No bidet. I repeat. The toilets in this hotel do not have bum guns. Otherwise: nice pool, right at the beach, good breakfast.

Buyer beware. My wife booked this resort for us a number of months ago. In the description it stated we would have a view of the ocean and the pictures displayed shown a modern style room with 21st century furniture. When we got to our room it was nothing like the advertisement. Only after we complain did they move us to the room that was advertised however we had to wait until the next day with an additional charge of 2,000 bot. I have attached some photographs of the original room they attempted to give us with the 1970's style furniture. I will never stay at this location again. This place is giving Hilton a bad name.

If you get Ocean view room than its a best place to stay. Its a family resort. Helpful staff. Easy going resort.

I live in Phuket and I try to make it to the Sunday Brunch. Great staff, excellent food.

Overall a good place to stay with great rooms. However, I was utterly shocked at breakfast s price so I then boycotted their restaurants for the rest of my stay which was the best decision ever because the small local Thai family owned no-name restaurants are the best places to eat in Thailand. Motorbike rental and laundry stands are across the street from main entrance. Plug your ears whilst on the internal resort shuttle because the same song is on repeat EVERY DAY EVERY HOUR. Also the shuttle should be electric...other than that, great place.

The worst property I ever stayed at. Worst experience of my life. Luxury is totally missing, feels like a university converted into a hotel. Hospitality of Thai people in general is very low, moreover this property misses the hospitality factor all together. In spite of taking the presidential suite the offerings were like a 1st grade hotel. The night manager Boa (That s what he mentions his name as) got into a fight with us and pushed me, the biggest turn off factor! How can they get physical with a female. When I tried to film him, his colleague and him tried to push and turn away. Did not feel safe after that. Urge you guys not to stay there. The food at the cafe doesn t seem fresh.

Nice rooms and data internet. Got excellent service with our Hhonours membership. Food was not great, however the manager of the restaurant we went to was very kind after hearing the complaint. Although the hotel was close to many nice restaurants. Also very close to the beach.

The hotel is very large and has great scenery as well as nice swimming pools. The spa is decent too. The staff was very very friendly and helpful.

Customer service and cleanliness is A+. Peaceful & serene ambience all throughout the resort. Would visit again!

One of the best hotels in Phuket! Right on Nai Thon Beach. Really very exclusive and expensive.

rooms were nice and clean, facilities were good. However the food was not very good and the breakfast had less variety.

Great resort, pools are nice and relaxing. Rooms are nice, breakfast is great. Staff are excellent. Really close to the the beach which is clean. Close to a nice walking market.

Good but could be great. Service was quite lengthy on both check in and check out. Room wasn't ready at 3pm as promised and housekeeper was still cleaning when we got to the room for the first time. But the room was really romantic and comfortable. The balcony served as my morning meditation place overlooking the ocean. Wish the hotel had better food as room service and OBC were below average for Hilton. Spacious grounds to walk but wished I was in Patong.

We are frequent visitors of the Hilton hotels and stayed over the past few week at several around Europe, with only compliments for all of them. We looked forward to a few days of relaxation at the Arcadia Resort and Spa on our final stop home however are severly dissapointed with the experience so far. The F&B is well over priced (charging european prices+) and the quality of the food is poor
and/or definitely not good value for money. the hotel is outdated and could really do with a touch up. This hotel might have been 5 star many years ago but it isnt worth the 5 stars today.

It's really worth it if you want to relax ... And you're relatively close to everything ...

An excellent resort with fantastic staff. Each of them have a great attitude, from the front desk check inn staff to the house keepers to the wait staff at the pools to the security guards.
The rooms are dated, but still very comfortable and spacious. Prices for food and drinks are slightly more expensive that I think they should be but the happy hours at bars make them worth it.
The airport taxi is quite expensive, but for the sake of peace of mind, we still booked it through the hotel.
Our flight was at 1am and asked for a late check out, they were willing to accommodate us and allow us in our room until 4pm and use the resort facilities until whenever. Turns out we had booked the room until the next day anyway, but still nice of them to give us until 4pm.
The pools are awesome. Each have varying temperatures of water (not sure if this is intentional or not)
Small road between the hotel and the beach. There is a guard that stops traffic and allows guests to cross freely.
Breakfast was included in our package and was decent. We are vegetarians so not a big variety but still had enough to eat and were satisfied.
Overall, a great resort and a great time. It is slightly dated as it is a 30 year old hotel, but the experience was great and we d do it again if it was closer to home than 30 hours of flying.

I spent 5 days at this wonderful resort I can honestly say that I will be back again next year the views are magnificent the staff are super friendly and the managers care 100% of the time. The food is really good there are plenty of things to do for your children here at the hotel many pools to swim in and easy access to the resort amenities. My daughter had an accident and hurt her wrist in the ball pit of the bounce house by the pool and the hotel provided 1st aid and took care of her injury. Tatiana checked daily on my daughter and this type of service needs to be rewarded. I will 100% be returning to this resort! Thank you so much Hilton for this wonderful trip.

Very good sleep quality Comfortable mattress The hotel has always maintained and improved the room, not old. Amenity in the room is complete. But at the last stay The hotel changed to use the same way as Double Tree. I said that I do not like it because the water is soaked in the bath and using a shower gel. When the smell merged with the colin, smelly and without the smell of soap. But otherwise overall very good, soft towels Housewife cares very well

Deluxe Garden Room Will be in the building behind the sand-gold zone With a large pool, shady trees The bathtub is not very large.

Deluxe Seaview Will be around the building A, B, front view, if the ground floor is blocked by trees Suggest to sleep a little higher The monsoon winds are quite strong.

Junior Suite
Most of them are located in a lotus building. The top is the location of the panoramic lounge. The room is wider than the bath. Bigger than the deluxe.

Garden Suite
The room is quite old, the parquet floor, scratches, scratches all over. Personally do not like There is no old free view too.

Suite Seaview
Will be in Building A, Floor 5 or 6, can't remember. Modern Reno rooms are modern, separated into 1 bedroom And 1 living room, beautiful view but blocked by trees

Panorama Lounge
Very good service staff Remember what we like to drink Regardless of Khun Phetkhun Ploy and others, the evening cocktail is very good. The food is good to look at, but during the day Almost nothing Besides drinks Should have a little snack To eat with coffee is better because it has cookies Due to coffee, do not add sugar, will eat a couple of snacks. When eating cookies often, it is bored.

There are 2 places that are cell and lotus.

Suggesting to eat at the cell Because the food is more delicious Good service staff Seeing and pity Overflowing every day. Miso is delicious. Hot boiled rice, noodles are very tasty, but on the lotus some days are not hot. Some days, the taste does not pass. The food is the same, but the differences are different. Bacon is still a lump. No separation

The surrounding area has a walk-out, with a pond, a peacock waterfall. For those who like to exercise, there is a fitness center with steam, sauna, quartz, table tennis. The service staff are very good, speak well, provide good information.

Caffeino
Bakery shop, delicious dessert, very good staff, especially the women who take care of the shop is very cute, remember to speak very good greetings at 19.00 hrs. Of daily bakery will reduce the price by 50%

Spa
Used to go to book a spa Need to shower elsewhere Then put on a bathrobe, walked to the treatment room, so canceled so much hate, not private
Both in the room with the bathroom instead of the rainforest to the side, can be used but not in the oasis spa room.

Overall, suggesting that some people think that the old is not modern, must try to stay and will like

I can not speak highly enough about the service the staff and executive showed us during our recent stay. The executive had been made aware some some health issues of my partner and they went beyond all expectations in giving her the most wonderful experience.
I am a regular traveler to South East Asia, for work and play, and have yet to find any hotel providing the level of personal service this hotel did. It had a warmth to it. Not just sterile good service. But real warmth and heart.
The buildings may be a little bit older than more modern resorts and I am aware renovations will be commencing soon, but its the people make the holiday not the latest sink mixer or Italian marble.

The best for the heart, Thai and Italian restaurant. I am very impressed with this place. How many rounds of cute staff, they never forget their guests . The peacocks here are self-cultured, beautiful and match with the atmosphere, the coffee is delicious and will return

The hotel very good, a comfortable bed and pillows just as comfortable, well-kept gardens, with swimming pools in different areas of the hotel for the needs of the guest, if there are children and families, as if you are a couple. At night when you return tired of walking all day on excursions or beach you can have a drink at the bar with live music. The best thing is that it is in Karon a quiet beach area with a small town next door, less than 5 minutes walking, where you can dine eat and buy things for very little price. If you want to rest, it's the right place for you. We will be back!!

Had a fantastic stay here. The many food venues, Italian and Thai restaurants are very good and I highly recommend eating at each of them. The breakfast buffet is also provides many options and will cater to all!

The many pools allow you to feel like you are not in a big resort and not overcrowded at any time during the day. I highly recommend coming here.

One last point, a secluded location and away from Patong, which, once you check out, you will know you've made the right decision!

The location is not great , you have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to one of the restaurants/ shopping areas. The hotel was dirty , stuff not friendly , kids club had a broken trampoline ( a true safety hazard) and constant smell of pee inside. The place has no charm . Not going to return...

Excellent hotel, we got upgraded on arrived to a junior suit sea view and this was amazing.

This place is amazing and I love it. Tucked away in a safe quieter neighbourhood, the Hilton Arcadia offers everything you want (you wouldn't even have to leave the grounds!) We've spent a few holidays here and it's a beautiful spot to unwind & rejuvenate, but if you want to experience the nightlife it's a quick stroll into town or a short tuk-tuk ride up to Patong. The service was wonderful and they even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday! I would have a holiday here every year if I could afford to!!

Satisfaction with prices and facilities and services is falling

We made this our choice for end of summer vacation and are so happy we did.

The service from the Front Desk Manager, Robert the F&B Manager and Markus the General Manager has been top notch.

The rooms are very good, the cleaning staff goes through everything multiple times a day it seems. Grounds are well maintained and the location is central to many things Karon Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed the sunsets from the Panorama Lounge daily.

Hotel's architecture is great, huge pools with great surrounding. But it really needs refreshing as it seems old in every step. Rooms are small, air conditioning is very rough.

My husband being a loyal member to the Hilton has its perks. We ve travelled far and wide and we ve always almost managed to stay at a brand of the Hilton.
We ve been to this resort twice and both the times have just been amazing. It s alongside the Karon beach and works for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. We also get to see the giant Buddha from the resort.
It s pretty sustainable as a resort itself with good food served across the various restaurants in the resort, the beach just a hop, skip and a jump away and they have some pretty amazing animals and birds to look out for.

A fantastic stay. The room was really nice and very clean. The promotion we took was good but the staff made it even better by being so friendly and helpful for the whole stay. Despite limited staff numbers they kept access to the gym open 24/7. They were really flexible about helping us to use our hotel credit easily, the evening canapes were great and although sometimes we arrived a little bit late for these, the staff still let us join and were so fun with our daughter. It's this kind of flexibility and friendly service that helps people relax, especially families with young kids.

Lives up to the standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great pool options for kids and adults, to chill and relax. Loads things to see and do in the hotel it self.

The rooms are big with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is to big for me actually, there is a minibus to go from one building to another (you can walk is not that far away) but you need to go to the lobby building to pick and ask for everything, beach towels, information, breakfast...
Our shower was not working very well with warm water (lucky that hot water is not necessary in that weather very often). Staff is really nice and pools are very cool.

There are many sport place like fitness, squash, and swimming pool I come here just for sport play never stay here. There are plenty spaces and near Karon brach

Nested withing karon beach, its one of the quieter place to rest and relax with amenities to fill up your time.. Great for families too!

So okay, but expected more. Breakfast was always almost the same, hardly any live cooking - and only frying an omelette is not one of them. No fresh juices, coffee kind of instant but drinkable. Otherwise all employees friendly and nice. Room big and clean. Good!
System very large, lots of space, but is already aging significantly. The pools were sometimes very narrow and annoyingly flat. There were enough pool chairs. The system is not recommended for the price asked.

Horrible hotel they treat Indian as thjrd class guest and never book online. What room they saw they don't give . Mostly all Indian are put up in E building is bad and outdated and amenities are very bad. Room leak when it pour heavily . Staff is too bad and not helpfull at all.

Stayed here in December 2019. Grounds are beautiful but the rooms left a bit to be desired. The customer service was terrible. I booked half of my stay with points and my dad booked the other half of my stay with his points. After we arrived the front check-in guy started talking about how we couldn't stay because the room was under my dad's points. This was very upsetting after a day of exhausting travel from koh yao yai. I come to find out he was just telling me that we could have my dad's perks (which I wasn't expecting) and he was very adamant and vocal about it, leading me to believe I wasn't going to be able to stay at the hotel. It was handled very poorly and if he hadn't mentioned it I wouldn't even have known that my dad had gold status which meant free breakfast or whatever and I couldn't take advantage of it without him being at the hotel. Instead I was stressed and frustrated and felt cheated somehow. Honestly would it really hurt their bottom line to give me free breakfast? And enough that I have since canceled my hilton credit card and no longer stay at hilton properties. Not a fun check in. Totally unnecessary loss of a brand customer. Also I was very flustered and unable to understand all of the extra fees they charged me. It seemed wrong but I honestly didn't have the energy to figure it out by the time I got over the drama of thinking that I didn't have a place to stay. Overall I would recommend staying elsewhere between the extra fees and rude front desk staff you can definitely do better in Phuket.

There was also a citronella candle left burning in my room that was so strong and it bothered me so much that I had a cough for the rest of my trip.

A great place for a family trip. The breakfast buffet is good, don't eat buffet dinner.

Hilton phuket is a a nice hotel of Hilton chain with luxury getting a little backseat but offering all facilities with affordable pricing. It is not nicely located very far fom Airport and not a happening area

Enclosed and private hotel beaches. One of the gems in Phuket and definately a jewel of a beach resort. Excellent service and friendliest staff. Pick this if you decide against the bustling bust patong crowd.

Service excellent. Facilities very good but lacking a cold pool/cold water when coming out of the sauna. Disappointing that no Halal food was available.

The hotel is large, the service is good, the swimming pool has slides and the children like it very much.

Outdated hotel trying to hold on to past glory, if it had any. Needs to be updated, upcharge you on breakfast buffet that should be complimentary. Charges 10% service fee and 7% vat. Will not come back here

This hotel is (my second home) I have come to the hotel since I was two years old, you will not find a hotel with such friendly people, such beautiful nature around the hotel and with many pools and the beach just below.
