My first time ever and Phuket Thailand and the people were very polite and very hospitable the Hilton company should be proud of those people in Phuket Thailand

This is an amazing hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean, beautiful views and the food at any of the on-site restaurants is simply superb. My 6-night stay last year (glad I stayed before the Covid-19 pandemic!) was probably the best I've had in my lifetime. The staff was the best part of the hotel experience - super friendly and helpful in all respects. Naturally, my next trip to Thailand will include a stay at this hotel and my highest compliments to the hotel and staff for all they accomplished in making my vacation so memorable!

Room service was like top top top every time I enter my room after she clean it feels like it was my frist time enter the room thank u Ree.

it is calm and clean . but Hotel is old and need more maintenance.
As Hilton Brand ! it must be more better in furnish and equipment.

Only one building was opened during my stay in December 2020. The room was nice with an unparalleled seaview. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Karon.

Very family friendly hotel. 5 pools to chose from and the beach is two minutes away.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Town center is too far to walk if you have children so taxis are required. No metered taxis and a set charge of THB 200 gets expensive if used every day which you do unless you stay in the hotel only.
Other wise one of the best hotels in Karon.

Amazing place and very relaxing with open reception and lovely land scape

Great experience if you get a nice room. We were put in the wrong room for one night and it was quite outdated but once in a suite it was very good. Ocean view recommended. Breakfast in outstanding!! Pools are awesome. Restaurants are very expensive - it's worth the $5 per day to have a moped and drive to eat for all meals. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel on the edge of Karon Beach is very good. The service is in place, but it has been broken several times during the stay.

Average, dated hotel with poor customer service. Not at all what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

It was 4 very happy nights. Upgraded to very beautiful room view Excellent service Delicious breakfast There are various Come at Christmas with different lights, much more beautiful. Saw a show in a very heavy rain as well, the staff continued to perform The room is very nice. There is everything, good bed, soft pillows, shower cream, lotion to apply after bath. And most importantly Has a very beautiful nature Get the best view of the sunset

I've stayed at the resort a few times and l enjoyed every stay. Perfect location with the stunning surroundings on Karon beach. I stayed in a suite which is spacious and comfortable. Lovely pool. The executive lounge is amazing with the stunning views of the Karon beach and the sunset. I definitely recommend this resort. I hope I visit soon again.

Old and needs maintenance need a bus to get around the resort.

Although Hotel property is 6 star, but they are not able to manage it. Many reason to hate it.
1. First we got a room, where someone else was leaving. Then we waiting for 30mins to get another room.
2. There were two lobby, so we have to wait for trame everytime to get in and get out from the hotel.
3. There are 3 swimming pool but all are small.
4. In the main lobby, staff was fighting amongst themselves.
5. Our tour guide was waiting for us in welcome lobby, but they didn't informed us.
Not worth spending time n money.

It is adjacent to Karon Beach and only a short walk from the resort was convenient for local restaurants. There are five pools in the resort, but I was a bit skeptical. The day after the rain, the grasses and flywheel bodies float in the pool, and I was able to experience a strange experience that the staff did not mind. When I stayed at another hotel in Phuket, the pool staff was diligent in picking up the floors early in the morning and compared to clean.
The overall level of facilities and employee friendliness seem to be above average.

Hilton Hotel is a luxury hotel, quiet, suitable for relaxation for families looking for accommodation.

Excellent service and seaview from the room. Staff are always friendly and helpful. One star down because of the outdated decorations in the room and ongoing construction near the hotel. Breakfast could be better by adding more Asian options. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Such a good place for staying or doing some conferences or seminars

The hotel has good public facilities, good greenery, beautiful, good service staff, and only a small road from Karon Beach, very convenient. However, the room facilities are old, the hair dryer is extremely small, and the mosquitoes at the night do not provide mosquito coils. The whole is okay, suitable for a holiday.

Good hotel, normal breakfasts, but there is no caviar and fresh juices)) there is still a queue for breakfast if you go to 9. Clean well. Even when checking in, they offer a deposit of 20 thousand Butt, you can refuse.
If you can go here, then it s worth it.

Best in the town. But it's in Karon beach. Away from patong beach, the most popular beach in Phuket. Those who want to stay in quite and calm place it's best to stay there. To stay in Hilton arcadia itself is a great experience.

A very large hotel with good amenities, and lots of space with several pools & lounging areas.

We had a lovely week stay at the Hilton. We were looked after from checking in to check out.

Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds (on the harder side which we like). Room service was prompt and breakfast is good with lots of choices.

The beach is very close and the shops are less than 750m south of the resort - straight down the beach.

The resort is older than some of those nearby, but the service is excellent across the board.

Very convenient location. Very crowded with many people visiting here. Service was perfect. Comfortable room, close to Karon beach and main street.

Really good location for a family holiday. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with easy access to everything you need, 3 pools, many restaurant's and activities. The staff were the friendliest team that I have meet in a long time, even by Thai standards. We will definately be back next time we are in Phuket.

The Hilton Suite has only one bathroom. If you want kids in the living room they will need to come into your room at night to use the loo

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bed is very comfy. It is on near the beach at walking distance. It could do with a little bit renovation. The food s very good. The stay was really pleasant.

He is Hilton and in Africa Hilton, the hotel is thought out so well that you don't want to go to the beach, super pools and very beautiful territory of the complex !!!

The junior suite was quite a letdown. The room is very old and tired. Given that it is an old property but was expecting much more with the hilton brand.

It s the best place to stay in Phuket. We have been coming here for past 7 years and love it every time!!!

Well, it's like a retirement place. Or the rest of the hotel ... Fun to the location of the taxi 15min .. there is a bad street stripriz clup bar disco what you look for. (The photos are nothing to do with Hilton.)

Hotel service is very welcoming and the environment is very good. I don't like the woman in the Executive Lounge. I am very arrogant and very friendly to Europeans and Americans!

Its a nice property, bit old but huge. Rooms are big if am right will be close to 35Sq mt.
Provides all amenities .. including tea kettle. There are different blocks from A to G. .. depends where you stay .. your need to walk a bit for your breakfast area. Eloborate menu makes it a good experience. Hotel is across the beach .. serene, clean and the water was clear. Didnt see options of water sports though. Only flip side i felt was their response was a tad slow. Am not sure if they are under staffed for such huge property. For night life one needs to go to Patong for pubs, discos or shopping, approx 20 to 25 min from the Hotel.

The Hilton Hotel is a very good hotel. Only one thing was not so good and that was the breakfast. too much hecktik.

Great staff, hhonors members are taken care of, excellent food and really great with kids of all ages. We even got a bottle sterilizer in the room as they knew we were coming with a baby!

Swimming pools are both outdoor and indoor. Some clean swimming pools are designed to be romantic. Some like playing in a waterfall Because there is a point where the water falls down Or like swimming in a cave, watching coral in the sea So much fun to forget to play in the sea.

Fantastic resort with all of the splendour and luxuries that you could want. Although the food isn't as good as it should be!

Edited: had to add...and drop a star... be careful on checkout as they add 3% to your bill. It was very Confusing and they couldn't explain. She said I could pay in USD or baht. The exchange was 1.5 baht under spot rate. The 3 percent added if you pay cash or card. I'm so mad. Never had this at any other Hilton and I've been HH diamond almost every year since 2004. Oh and the food is mediocre at best and no complimentary cocktails at the executive lounge.

Our maid was awesome and took care of us.

Very large resort. There are trams to help get around and maps placed to help find your way. Many swimming pools to choose from. I counted five. About a five minute walk to the beach.

The hotel is awesome and 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Great food and drinks. Hospitality is can't be measured to anything that I been to.

Amazing service! BEAUTIFUL AND MASSIVE HOTEL! the food was really really good! Loved the gym and the 5 pools. Time just flies by at the property!

Ocean pool was great. Overall hotel was good a resort but the building we stayed in a bit dated. About that, check in staff tried to sell superior room with buffet breakfast during check-in and informed us in wrong currency even though we asked if it's AUD or not. Thankfully something happened with the card and payment did not go through. Then we found out that we were not informed on our currency AUD which we were expecting to pay $185 extra but they tried to take around $250 bcz currency difference aud/usd. Which makes a big difference. Then we decided not to pay that much, the check-in/sales staff basically left us and went to other customers. Could be an honest mistake but the body language wasn't say so. Other than that outdoor amenities was good nice setting lakes and pools etc.

Hotel location is very good, right next to the beach, the hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool, very beautiful, spacious place Able to do many activities, many forms, lovely staff If there is a chance, I will come again next time. Suitable for relaxing in all styles, friends, family. Overall it's very good.

It wasn't terrible but for a "5 star" resort it was a little run down. Doors in our room didnt work, it was hard to find our way around and for an english speaker it was a little hard to communicate. The airport transfer was easy to arrange and the pool was clean and well kept. Overall not a bad place but could be easily improved.

My son and I had great stay with delicious food,friendly staff especially Salina/ Saltina??(hope thats her name) young lady.Her perseverance in speaking English and friendly persona was lovely at the recommended delicious Sunday buffet downstairs.
The Thai restaurant had amazing food!
The hotel pools were clean and in the room we had most comfy beds and pillows.
Entertainment was good too and was an enjoyable evening with super cocktails!!

Thirty years old hotel, good service level, large area, internal landscape is OK, but the equipment is old and aging, the beach has to cross a road, there are still some shortcomings.

Beautiful location and friendly staff! The hotel itself is old but they have remodeled the rooms and it is kept in excellent shape. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Lots of pools and waterslides. Also, the kids club is excellent and he staff there are amazing with kids. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Old facilities but full service and lots activities. When you enter to hotel, you need to get hotel shuttle which is quite struggle. Nice staff and hospitality as Hilton style.

Andaman sea front. Large park. Several swimming pools and restaurants. Large common areas. Very well equipped fitness center, with sauna and Turkish bath, well managed, young and professional staff. Tennis and squash. Courteous staff. The manager is very present. High standard rooms. International breakfast. Panorama Longue. 5 well-deserved stars.

4 yrs since last visited.have to say standards have severely slipped.
Torn upholstery on couches in Sails dinning room.staff uniform not as nice.traditional dress was better. Rooms not made up until late afternoon.no pool person for towels at our lotus wing pool.
No little touches like fruit kebabs or cold face towels given out as did on previous visits.
Breakfast buffet was standard but over shadowed by the very greedy and noisy Chinese.best get in there early.
