The grounds in this hotel are beautiful and the largest in phuket as far as i can tell on the map. Views to the sea are amazing 180 degrees, we stayed on the 9th floor main building where the lobby is. Large room with great bathroom and a balcony, very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good with amazing views (bon a petit restaurant) so good didn't want to move until closing. Staff are very polite and so loving. Thai people are just very respectful and chilled, love them.

A solid hotel. Not a luxury stay to be honest. Beach front is not owned by Hilton but public (no issues there other than there is no beach equipment available)

Nonetheless, cleanliness is top notch. Food varieties are good. As usual, Thais are extremely friendly and helpful.

Its a pretty nice hotel... It's quiet and calm... Chill as some would say. It is a little walk from the closest market. But on the back exit of the hotels HUGE!! Property it is the beach and it makes for a nice walk at night as it doesn't get too cold. The staff is there to help at all times but you might have some struggle understanding eachother due to the accents its a good place for spending time with your family.

I think the room is fine. There have three big outdoor pools to keep peoples busy. I found the food is not so great . Gym is good and running just around the hotel would be nice. Short walking distance to the beach but I found it s not quite safe to swim as there have jelly fish and water ski around you.

The most beautiful hotel in the environment, lack of matching, shopping around, eating very little.

Stayed there for a week June last year. Everything was fine. Unfortunately my deposit of $474 was debited twice against my credit card and yet to be returned. Emails to their accounts section fall on deaf ears. Disappointing as it leaves a slur on their honesty.

Hilton brand abaoned us from its brand name value. So disappointing. What's going on with your staff education? More than 80% of your staffs, especially males, were more than flirting with us. Staffs were getting on our shuttle bus inside resort, asking where we were heading to, even asking us to join them. We were supposed to enjoy our vacation fully, whereas we were disturbed all the time. What do you expect your guests to fully enjoy their holiday? I was more than simply annoyed. This IS disturbing.

Very nice hotel. I enjoy staying in Thailand and having the same living standards like in the US. I will be back for sure.

Beautiful structure a bit chaotic but also that fascinates food to be improved, services quite efficient, wonderful location only the golf course is missing

This place is.......huuuge! Prepare to walk a lot or of course take the trolly around the hotel. Its not super far where everything is at but it can get tiring. We got upgraded to an ocean view being a diamond member but one star down because it really didnt seem that much of an upgrade. It was nice, big bed, awesome view but the hinge for our door lock was coming off and we had to call maintenance but they sent up room service to they came back again to drill it back. Little not to date with furniture and decor. I also didn't take photos or videos of the room which people would if it was that nice of a room... but still satisfied. It was also pricey just to go to patong area and back, maybe a little closer there next time.

The hotel grounds are large and well looked after, the hotel itself is dated being 30 or so years old, it has been revamped though a few years back. We stayed in the premier suite which has recently be done up, it was large with amazing views. it s in a great location, staff are friendly.. we enjoyed our stay here.. it was hard to leave.

Nice hotel and sea view from the balcony of the room was fantastic at this time the waves are high, the atmosphere is cloudy and the breakfast is nice. The staff are very nice. Bring a birthday cake in the room. A nice gesture. There is a nearby market and fish restaurants.

Because the staff and rooms were so good, it merits a five. The restaurants, aside from the breakfast buffet, are more like a four. Slow service and they kept forgetting our orders and drinks and the drinks are super watered down. Lovely massive property though, and if you can afford it (I can't, I was travelling with my parents) I would say it's worth it. But maybe keep a flask in your pocket to strengthen up those drinks.

Beautiful resort with lush tropical gardens, amazing staff and a great sense of well being.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and everything always suits us, good service, attentive staff, delicious food, a very nice lounge with incredible sea views. One thing that caused unpleasant impressions was the general manager, who didn t quite politely communicate with us and interrogated us with questions about when we were last here, which month. He did not smile and behaved with us, as if he were from the police, and we are suspected of something. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Wow, a gorgeous hotel, with beach views and a fantastic selection of food! Unfortunately having noisy neighbours spoilt our stay here somewhat as we were kept awake, but the hotel itself was excellent - recommended for families in particular though.

Huge fan of Hilton but in the case of this property it just didn't meet the bar. No Executive lounge and a location that left you stranded and stuck with their 3 places to eat. Property is also older and seems very close to time for a major refresh. There are some positives such as the great staff and pools but for us just not enough. Also WAY to many kids. We checked out early and we are moving along to another Hilton property where we know the quality is high.

I booked a disability room and didn't get it, I was put in a junior room which was small and not suitable for a person with a disability. Who messed up the booking I don't know but someone did. Also there tram/shuttle bus because of my disability I could not get on the tram/ shuttle but I was forced to get on it and because of this I lost my balance and went down on my left leg which was grazed badly. The next minute the driver was pushing me on because of all this my holiday was ruined and I had to stay in my room with my leg up, every 2nd or 3rd day I was at the nurses station getting it dressed, also the leg got infected and the doctor gave me antibiotics, this cost a lot of money for the doctor and tablets.
Also for a Hilton Resort/Hotel the standard was very poor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the wash basin had big cracks in it, these should be replaced as it was disgusting and unhygienic.
In future I would think twice about staying at a Hilton Hotel if this is what they are like.

Such a huge resort.....play areas for children and separate pools for children...ideal place to relax in vicinity of the beach....great breakfast as well....

a generous complex with several pools and a beautiful lagoon. The complex was always very clean. The staff is very friendly but the English language skills are often poor especially at the front desk the personell has a small vocabulary combined with a strong Thai accent that made the important conversations difficult. The room surprised us although it was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped but the room description said that rooms are decorated in traditional Thai style but we encountered normal decoration which hat the age and style of 20 years ago and was partly in need of renovation. Rooms cleaning was done well always before 11 am which is a very good performance compared with some other 4 and 5 resorts that rooms are still unmaid till late afternoon. We booked the hotel partially because of the tennis courts since phuket has rarely hotels with tennis courts. However the courts were hard courts and the ground was not in very good condition, the ground was fragmented in several place. although the courts for hotel guests should be free, you had to pay after 6 pm bht250 for them. It also happened several times that all 3 courts were occupied in the afternoon by the hotel tennis academy.
All in all we had a good time there mainly because of the hotel's well maintained park , lagoon , friendly personell, good breakfast buffet with nice outside scenery, diligent room maids and last but not least good ife music in the evening in the hotel bars. The food in the restaurants were excellent but 2 or 3 times more expensive than outside restaurants

I've been there today with my wife on brunch in Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort.

After few hours we landed in our room sick. Vomiting, diarrhea. We're in Thailand for two weeks and haven't been sick so far. I've contacted with the hotel manager to refund the cost of their poisoning food but I was told that their need to make investigation if that's for sure was their food which caused me and my wife problems. (We haven't eat nothing else today) We spent 3000 baths for the brunch. Now we're losing time to be sick. The Hilton hotel acts like some small village bungalow. They should learn their staff how to solve the problem like that. Tell to the customer that maybe it was something different then their food and no say "sorry" it's a shame for whole brand Hilton.

I forgot to add a review, were in February 19goda. The hotel is old compared to other 5 star hotels, but the territory is very large and the beach is very close. You can walk to the beach and sunbathe in 5min.

True far from Bangla Road and Junglceylon. But there are always plenty of taxis, tuk-tuk. One guy (they met at the club) told us the application to call a taxi Toun taxi (AppStore / Google play) downloaded it, registered with the SLLWKK code. When they were going somewhere far away, they called a car or a bike there. Cheaper than Grab. And a huge advantage: Russian-speaking drivers. Point of departure and arrival point to Google Maps and do not need to explain anything to non-understanding Thai people !!!

The best I loved about this hotel is it s the appropriate position to watch the sunset, as there is nothing to block out your sight. Please don t forget to ask the hotel to prepare a bottle of cold white wine in your room. Also, this Hilton has more than 6 different swimming pools, so you can always find the best ones to take pictures or just lie down on the couch. Kindly remind that, pay more money to choose a larger room cause the normal ones will not give you a really good experience.
This hotel is probably the most suitable hotel to watch the sunset among the Hilton hotels in the world. You can look forward unobstructed from the windows of many rooms. In addition, the 6 large and small swimming pools in this hotel are really super popular, you must remember to experience and take photos one by one. Of course, you remember to apply in advance with the front desk to see if you can upgrade to a better room type. Even if you pay a little more, it doesn t matter. It can give you a unique super experience.

The hotel grounds and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even delivered cake to our room for mine and my wife's anniversary. I'm giving three stars because although the staff and aesthetics were great, I was thoroughly disappointed in other aspects. The food at the resort was hit or miss and I even suffered a boit of food poisoning. I thought sticking to food at the resort would keep me from getting sick, but i was wrong. I also wrongly assumed that tours through the Hilton's trip desk would avoid some of the negative aspects of tourism in Thailand that i read about online. My wife and I took a city tour of Phuket, which was going very well until we came to the "Elephant Trekking" portion of the tour. I had read about various animal abuses that happen in Phuket as part of the tourism, but I figured that Hilton would not associate with that kind of activity so booking an elephant experience with them would be pretty safe. I was very wrong. We arrived at Phuket Safari Eco+ to see a young elephant chained to the ground, unable to move more than a few feet, monkeys in chains in small bird cages, and adults elephants being forced to walk in monotonous circles through a mix of mud and their own feces and prodded with sharp tools when they refused to continue walking. Horrendous conditions to say the least. Ruined the entire stay for me. I had hoped a name like Hilton would be above associating with such blatant animal abuse in the name of a quick buck, but again, I was wrong. Extremely dissapointed. I advise anyone to avoid the city tours (especially the ones with elephants and/or monkeys) and you will likely enjoy your stay.

Loved!!! Gorgeous resort with spacious grounds, felt super safe and relaxing. Very close to beach and restaurants, walked everywhere. Book your own taxi to airport though and safe half the price they charge!

Nice hotel. Large complex with gardens and artificial lagoons. Various restaurants, Mediterranean and Thai as well as a theme restaurant. Service very good. Recommend to book hotel transfer. Nice reception on landing and departure also someone on site. Very fast passport control (VIP Lane).

A 5-star resort hotel on Karon Beach, just walk across the road. The staff from the first reception point, parked the car, then has a shuttle service to the lobby check-in There is a receptionist. A dedicated Hilton Honor counter welcomes you with detailed explanations of the packages purchased. Very well recommended, there is an upgrade of the room to several levels to stay. At Deluxe Sea View Spacious room, very beautiful, unfortunately there is no toilet hose, Panorama Club Lounge closed. But go to use at the pool bar area instead Variety of drinks Snacks and staple food are ready. All staffs are very attentive. It is a hotel that impressed the father. Returning to the room, there is a bed set to welcome a happy birthday with a cake. You don't even have to leave the hotel, and you can also have vouchers, drinks, cash coupons, food and breakfast latecheck out. Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere, will swim a lot, suitable for families, couples, honeymooners or coming alone.

Exemplary Hilton service. Room was cosy. Pool was amazing.

Junior Suite in the VIP Tower not recommended. Deluxe suites are large with nice terrace and sea view.
Staff a bit awkward.

The cart moving around the premises, the children were delighted. The kids room was large and had lots of toys. It seems that the ball pool and the trampoline were fun.

This is a big resort but done really well. We love the familiar feeling of a western resort with a high level of local luxurious touches. Rooms are big and the staff are very professional and helpful. Easy 5 star

Thai Coconut Icecream with Roasted Peanuts



It doesn t get better than some fresh coconut icecream served in a coconut at Hilton Phuket, Thailand.

Huge gorgeous peaceful...overall a lovely place to stay at. You can spend lots of time inside the property if you're not a outdoor fan!

Doors in my room were destroyed and I couldn't get in and I had to wait 20 minutes for a special guy to unlock it.

I got accused for drinking 2 colas and 1 Sprite. I didn't do that. It was staff's false because it counted bottles in the fridge incorrectly. Woman in the reception said that I have to pay for it. But I didn't do that. I was late 20 minutes for my buss because of this accident. They were trying to make me pay for those drinks. It's not my problem that they counted it wrong. I didn't pay.

I couldn't communicate with staff because staff there doesn't know English.

Rooms are a bit old. Three pools are quite nice. In general not bad.

They were in September - October 19, they say it s not the season, but it was cloudy for 1 day, but there are fewer people. I liked everything very much. The hotel is very beautiful, a large area, there is a small gym, swimming pools. You can take a walk to the cafe in the evening, if you leave the hotel faster and go left, there is an exchanger, a good course is also to the left, in general, according to the rate, there is not much difference in course. There was no discomfort that the beach was across the road. The beach is clean, transferred across the road, towels for the beach are issued. Every evening there is live music, a girl and a guy sing very beautifully, you can order a song, order a cocktail and enjoy ...)) I will not write about cleaning and maintenance, everything is at its best.

Too big .... You can't even explore the full hotel... Beside beach and many swimming pool. Can't forget staying there.
