Okay hotel. Many large pools and lots of free sun loungers. A lot of different animals, peacocks, different birds and so on in the yard.
Breakfast was great. More chefs baking the omelette they want. Spacious and non-congested breakfast rooms.

Pros:
Staff was superb, everyone was very friendly. I saw management interacting with guests on multiple occasions. I had recently stayed at a Conrad and I thought the hotel staff here did just as good of a job if not better.

The resort is beautiful. Gardening is well done and pools were nice. Since it is so big, there is a shuttle that usually comes by each stop every 5 min or so.

Cons:
The rooms felt like a 5 star hotel and a Super 8 had a baby. The decor was reasonably fashionable, but the wear and tear on a lot of the furniture was noticeable. The air conditioning was not great, I had to leave it on high the entire time I was there.

The prices at the resort are pretty similar to what you would find in the US/Europe, but are way higher than the local economy. A massage is 10x cheaper off the resort. Laundry off resort is 50 baht a kilogram. It costs more than that to get a pair of socks washed at the resort. A street food buffet is 1000 baht/person. Why not just go eat actual street food for 100 baht/person?

I booked a King size standard room. I was upgraded to a junior suite because I am a diamond member, but they switched the bed selection to two twins. While I appreciated the gesture, I really didn t plan on spending a whole lot of time in the room and just wanted a better bed. I was able to get it fixed the next day.

Other considerations:
This is not a beachfront resort. The beach is across a busy road. It is easy to get to, but make sure you grab a couple towels from the pool on the way out as there are not any ones you get there. There are chairs available for rent at 100 baht per chair, but you have to walk a ways down. Also, the crosswalks are little more than a false sense of security for unsuspecting tourists. None of the drivers stop for them. Just something to keep in mind. With that being said, the beach is very nice and the sand is soft.

The airport shuttle service the hotel provides is 3x more than booking a taxi. Would recommend a taxi instead.

A very large resort and walking distance 2 mins to the beach. Very relaxing for conferences and family activities.

The room is spacious, clean, cares about family with children.

A classic Southeast Asian resort. The scenery is cool because it is located on a large site. I can see my big buddy head. The beach is across the street, but the view from the high floors is amazing.

Able to stay in 501-502 rooms, able to open to each other The balcony opens to see the pool, sea view, the best is the beautiful sunset, no need to climb up the hill. Sip wine / beer Watching the sunset is very cool, I would like to say the breakfast is delicious. The staff at the restaurant are all good services. Especially David (I don't know. Do you remember? We went to 4 people. David brothers talked to our brothers about shopping. One of our sisters said that the eldest sister is a very good shopping person, haha) I am not disappointed in choosing this place

This is the third time in this Hotel, and today is the day, I can say congratulation.
We had a lot of complains about Family Resort, Kids in the Lounge etc. Now all the problems solved by the Management. Many changes, about Welcome to this Hotel, Check in, Information.
The whole staff, extremely friendly, helpfully. Breakfast, super, order spicy omelet, no problem.
Thank you very much, for the Nice stay, and I am sure I come back!!

Attention, don t book Executive / Panorama Lounge with Kids, WASTE OF MONEY
The problem we had about the Panorama Executive Lounge was the following. I had my 7-year-old daughter sitting in the 10th floor Hilton Suite, all by herself because the staff requested her to leave at 5:30pm without any reasons. This was not very safe in my opinion, I wanted to enjoy the holidays but either way I cannot enjoy the lounge, or I have to worry about her. There is no other option for me as the Kids Paradise closes at 6pm too At the end we had a talk with Mrs. Sunisa Kamsri, Assistant front office manager, we talked about the problem, and what we could do!!
Next day, Breakfast in the morning is normally good, but today the chef was too lazy to walk in the kitchen to cut spicy chilly instead a smarter and easier way is to tell the customer that they don t have chilies today, looks like too much extra work, and for me it means no spicy omelet?
Last day we got kicked out unfriendly from the Panorama Lounge again. Then we did what Mrs. Sunisa Kamsri told us. We went to the Andaman Lounge, Lobby Area downstairs. Also, here we had problems with our order and then the Happy Hour was finished too. No food nothing anymore and bar is not even informed about the problem and solution given by the assistant front office manager which offered us that we can continue at the Lounge downstairs with free drinks and some food (but no food supplied the whole time). This Happy Hour System, Extra Money for Lounge etc. is a waste of money!
We were sitting in the bar the staff was ignoring us after our 1st order so that the Happy Hour is over at 6:30. We were waiting again, waiting to order another drink for the past 15 minutes but then it was past the Happy Hour time, so no more drinks either? For me it is an unacceptable customer care, ignorant stuff and not helping in any way even after feedback, waste in every single way.
They give us, Vouchers to solve the problem, but for me, is not acceptable, and I did NOT use these ones .
In other lounges of other hotels, it is said as long as the children know how to behave it is acceptable! Yet here, it does not matter which child it is, in general they just have to leave, and it is an unacceptable excuse that other people complained about children because obviously Hilton Hotel in Phuket is the only one with such certain problems, but it is called a Family Resort???
After one week, still no comments from the Hotel

Incredibly good service by the staff! Outstanding! Beautiful hotel area as well as pool areas.

Nice hotel, good food and drinks. Nice location and great gym. Disappointed in the customer service and communication. Never been to a hotel that refuses me a request for items needed to borrow. As well as never been to a hotel that sends daily bills requesting payment when room is paid up and deposit is put down but they require more because of additional room service charges and or spa, breakfast etc. I had to pay my room in full before i even checked out because they kept deactivating my keys. Never will stay here again.

Do not feel comfortable, not stressed, have 3 free meals to eat, colleagues are friendly

The big hotel can walk to the sea. There are many swimming pools.

2 Great Aircon Squash Courts here. Monthly memberships and steam/sauna rooms available too. You can pay or just sneak into those but don't get busted.

One of the best Hilton hotels I ever vis. Amazing staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience ther is posible to have. Thanks to all of you me and my wife loved it. I couldn't ask for better honeymoon holidays!! Thumbs up!

A fabulous Sunday Brunch at Sails! Great food and wonderful service from a professional staff.

Resort property across the street from the beach. For safety, the resort is closed off from traffic so you don't need a car since you park in and take a tram into the property. There were plenty of pools. Had a few restaurants on site, else can walk down the road to the market. Basically, it is a typical resort where you can order food by the pools, so it was all good and we only left to see the ocean.

I love this place so much is clean n services also very good. Next round must come here again

I would say good, but nothing different from other Hiltons on tropical islands, getting a bit bored now.

I didn't intend to stop 1 star with your hotel. My finger hit the button. Something about the phone. My heart will stop your 4-star hotel. If you make a mistake, I have to ask you. I know the Hill Hotel, Early Deeria Building. More than 20 years, I would not stop 1 star.

Unfortunately getting old. The food and the room service was great. Office, wellness and sports facilities bad. The hotel gets from us 3 stars, it was certainly a 5 star hotel, not today.

Amazing views. Tired rooms. No executive club breakfast option for Silver HHonours members who take the executive room with sea views. Disappointing.

Best place for family trip

Lovely place. Close to a small beach and center. Relax in the hotel guaranteed. Bars, restaurant, swimming pools. Service without complaints. In the case of the Diamond option, it is possible to take advantage of the Panorama Longue lounge, where there are great breakfasts, and between 17 - 18.30 happy Horus - then there is a large selection of dishes and snacks as well as various drinks and spirits.

We came back to stay at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort after 10 years and we were blown away by how beautifully maintained the resort has been kept. The hotel itself is looking a little dated and could do with a fresh facelift but it still has this unique Hilton charm. The grounds are vast so they have a passenger trolley that runs 24 hours to take you to the 3 various wings of the hotel, to the main lobby and to the welcome lobby. The resort has 4 swimming pools and so many restaurants that you never feel like there are many people around! The fitness centre includes a well equipped gym, 3 outdoor tennis courts, 2 squash courts and a pool table / table tennis. We had a 90 minute couple massage treatment at their amazing day spa and it was exceptional. The staff that work here are truly what makes this place so special. I would highly recommend this resort.

careful when you want to select room for hilton deluxe. it is a misleading statement. there is 3 different type of room for hilton deluxe:

1) Andaman Suite (Lowest type of room)
2) Hilton Suite Garden View
3) Hilton Suite Sea View

In Honors application, you can only see Hilton Suite and when you arrive to the hotel, they will give you Andaman Suite claiming that you book Andaman Suite even you booked for Hilton Suite.

Management should have taken this seriously. Confusion will lead to the anger.

In addition, facilities are good, hotel is lively and the sea breeze can make you feel wonderful.

Around 5 pools are available, kids play room, kids playground and you can see peacock and hen scattered around the hotel.

Panorama lounge is on the 12th floor, tower block.

ONE OF THE ORIGINAL RESORTS ON PHUKET GREAT LOCATION AND MASSIVE RESORT WELL KEPT GROUNDS AND GARDEN.

Karon Beach It is a large resort with good accessibility, it is good to book with renovated room if possible because there are marks of time.
There are many people, but the resort is so big that we can stay quiet.

The rooms are beautiful, staff are friendly and the location is excellent if you are looking for a little quiet time. Not far from Patong beach.

One of the nicest resorts in Karon. A large sprawling complex of several circular buildings adjacent to the beach. The staff went above and beyond and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place, great hotel, worth the money .. design of a large garden with a private lagoon. The territory is very interested, there is where to walk. Several restaurants and a comfortable lobby bar. Minus one: a bare beach, no umbrellas, no lounges ... like almost everywhere on Karon ..

And no one wrote about the restaurant in which everything is included for 1100-1500 b.

The facilities are a bit old, but the swimming pool is varied and good for kids.
10 minutes away from the back door, there was a busy street, so it was good to buy or eat the necessary items.

I was satisfied.
However, the whole of Phuket, full of Chinese.

Beautiful setting. The grounds are huge and well maintained. Room was large a little aged but clean and comfortable.

Nice and well-kept hotel. Great service. Unfortunately, the standard of furniture and finishing is much poorer than in Europe. For this there is no own beach, and the closest one is ok but you have to pay for sunbeds ... I require all amenities in the price of the Hilton, so it is rather poor.

Great facilities, service, overall scenic beauty.<br/>Rooms are a bit dated and are in need of some work but it didn t bother me much ( i was in one of the 5 swimming pools most of the time :) )<br/>Restaurant prices were almost the same compared to those outside the property which was great !

Very large property, excellent facilities (multiple pools, restaurants and a cafe, ample seating - not too busy), decent room sizes and a glorious lagoon. Extensive room service menu that caters well for veggies and reasonably priced food and drinks (relative to other Hilton hotels). Thai customer service is immecible... very helpful & attentive maids, waiters etc.

We had a few minor issues but the hotel staff were very good at sorting things out and making it right.

Will definitely like to return. Thank you for making our stay magical.

Some tips to make it better for other guests:
- please give guests advanced notice of large conferences / events and try to limit noise with large groups arriving in the middle of the night (note: mgmt have taken this on board)
- better labelling of food in buffets and menus (eg what s vegan, vegetarian, contains nuts etc.)
- checking shower pumps so one doesn t get scalded by flash of hot water

Its a quiet retreat away from busy Patong area,if you want to unwind and get nature close to you,this area in Karon is unmatched..Amazing sceneries by the mountain,great breakfast and wonderful,courteous staff..

During festive holidays I visited Hilton Karon 3 times and joined all of their events because I love the place and their foods were so good.

Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful everyone love what they re doing and they really make you feel like home I can t remember everyone s name but I would like to thank them all.

Breakfast and Brunch and Buffet dinner were very good lots of selections.

The lobby bar was good you can enjoyed drinks and snacks with cool breeze, Khun Yupa is very friendly and helpful

Rooms are nice you can see a little bit dated but overall it s in a very good shape.

The area is huge and they do really good job on garden maintenance.

And they have peacocks!!! Peter the peacock and his girlfriends will walk around and say hello to you it s really amazing

Largest hotel in Karon beach, many pools inside the complex and immediate access to an awesome sandy beach. The rooms and their quality vary between buildings, and can be tricky for a guest to figure out which one to choose when booking. Hotel treats Hilton Honors members really well, especially Diamond guests.

Awesome Place we both have lots of fun and food we enjoyed lot ..

The hotel is really great. The very idyllic complex is spacious and has many green areas and lagoons. The pools are also very nicely designed and offer a lot of freedom of movement for young and old. The beach is right in front of the hotel. However, this is by a small road (single lane in each direction), but hardly disturbs. The beach itself is very beautiful and also quite spacious here. Depending on the weather and season, swimming is only possible to a limited extent due to the sometimes extreme currents.

Breakfast in the hotel offers everything a hotel guest could wish for. Many Asian as well as Western dishes were served. Whether the advertised fresh orange juice is really fresh, I'll leave it standing in the room.

I myself booked a junior suite with a sea view. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I asked for an upgrade. However, it could not be granted to me. Well, sometimes you're unlucky, sometimes lucky. The rooms themselves are very nice and mostly decorated in an Asian style. Totally my taste. The balcony was also great and looks big.

On the whole, quite a pleasant stay. I'd like to come back.

A peaceful retreat that is only 15 minuets cab ride away from the lively Pa Tong
The Hilton resort has a lovely selection of restaurants with well prepared food in a nice setting
Access to Karon Beach is over a fairly busy road
Take caution if you go to the Karon Beach and wear sandals as there is a bit of rubbish on the beach including broken bottles
However, the resort offers a first floor pool and bar that oversees the beach, which makes it a nice spot for watching the sunset
Rooms are well sized, comfortable and clean
Although there is a large selection of places to have a massage it is well worth booking a pampering treatment at the Hilton Spa which is set on the grounds of the resort forming a hideaway of small huts

Hilton Arcadia is a a truly amazing retreat in Phuket. The buildings are retro style and there is an old world charm. The resort is filled with mature trees and there is also a lake. The golf carts ferry you around the resort. Karon Beach is just across the road and from balconies of the rooms, the emerald green waters of the sea can been seen.

The retaurant by the pool is great. The large pool at the back near the Ocean is huge and a great place to have fun with the family. The Thai restaurant serves some amazing food.

5 stars for the landscaping, retro style buildings, views of the sea and magnificent pool close to the sea.

Been there last year... Man, I was so impressed with their customer service. The food is delicious but for muslims, they should know to avoid some food. There are 5 swimming pools and I only had time for one. A lot of activities to do... only that it is located far far away from the airport.

Ugly and too big, you have to walk a lot to get anywhere. And in the night there are no attractions at all. Restaurants close very early and you can't even play pool in the night.

I have so many fond memories of our stay in this lovely hotel which has a great feel. The tropical grounds and gardens are just magical with lots of places to relax in and explore. It is away from the hustle and bustle of awful Patong Beach. Breakfast by the pool was fantastic with such a wide selection. The room overlooking the sea was tasteful, clean and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing hotel and experience! It s too huge and hence you have to know the place well to reach your point. The hotel is toward the Karon beach and hence it s far from the main market of patong and usually difficult to find any transport from here. Also public transports tuk TUk charges 400 baht one way from hotel to patong! The hotel has super rooms and great place for hosting events. It s staff is friendly and rooms are great ! The view from the rooms are awesome

Wounderfull place good 5 star hotel I think so but I had bad experience 3 weeks ago I was in room 361 while going through corridor I saw snake is comming in coredore ask to managment they remove

During my stay I found snake in the corridor, hotel staff very technically capture that, overall very nice garden area pools and other amenities and facilities are there one of the best hotel at Karon beach.
