Hilton brand abaoned us from its brand name value. So disappointing. What's going on with your staff education? More than 80% of your staffs, especially males, were more than flirting with us. Staffs were getting on our shuttle bus inside resort, asking where we were heading to, even asking us to join them. We were supposed to enjoy our vacation fully, whereas we were disturbed all the time. What do you expect your guests to fully enjoy their holiday? I was more than simply annoyed. This IS disturbing.
