3 day conference. Hotel is clean and room and bed were comfortable. Conference rooms were exfremely cold but this was adressed by the hotel staff. Customer service was exceptional. Only signifcant issue was noise bleeding into the room from flloor above, the hallway, and parking lot.

Located near the college we were looking at. Very nice rooms. Easy to get to and from the airport .

Quaint hotel. Looks rather old on the outside but they clearly remodeled on the inside. Bar and Cafe were great.

The staff is friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. Did not know the breakfast was not complimentary and it was expensive. Even though there was 45 minutes until breakfast would stop being served, the buffet was not stocked very well. The eggs were hard and there were no more waffles or biscuits. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean. The room's climate control was set to 79 degrees F at night, so I woke up in a sweat and had to adjust. Overall, not a great experience, just ok. Breakfast is better had somewhere else.

Was kicked off the shuttle so they could load up with airline crews. How rude.

The staff was very accommodating and resourceful. Seminar rooms are very clean. Food and beverages will wonderful! I would highly recommend this location.

For an airport hotel, really enjoyed this place. Rooms are updated along with the lobby and conference spaces. I really appreciated the hearty breakfast options. Dwayne the shuttle driver was awesome. Great story telling. Front desk staff were helpful, got us checked a bit early and got us breakfast vouchers even before that. Neighborhood is not great for walking, but you can get to a few restaurants within 10 minutes and a new Cigar City Brewery location.

Went to this hotel for 10 years about 8 times a year. Since Elizabeth Settle Buisness Travel sales took over and the GM Mr Hansen this hotel has no loyality to their long term customers. They will book the whole hotel and will not even try to help you find another one. Ms Settle actually laughed at me when I asked if she could help me since I have been coming to the hotel for over 10 years. When I brought it up to the GM Mr Hansen he basically did nothing to correct the situation. There are better more loyal hotels in the area. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS. SUPPORT PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NOT JUST ABOUT THEIR PROFITS.

The staff was extremely friendly but the rooms are old and the hallway smells. There was damage to two of the rooms that we transferred out of. The worst part of it all was when my wife woke up with bites all over her after our first night. The place looks like it could have bed bugs.

Because we got there at 730 pm and they told us the room was not ready I told them we had a 2 yr old they really didn't care it wasn't ready for 50 minutes later unacceptable

some of our clients they came from this hotel and keep saying they like to live in the hotel because they feel much better after long trip, only 4mins drive to airport, and can get a real good massage in our spa,very close only 3mins drive.

The nicest hotel I've been to. The breakfast was amazing with choices and fresh foods.

The staff was courteous and well informed. The hotel itself was clean had a good atmosphere about it. The event went very well those ample seating provided and a water table with plenty of Cups and plenty of water. Overall was an excellent experience thank you.

I stayed a few days ago for a nurse practitioner conference. The hotel charged my one credit card on 8/19/16 for $411.93. Then, I was charged on 10/3/16 for $281.62. Then, I was charged 10/4/16 $137.31. I was double charged. Additionally, the air conditioning was like 40 degrees in the conference room. People were wearing blankets, beach towels, scarfs, gloves inside.

Would not recommend.

Power was out from the hurricane so i didn't stay here.
