Friendly staff, clean room, very good location for early morning departures from the train station. Can recommend to ask for a
Room that is not looking at the train station (a bit noisy, when the window is opened).

I went there several days / weeks for almost a month and absolutely loved it. Very nice and professional staff! The express breakfast is very well thought out and for 4.50 it's worth the cost. Really very nice room and good bathroom.
There are only 2 little things that I didn't like but it was tiny. I found on my last visit that it was almost too hot in the rooms and that the water output from the shower head was a bit weak (but nothing really bothersome).
I highly recommend this hotel, it is really superb! I hope to come back soon enough

Top level of service. Clean and bright room, clean and functional bathroom, very correct bedding, top-notch welcome, helpful and very friendly staff. I have tried hotels in the same price range with less than this level of service. I highly recommend the latter.

Very accommodating staff following a reservation error, they were able to find a solution quickly to our problem. A warm welcome and comfortable and clean room, all for a reasonable price in the heart of reindeer.

Only positive point is the nice lady at the reception. The hotel needs a real refreshment. I did not take the elevator, it's scary. The carpet is unspeakable. The joints in the bathroom are black, and the sheets are not clean.

For a night or a short stay, this hotel is for you.

Dilapidated bed base completely out of use, during the fair the prices are simply delusional: 107 for a tiny room with a single bed.
WiFi with ridiculous speed. ..

In short, the only advantage is its location: opposite the TGV station.

Very rude staff insulting on the verge of violence the rooms are not clean the carpet on the floor is disgusting do not speak of paintings on the flaking ceiling and the hotel is under construction and you are charged a high price c is a shame you make a complaint the boss arrives and threatens you with a screwdriver I find it unacceptable

We booked four nights before my companion's hospitalization at Pontchaillou hospital for a major surgery.
The room was not available before 2:30 p.m. / 3 p.m.
Price indicated by Booking: 200 euros including tax
We were asked for an additional tourist tax of 18 euros.
We paid for the stay in full upon arrival.
In addition to the dilapidated room, it overlooked the street where work is underway.
The noise / heat mixture was unbearable.
We changed rooms the next day.
After 3 nights, the room has still not been cleaned.
Rude staff who harangue you in the street to leave the key at reception before each exit.
Harassment so that breakfasts are paid on a daily basis.
Seen at breakfast this morning: 2 slices of ham left in direct sunlight on a dirty table handed over by the receptionist in the buffet fridge!
Nothing else in the buffet after 8am.
In the corridor, electrical installations (visible and defective wires) dangerous.
The worst is the staff, rude and very rude.

Hotel not at all modern. The rooms deserve a facelift. Our room had holes in the wall and stains on the carpets. Positive point: the location of the Hotel near the train station and the city center.

Let's start with the positive because there are (a little): the bedding is comfortable and the staff is friendly.
So much for the rest it is only negative.
The first evening, although on the 4th floor we had the right to hear conversations in the street, especially between young people and other people who "zoned" between the station and the front of the hotel! So already it is not very relaxing. But there were also repeated awakenings following singing neighbors at 3am !!!
Giving a second chance for a second night we didn't think we would get any worse. I was able to follow the restless and noisy night of my neighbors upstairs between the curtains they pulled, their footsteps and their conversations between 1am and 3am!
So maybe the recent works have embellished the rooms, but in any case not the soundproofing which is really below what you would expect from a two star hotel.

So noisy, right in front of the station, under construction too. Constant noise. Impossible to ventilate the room, to cool off. A horror ! It's a shame because the staff are lovely and very helpful.

More 1 dormitory than a hotel, to emphasize the good breakfast and very nice staff, help out for 1 night

To flee! Hotel neglected without any respect for the guests ... No maintenance! We did 2 rooms before being forced to stay in because we did not want to pay us back ... Look at the photos yourself! Not to mention that the station is in front and that the workers work at night! All this with a door window that does not close almost! Pfff disgusted!

A clean room recently redone. A good welcome. Too bad we still hear a lot of buses and trains that are not far.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Very good value for money. Lovely staff. Breakfast 8 buffet. Quiet and very healthy place in front of the station .. near bars, restaurants, ATMs and other small shops. I validate my passage and I recommend. It's a change from the big hotel chains. Well done.

The hotel is clean and modern, the bed is very big and comfortable, the room is spacious as well as the bathroom, we had a very nice little balcony with the beautiful weather, excellent personal, very welcoming, and the delicious breakfast . Nothing to say, the value for money is great.

Basic room with a stained carpet didn't give a good first impression. The lift is extremely small so even with two people it's rather cramped. Breakfast is OK but not worth the price

The prices are exorbitant given the service provided
Arrived in the hallway of my room we smell a strong musty smell, there is surely no ventilation
Same feeling in the room, unpleasant smell, it smells musty too and the dust may be due to the carpet which is poorly cleaned

The room is however large as well as the shower but it is very poorly insulated we can hear what is happening next door

We had booked a room in this hotel in April 2019. We were very disappointed, the room is in a very bad condition, the upholstery is loose, there are holes in the walls, marks on the nightstand and I on the way ... We had to leave the hotel and be reimbursed in view of the condition of the room. Also when we reported the condition of the room to the receptionist he told us that the rooms would be renovated in July / August, something we were never told when we made our reservation.
Despite the dilapidated condition of the room, the reception was very good.

One night spent in June 2018 at this hotel confirmed me in the idea of no longer set foot. The room allocated to us left much to be desired.
The curtains as well as the carpet had holes, the tiles of the bathroom of tartar.
This hotel must be renovated, it does not deserve these 2

No luck we came while the hotel was renovating. . The room we got was a bit small, bathroom small too. Welcoming staff, who try to meet your needs.

During the weekend in Rennes with my sister we had a pleasant stay, located near the station, the staff welcoming and friendly, the room was very clean and modern with very good bedding, the hotel was very quiet. recommend without problem

Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast in the breakfast room or take out very well. The room is clean, well appointed. Comfortable mattress. I appreciated having soap dispensers rather than disposables: a good point for our planet!
